Claims (11)
- Châssis pour coudre des coussins supérieurs sur des coques de revêtement pour matelas, qui comprend quatre parois périmétrales (2), chaque paroi (2) étant perpendiculaire aux deux parois contiguës (2) et comprenant au moins une partie laminaire (3) qui constitue une surface d'appui, ladite partie laminaire (3) étant coplanaire avec un bord inférieur de ladite paroi (2), au moins l'une desdites parois (2) comprenant au moins un élément de blocage (4) pour le au moins un composant, choisi entre un coussin supérieur et une coque de revêtement, agencé sur une partie laminaire (3) respective, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une desdites parois (2) comprend au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) qui sont mutuellement alignées et peuvent coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre afin de modifier la longueur globale de la paroi (2), entre lesdites au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) de ladite paroi (2), on intercale un actionneur linéaire (9, 10) pour le coulissement mutuel contrôlé de ces dernières, ledit actionneur (9, 10) étant adapté pour être commandé par une unité de commande et de gestion respective d'une machine à coudre (100) qui peut être fonctionnellement associée audit châssis (1).
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que desdites au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) sont coaxiales, l'une au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de l'autre, et peuvent coulisser de manière télescopique, sous l'action dudit actionneur (9, 10) afin de modifier la longueur globale de la paroi (2) respective.
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois (2) constituées par au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) sont au nombre de quatre, au moins deux parois contiguës (2) comprenant un actionneur (9, 10) respectif afin de modifier la longueur et la largeur dudit châssis (1).
- Châssis selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi (2) comprend un actionneur (9, 10) respectif afin de modifier la longueur et la largeur dudit châssis (1).
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur (9, 10) est du type choisi parmi un vérin hydraulique, un vérin pneumatique, un ensemble de moteur (11, 13) et une vis sans fin (12, 14), un moteur à induction linéaire, une liaison de fente oscillante, un appareil doté d'un mécanisme à crémaillère et similaire.
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de blocage (4) comprend au moins une butée angulaire (4a) qui peut passer d'une première configuration, pour l'insertion de ladite coque dans ledit châssis (1), dans laquelle elle est agencée sensiblement à l'extérieur desdites parois (2), à une seconde configuration, pour bloquer les coins de ladite coque, juxtaposés avec la partie d'appui laminaire (3) pour ladite coque au niveau des coins de ladite coque, les coins de ladite coque étant alignés et logés dans les coins dudit châssis (1).
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de blocage (4) comprend un support (15) qui peut passer d'une première configuration, pour l'insertion de ladite coque dans ledit châssis (1), dans laquelle elle est agencée sensiblement à l'extérieur desdites parois (2), à une seconde configuration, pour le blocage de ladite coque, juxtaposée avec la partie d'appui laminaire (3) pour ladite coque.
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de blocage (4) comprend une languette de retenue (16) qui peut passer d'une première configuration, pour l'insertion dudit coussin dans ledit châssis (1) au-dessus de ladite coque, dans laquelle elle est agencée sensiblement à l'extérieur desdites parois (2), à une seconde configuration, pour bloquer ledit coussin sur ladite coque, juxtaposée avec la partie d'appui laminaire (3), ladite au moins une partie laminaire (3) constituant une surface d'appui qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la paroi (2) respective, lesdites parties laminaires (3) desdites parois (2) définissant une bordure d'appui inférieure, qui se trouve sur le plan qui contient le bord inférieur desdits parois (2).
- Châssis selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite butée angulaire (4a), ledit support d'appui (15) et ladite languette de retenue (16) sont associés avec ledit châssis (1) au moyen d'éléments d'articulation (17, 18) respectifs qui sont commandés par des moyens d'actionnement (19, 20) spécifiques.
- Machine pour coudre des coussins supérieurs sur des coques de revêtement pour matelas du type comprenant une structure de support (101) pour au moins un châssis de retenue (1) pour coussins supérieurs et coques de revêtement pour matelas, qui est associée avec des éléments de déplacement respectifs qui sont agencés sur ladite structure (101), et un rail de guidage (102) pour au moins une tête de couture (103), ladite tête de couture (103) pouvant réaliser un mouvement de translation le long dudit rail (102) dans une direction qui est perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement dudit châssis (1) sur ladite structure (101), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de commande et de gestion (104) prévue avec au moins un stade de mémoire pour stocker des chaînes de données concernant une pluralité de mesures prédéfinies des coussins supérieurs et des coques de revêtement pour matelas et des paramètres pour coudre le coussin sur la coque, qui est associée avec une interface utilisateur (105, 106) pour entrer et sélectionner lesdites chaînes de données, au moins une paroi (2) dudit châssis (1) comprenant au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) qui sont mutuellement alignées et peuvent coulisser l'une par rapport à l'autre afin de modifier la longueur globale de la paroi (2), entre lesdites au moins deux bandes (5, 6) et (7, 8) de ladite paroi (2), on intercale un actionneur linaire (9, 10) pour le coulissement mutuel, qui est actionné par ces dernières et est commandé par ladite unité de commande et de gestion (104).
- Machine selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments de déplacement et une glissière, qui peut se déplacer le long dudit rail de guidage (102) et est solidaire avec ladite tête de couture (103), sont commandés par ladite unité de commande et de gestion (104).
