DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION La figure 1 illustre dans une vue en perspective un mode de réalisation d'un repose-pied 1 selon l'invention. Un montant télescopique 2 est connecté à un adaptateur 9 pour fauteuil. En position classique de fonctionnement, le montant télescopique 2 est prévu pour être positionné sensiblement verticalement et s'étend entre la zone située sous le siège du fauteuil 10 et un plateau de repose-pied 3 prévu à l'extrémité opposée. Le montant 2 est avantageusement télescopique entre une position rétractée, montrée à la figure 3, et une position en extension, montrée aux figures 1 et 2. Un actionneur axial 4, tel qu'un vérin ou un moteur linéaire à commande électrique ou hydraulique ou pneumatique, coopérant avec le montant télescopique 2, permet à ce dernier d'adopter une élongation appropriée selon les besoins de l'utilisateur.
