Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par des unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) réalisées sous la forme de palets, lesquelles reçoivent au niveau de l'entrée d'emballage (1.1) chacune un emballage (2) et dont chacune est déplacée avec l'emballage (2) reçu sur la ligne de transport d'emballages (3) depuis l'entrée d'emballage (1.1) jusqu'à la sortie d'emballage (2.1) et libère l'emballage (2) chacune seulement au niveau de la sortie d'emballage (1.2), et en ce que les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) sont réalisées afin d'introduire le milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou sous forme de vapeur ayant une action de stérilisation, par exemple le milieu sous pression dans les emballages (2).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus, dans les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a), pour chacune au moins un trajet de gaz, de préférence un trajet de gaz réalisé dans un tube d'injection (52) servant à introduire le milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou sous forme de vapeur ayant une action de stérilisation dans l'emballage (2) respectif ainsi que de manière préférée au moins un trajet de gaz (53) supplémentaire servant à évacuer un milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou de vapeur hors de l'emballage (2), et en ce que les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) présentent chacune au moins un élément de raccord (34, 65), par l'intermédiaire duquel les trajets de gaz des unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) disposées au niveau de positions de traitement (8) peuvent être reliés à des connecteurs de fluide internes au dispositif, de préférence à des connecteurs de fluide (54, 57) internes au dispositif commandés servant à amener le milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou de vapeur ayant une action de stérilisation et/ou servant à évacuer ou à aspirer un milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou de vapeur hors des emballages (2).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) sont réalisées en vue d'une fermeture de l'espace intérieur d'emballage respectif.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une ligne de transport de palets (48), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) réalisées sous la forme de palets sont ramenées depuis la sortie d'emballage (1.2) au niveau de l'entrée d'emballage (1.1), sachant qu'au moins un système ou une station (59) servant à nettoyer et/ou à stériliser les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) est prévu ou prévue au niveau de la ligne de transport de palets (48).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par des capuchons de rinçage (60) servant à fermer des orifices d'embouchure (31.1) des unités de maintien et de centrage (16), au niveau desquels (orifices d'embouchure) les emballages (2) reposent au cours du traitement par une embouchure d'emballage (2.2), de préférence sont disposés dans une position étanche, et ce en vue d'un nettoyage NEP et/ou d'une stérilisation du dispositif (1) y compris de ses unités de maintien et de centrage (16).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les unités de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a) servant à maintenir et/ou à centrer et/ou à orienter et/ou à déplacer et/ou à tourner ou à pivoter les emballages (2) sont réalisées chacune au moins en deux parties au cours de l'application des caractéristiques d'accessoire ou des accessoires, tout en étant constituées également d'une partie primaire (19, 61) maintenue au cours du traitement au niveau de chaque position de traitement (8) et d'une partie secondaire (20, 62, 65), qui est réalisée au moins aux fins du maintien des emballages (2) et qui est montée au niveau de ou dans la partie primaire (19, 61) de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe (DA) de l'unité de maintien et de centrage (16, 16a).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des positions de traitement (8) présente une tête d'impression (38) servant à imprimer les emballages (2) et/ou est réalisée au niveau d'un segment d'impression (11, 11a) pourvu au moins d'une tête d'impression (35), sachant que chaque segment d'impression (11, 11 a) forme de manière préférée une unité de structure pleinement fonctionnelle et que les segments d'impression (11, 11a) sont disposés au niveau d'un rotor pouvant être entraîné en rotation autour de l'axe de machine ou au niveau d'un élément de machine (12) de type rotor, de préférence ils sont disposés de manière interchangeable.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (35) sont des têtes d'impression fonctionnant selon le procédé de jet d'encre, et/ou en ce que les positions de traitement (8) ou les segments d'impression (11, 11a) présentent chacun au moins un système servant à sécher et/ou à faire prendre la couleur ou l'encre d'impression, par exemple servant à sécher et/ou à faire prendre la couleur ou l'encre d'impression sous l'effet de la chaleur d'un rayonnement UV et/ou à micro-ondes.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (35) sont prévues de manière à pouvoir être ajustées au niveau des segments d'impression (11, 11 a), par exemple en ce qu'elles peuvent être déplacées et/ou pivotées en direction d'un axe de machine (MA) vertical, autour duquel l'élément de transport et de traitement (7, 7b) au moins au nombre de un peut être entraîné en rotation.
  18. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu, au niveau des positions de traitement (8) pourvues de têtes d'impression (35) ou au niveau des segments d'impression (11, 11a), un module de contrôle de couleur ou d'encre d'impression servant à commander ou à régler la température et/ou le débit volumique de la couleur ou de l'encre d'impression amenée à la tête d'impression, de préférence avec un réservoir d'égalisation d'impression (43) pour la couleur ou l'encre d'impression et/ou avec au moins une pompe (44) servant à amener la couleur ou l'encre d'impression au niveau de la tête d'impression (35) ainsi que servant à évacuer l'excédent de couleur ou d'encre d'impression de la tête d'impression (35).
  19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque segment d'impression (11, 11a) présente au moins un raccord servant à amener et/ou à évacuer le milieu sous forme de gaz et/ou sous forme de vapeur ayant une action de stérilisation.
