  • the first seven embodiments described in the figures relate to liquid delivery devices in the form of drops and provided with a valve, in which the expulsion form constitutes a form of immobilization of the valve in a position of blocking.
  • liquid dispensing devices in another form, for example in the form of a spray, such as the device according to the eighth embodiment, or in the form of a jet, with or without a valve, or still without immobilization of the valve, while maintaining the possibility of draining the residual liquid out of the dispensing opening, thanks to the presence of the absorption buffer and the expulsion form located in the vicinity and with respect to the liquid dispensing opening.

Claims (16)

  1. Flüssigkeitsabgabevorrichtung (10), umfassend:
    - eine Flüssigkeitsabgabeöffnung (22),
    - einen Puffer (48) zur Absorption von Restflüssigkeit, der in der Nähe der Flüssigkeitsabgabeöffnung (22) angeordnet ist, und
    - eine abnehmbare Kappe (16), umfassend eine Form in unmittelbarer Nähe und gegenüber der Abgabeöffnung (22), Ausstoßform (46) der Restflüssigkeit genannt, die eingerichtet ist, um die Restflüssigkeit zum Puffer (48) abzuleiten, wenn die Kappe (16) auf der Vorrichtung (10) montiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner einen Verdampfungsweg (90) der Restflüssigkeit zwischen dem Puffer (48) und dem Außenbereich der Vorrichtung (10), wenn die Kappe (16) auf der Vorrichtung (10) montiert ist, umfasst.
  2. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Ausstoßform (46) ein Absorptionsmaterial umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der der Puffer (48) ein hydrophiles Material umfasst, wobei dieses Material hydrophiler als das Absorptionsmaterial der Ausstoßform (46) ist, wobei das hydrophilere Material einen antimikrobiellen Wirkstoff umfasst und das weniger hydrophile Material keinen antimikrobiellen Wirkstoff umfasst.
  4. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die Ausstoßform (46) ein hydrophobes Material umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Puffer (48) eine Kontaktfläche (106) mit der Umgebungsluft umfasst, wobei die Fläche mindestens ein Relief (108) aufweist, um die Kontaktfläche mit der Umgebungsluft zu vergrößern.
  6. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Puffer (48) mindestens zwei getrennte Absorptionsmaterialien umfasst, wobei die mindestens zwei Materialien übereinander angeordnet sind, und wobei das stromabwärtige Material hydrophiler als das stromaufwärtige Material ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der das stromaufwärtige Material ein hydrophobes Material umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Ausstoßform (46) eine zur Abgabeöffnung (22) komplementäre Form ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Abgabe von Flüssigkeit in Tropfenform, umfassend Mittel (50) zur Tropfenbildung, wobei die Ausstoßform (46) von im Wesentlichen zu diesen Tropfenbildungsmitteln komplementärer Form ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Ventil (20), das eine Position zur Freigabe der Flüssigkeit und eine Position zum Blockieren der Flüssigkeit einnehmen kann, wobei die Ausstoßform (46) eine Form zur Feststellung des Ventils (20) in Position zum Blockieren der Flüssigkeit, wenn die Kappe (16) auf der Vorrichtung (10) montiert ist, darstellt.
  11. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Puffer (48) und/oder die Ausstoßform (46) einen antimikrobiellen Wirkstoff umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die, wenn die Kappe (16) auf der Vorrichtung montiert ist, eine hermetische Verschlusskonfiguration der Vorrichtung vor ihrer ersten Verwendung, in der der Verdampfungsweg (90) der Restflüssigkeit zwischen dem Puffer (48) und dem Außenbereich der Vorrichtung (10) verlegt ist, und eine Belüftungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung annehmen kann, in der der Verdampfungsweg (90) zwischen dem Puffer (48) und dem Außenbereich offen ist.
  13. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, umfassend Mittel zur Verriegelung (64, 66, 84, 86) der Vorrichtung (10) in Belüftungsposition.
  14. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei der die Kappe (16) eine äußere Hülle (42) und eine innere Hülle (44) umfasst, die zueinander beweglich zwischen einer ersten Konfiguration, die der hermetischen Verschlusskonfiguration der Vorrichtung entspricht, und einer zweiten Konfiguration, die der Belüftungskonfiguration der Vorrichtung entspricht, montiert sind.
  15. Vorrichtung (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der die äußere Hülle (42) und die innere Hülle (44) der Kappe (16) jeweils Luftdurchgangsöffnungen (62, 82) umfassen, und die Kappe (16) Verschlussmittel (60, 80, 94, 96), wenn die Vorrichtung (10) in hermetischer Verschlussposition ist, des Verdampfungswegs (90) zwischen den Öffnungen der äußeren Hülle (82) und jenen der inneren Hülle (62) umfasst.
  16. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 12, bei der in der hermetischen Verschlusskonfiguration der Vorrichtung vor ihrer ersten Verwendung der Verdampfungsweg (90) der Restflüssigkeit zwischen dem Puffer (48) und dem Außenbereich der Vorrichtung (10) durch einen auf die Kappe (16) aufgesetzten Deckel verlegt ist.
