Claims (11)

  1. Rahmen zum Nähen von Polsterauflagen auf Außenhüllen für Matratzen, der vier Umfassungswände (2) umfasst; wobei jede Wand (2) senkrecht zu den beiden angrenzenden Wänden (2) ausgebildet ist und mindestens einen flächigen Abschnitt (3) umfasst, der eine Auflagefläche bildet, wobei der flächige Abschnitt (3) zu einer Unterkante der Wand (2) koplanar ausgebildet ist, wobei mindestens eine der Wände (2) mindestens ein Arretierungselement (4) für mindestens eine Komponente, ausgewählt aus einer Polsterauflage und einer Außenhülle, umfasst, die auf einem entsprechenden flächigen Abschnitt (3) angeordnet ist/sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Wände (2) mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) umfasst, die miteinander fluchten und sich gegeneinander verschieben können, um die Gesamtlänge der Wand (2) zu verändern, wobei zwischen den mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) der Wand (2) ein Linearaktuator (9, 10) für ihre kontrollierte gegenseitige Verschiebung eingesetzt ist, wobei der Aktuator (9, 10) dazu ausgebildet ist, dass er von einer entsprechenden Steuerungs- und Führungseinheit einer Nähmaschine (100) angesteuert wird, die dem Rahmen (1) funktional zuordenbar ist.
  2. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) koaxial ausgebildet sind, wobei eine mindestens abschnittsweise in der anderen angeordnet ist, und unter dem Einfluss des Aktuators (9, 10) teleskopartig verschiebbar sind, um die Gesamtlänge der entsprechenden Wand (2) zu verändern.
  3. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wände (2), die durch mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) gebildet sind, in einer Anzahl von vier vorhanden sind, wobei mindestens zwei angrenzende Wände (2) einen entsprechenden Aktuator (9, 10) umfassen, um die Länge und Breite des Rahmens (1) zu verändern.
  4. Rahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Wand (2) einen entsprechenden Aktuator (9, 10) umfasst, um die Länge und Breite des Rahmens (1) zu verändern.
  5. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (9, 10) von einem Typ ist, der aus einem Hydraulikzylinder, einem Pneumatikzylinder, einer Motorbaugruppe (11, 13) und einer Endlosschraube (12, 14), einem linearen Induktionsmotor, einem beweglichen Schlitzglied, einer Vorrichtung mit Zahnstangenantrieb und dergleichen ausgewählt ist.
  6. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (4) mindestens einen Winkelanschlag (4a) umfasst, der beweglich ist von einer ersten Stellung, zum Einführen der Hülle in den Rahmen (1), in der er im Wesentlichen außerhalb der Wände (2) angeordnet ist, in eine zweite Stellung, zum Festhalten der Ecken der Hülle, neben dem flächigen Auflageabschnitt (3) für die Hülle an den Ecken der Hülle, wobei die Ecken der Hülle in den Ecken des Rahmens (1) ausgerichtet und aufgenommen sind.
  7. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (4) einen Bügel (15) umfasst, der beweglich ist von einer ersten Stellung, zum Einführen der Hülle in den Rahmen (1), in der er im Wesentlichen außerhalb der Wände (2) angeordnet ist, in eine zweite Stellung, zum Festhalten der Hülle, neben dem flächigen Auflageabschnitt (3) für die Hülle.
  8. Rahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungselement (4) einen Haltestreifen (16) umfasst, der beweglich ist von einer ersten Stellung, zum Einführen des Polsters in den Rahmen (1) über der Hülle, in der er im Wesentlichen außerhalb der Wände (2) angeordnet ist, in eine zweite Stellung, zum Festhalten des Polsters auf der Hülle, neben dem flächigen Auflageabschnitt (3), wobei der mindestens eine flächige Abschnitt (3) eine Auflagefläche bildet, die entlang der gesamten Länge der entsprechenden Wand (2) liegt, wobei die flächigen Abschnitte (3) der Wände (2) einen unteren Auflagerand definieren, der in der Ebene liegt, die die Unterkante der Wände (2) enthält.
  9. Rahmen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkelanschlag (4a), der Auflagebügel (15) und der Haltestreifen (16) dem Rahmen (1) mittels entsprechender Gelenkelemente (17, 18) zugeordnet sind, die durch spezielle Betätigungsmittel (19, 20) angesteuert werden.
  10. Maschine zum Nähen von Polsterauflagen auf Außenhüllen für Matratzen vom Typ umfassend eine Trägerstruktur (101) für mindestens einen Halterahmen (1) für Polsterauflagen und Außenhüllen für Matratzen, dem entsprechende Bewegungselemente zugeordnet sind, die auf der Struktur (101) angeordnet sind, und eine Führungsbahn (102) für mindestens einen Nähkopf (103), wobei der Nähkopf (103) dazu ausgebildet ist, dass er eine Translationsbewegung entlang der Bahn (102) in eine Richtung ausführt, die senkrecht ist zur Bewegungsrichtung des Rahmens (1) auf der Struktur (101), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Steuerungs- und Führungseinheit (104) umfasst, die mit mindestens einer Speichereinrichtung zum Speichern von Datenabfolgen, die eine Mehrzahl von vordefinierten Abmessungen von Polsterauflagen und Außenhüllen für Matratzen und Parameter zum Annähen des Polsters auf die Hülle betreffen, versehen ist, die einer Benutzerschnittstelle (105, 106) zum Eingeben und Auswählen der Datenabfolgen zugeordnet ist, wobei mindestens eine Wand (2) des Rahmens (1) mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) umfasst, die miteinander fluchten und sich gegeneinander verschieben können, um die Gesamtlänge der Wand (2) zu verändern, wobei zwischen den mindestens zwei Leisten (5, 6) und (7, 8) der Wand (2) ein Linearaktuator (9, 10) für ihre gegenseitige Verschiebung eingesetzt ist, der von ihnen betätigt wird und von der Steuerungs- und Führungseinheit (104) angesteuert wird.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungselemente und ein Gleitstück, das sich entlang der Führungsbahn (102) bewegen kann und mit dem Nähkopf (103) integral ausgebildet ist, von der Steuerungs- und Führungseinheit (104) angesteuert werden.
