Definitions
- the invention relates to a reclining device for supporting a recumbent person with a stand and arranged thereon (i) a first movably mounted thigh receptacle for supporting the first thigh of the person, (ii) a movably mounted independent of the first femoral receptacle and combined with this to a total recording second thigh support for supporting the second thigh of the subject, and (iii) a back and head support movably mounted independently of the first and second thigh supports for supporting at least the chest and / or lower back of the person, (A) each thigh support comprising a pivot bearing device (B) for each thigh receiving the Schwenklagervorides is assigned via a lever arm the stand, (C) the back and head receiving is associated with a pivot bearing device, d ie, the pivot bearing device is associated with the stand via a lever arm, and (E) the pivot bearing devices are respectively associated with the thigh recesses and the back and head receptacle
- the WO 93/19648 relates to an active dynamic seat device comprising a foot part, an intermediate piece connected to the foot part and a seat part connected to the intermediate piece, wherein the seat part is formed in two parts.
- the seat halves are independent of each other substantially vertically resiliently connected to the intermediate piece and each have a support member and a seat half arranged thereon. Each seat half is tilted forward and backward supported on the support member.
- the WO 99/16335 A1 discloses a seat with a pair of seat bodies, each allowing a vertical displacement as well as a rocking movement forward and backward. From the US 2003/0073552 A1 is a adjustable rigid seating arrangement with sensors known whose framework supports the entire body of a user and permits resistance exercises.
- Lounger devices are usually flat over the entire surface, like a bed, or designed as an armchair, so that the half-sitting, half reclining person is ergonomically supported in the back area. Examples are corresponding lounge and massage chairs with half-lying position.
- Couch devices such as e.g. Operating tables allow the independent storage of the left and right lower and thigh supports, the upper body, the arms and the head.
- Common to the reclining devices of the prior art is that they provide posture to the reclining person or support a particular posture. In particular, the angle and the longitudinal rotation of the rib cage to the pelvis are not spontaneous and free to move and, moreover, are usually damped by upholstery and / or by a backrest. There is no free torsional movement between the ribcage and the pelvis in the lying devices of the prior art.
- a device is to be provided, which allows the user to take their natural posture while lying down.
- the device should train the sense of balance and the associated muscle tone.
- the device of the problem permanently lying people with skeletal and muscle pain and bedsores, ie counteract the decubitus.
- a couch which supports the lying person only on the back and on the thighs independently movable, the person not only stably stored, but supports the natural balance of the person lying and their natural lying posture.
- the person lying freely move freely in its optimal appearing state of equilibrium along its longitudinal axis (along the back) and stabilize this state by constant small movements.
- the position correction is unconscious and there is a feeling of weightlessness, which is comparable to the drifting in water.
- the apparently unstable condition of the patient promotes the equilibrium behavior and the muscle tone of the person lying down.
- the free mobility of the trunk and the legs without direct support of the pelvis is suitable to treat bad posture, muscle tension and backbone malpositions. It is advantageous that the person can operate the couch device after a short settling himself stable and is treated so without care physiotherapeutic throughout the trunk area from the neck down to the pelvis.
- the couch according to the invention has a very strong therapeutic effect on postural, muscular and neuronal disorders.
- the body is stimulated by pressure points and motion feedback (feedback effects) to move in its most natural, primal form.
- the spine In the freely movable reclining position according to the invention, the spine is gently stretched and the muscle groups associated therewith are relaxed. Smallest movements of a body part such as of a foot, an extremity or a finger cause perceptible whole-body movements. These are very relaxing.
- coordination processes of the body are trained or learned again.
- the feelings of touch and movement of the reclining person are significantly increased by the effects of the couch. This is therapeutically very beneficial because the patient can react so much more to therapeutic measures.
- the coordination and feedback movements required for the equilibrium also give the impression of the subject according to the invention as if it were floating or lying on water.
- inventive couch is the support of micro-movements, such as the smallest movements such as breathing, the hand, the head, the foot, the smallest shifts of the body's center of gravity or the center of gravity of individual body parts.
- micro-movements such as the smallest movements such as breathing, the hand, the head, the foot, the smallest shifts of the body's center of gravity or the center of gravity of individual body parts.
- the inventive couch is thus ideally suited to the decubitus of a permanently lying Person to counteract by micro-movements and so avoid bedsores, muscle atrophy as well as muscle and skeletal pain.
- each receptacle in each case supports a thigh and thus the respective left or right lower body half or these lower body halves are mounted thereon pivotally.
- the back and head support pivotally supports the back or chest and head in the longitudinal direction of the reclining person, i. Swiveling along the vertebrae. All three shots in combination result in a load-free and freely movable three-point hitch of the pool, i. on the spine and the two thigh joint pans, which ensures in addition to the free mobility of the pelvis in the longitudinal axis and a lateral rotation of the pelvis.
- the freely movable three-point suspension of the pelvis advantageously allows a particularly relaxed and comfortable felt lying, which is comparable to a drifting in water on the back and relieves the back around the pelvis for the most part.
- the pivot bearing devices are each assigned to the thigh recesses and the back and head receptacle so that the weight of the person lying is substantially absorbed on the thigh and back and the pivot bearing devices are in the horizontal state from the equilibrium position of the person lying out freely.
- the pivot bearings are advantageously positioned at the respective center of gravity of thighs or back and head receiving, so that a three-point suspension easily displaceable by the person lying comes about.
- the pivot bearing devices for the thigh recesses and / or the back and head receptacles are positioned directly under the respective receptacle, preferably at the respective center of gravity of the thigh or back and head receptacle. but if certain muscle groups are preferred to train, the pivot bearings can also be positioned in front of or behind the centers of gravity of the thigh and back and head recording, so as to complicate the pivotability in one direction or easier.
- a pivoting of the Schwenklagervorraumen that is as free as possible and perceived by the person as lying behind promotes the "wind" of the pelvis and the spine and the associated muscles, tendons, intervertebral discs and skeletal bones.
- both lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh receptacles (3, 4) and preferably also the lever arm (15) the back and head receptacle (5) are elastically flexible and can be bent by the person lying preferably by 5 to 30 °, more preferably 5 to 20 ° in the vertical direction (c).
- the reclining person can additionally influence their reclining position on the three-point suspension of the two thigh recesses and the back and head receptacle by shifting their weight, for example by the three receptacles taking different height positions relative to one another depending on the weight shift.
- both lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh recesses (3, 4) and preferably also the lever arm (15) of the back and head support (5) are torsionally elastic and from the lying Person preferably by 5 to 90 °, more preferably 5 to 60 ° can be rotated.
- These additional degrees of freedom facilitate lateral rotational movements of the lying body, since the recordings move sideways together with the body or the body parts lying thereon and do not oppose this rotational movement or at least to a lesser extent.
- both lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh recesses (3, 4) and preferably the lever arm (15) of the back and head receptacle (5) are flexurally and torsionally elastic.
- the pivot bearing device (8, 9) via a lever arm (10, 11) and about a vertical axis B rotatable pivot bearing (12, 13) associated with the stand (2) ,
- the thighs of the person lying in the recordings on the assignment of each optional pivot bearing on the stand to the thigh recordings on a lever arm can be spread freely and independently outwards and convey the person lying that the pelvis without support and completely free to move is.
- the thigh shots offer in this preferred embodiment thus per shot each two degrees of freedom in the longitudinal and transverse directions, which are freely combined with each other.
- the lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh receptacles (3, 4) are assigned to the stand (2) together via a pivot bearing (20) which is rotatable about a vertical axis B, or preferably the pivot bearings (12, 13) of the lever arms (10, 11) associated with the stand (2) by an additional about a vertical axis B rotatable pivot bearing (20).
- This the thigh recordings (3, 4) commonly assigned pivot bearing (20) connects the thigh recesses (3, 4) movable and oriented relative to each other.
- the thigh admissions of the inventive couch are preferably assigned in each case a rigid or more preferably a pivotable lower leg receptacle (16, 17).
- These lower leg receptacles (16, 17) are preferably pivotable in several or all directions, but particularly preferably depending on the pivoting direction with different resistance or effort. It is preferred that a movement in the vertical direction (up / down) opposes more resistance than a movement in the horizontal (left / right).
- the person lying can vary the angle between the upper and lower leg and thus affect their overall equilibrium position.
- each thigh receptacle (3, 4) is assigned a lower leg receptacle (16, 17) fixed or pivotable about a horizontal axis A via a pivot bearing device (18, 19).
- the thigh recesses (3, 4) and / or the back and head receptacle (5) can be assigned to the stand (2) or its base plate (25) directly via the respective lever arms (10, 11, 15) or the pivot bearing devices and pivot bearings be.
- the lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh receptacles (3, 4) and / or the lever arm (15) of the back and head receptacle (5) to the stand (2) via at least one pivot bearing device (21) associated with a longitudinal axis C pivotable, preferably the lever arms (10, 11) and / or the lever arm (15) the stand (2) via at least one pivot bearing device (21) on the base plate (25) pivotally associated about a longitudinal axis C.
- the lying person can pivot the thigh recesses (3, 4) and / or the back and head receptacle (5) along the longitudinal axis C to the left and to the right, thus obtaining an additional degree of freedom which positively influences the sense of equilibrium and the muscle tone ,
- the deflection of the pivot bearing device (s) (21) be limited to the sides in order to avoid lateral falling out of lying persons with impaired sense of equilibrium.
- the at least one pivot bearing device (21) is pivotable about the longitudinal axis C at least 2 to 20, preferably 2 to 15, more preferably 5 to 10 °.
- the lying device according to the invention has at least one pivot bearing device (21) about the longitudinal axis C with a restoring force and / or is braked pivotable.
- the at least one pivot bearing device (21) about the longitudinal axis C can, for example, (i) at the connection or the connections of stand (2) to the base plate (21), (ii) at the or the connection (s) of the lever arms (10 , 11) of the thigh recesses (3, 4) and / or the connection of the lever arm (15) of the back and head receptacle (5) to the base plate (25) or to the stand (2).
- the pivot bearing device (21) can also be arranged elsewhere on the lever arms (10, 11, 15) and / or on the connections of these lever arms to the receptacles or their pivot bearings.
- Another alternative to lateral deflection of the receptacles (3, 4 and / or 5) in the horizontal state can be realized via torsionally elastic lever arms (10, 11, 14).
- At least one of the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 14, 18, 19, 21) of the inventive couch is a pivot bearing spring device which is pivotable with a spring stiffness.
- the spring stiffness of the pivot bearing device supports in particular insecure beginners and low toned persons to find their way back to the stable middle position.
- the spring stiffness causes the pivot bearing deflection counteracts a spring force, which returns the pivot bearing to its rest position when the person lying no force on the bearing exerts.
- the spring force increases with the extent of the deflection.
- the spring stiffness supports in a deflection, the countermovement and thus promotes the urge to move of the person lying.
- the spring force counteracts an excessive movement of the person lying and increases their sense of stability.
- the spring stiffness can also intensify the weightless, seemingly floating feeling of the person lying down and cushion the pressure on the thigh or the back and head receptacle.
- At least one of the pivot bearing (12, 13, 20) of the deck is a braked pivot bearing. It is particularly preferred if at least one of the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 14, 18, 19, 21) and / or at least one of the rotatable pivot bearing (12, 13, 20) has a restoring force. It is also preferred that in the braked pivot bearings whose braking effect increases with the deflection of the pivot bearing. This also affects an excessive movement of the lying Person and increases their sense of stability. It is further preferred that at least one of the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 14, 18, 19, 21) is a braked pivot bearing device.
- the pivot bearings of the thigh receptacles (3, 4) are assigned to the stand (2) preferably via a common base plate (25), so that the displacement of the base plate (25) both pivot bearings (12, 13) and thus the lever arms (10, 11) and the associated thigh recordings (3, 4) with shifts.
- the angle of at least one of the thigh recesses (3, 4) and / or the back and head receptacle (5) associated lever arms (10, 11, 15) to the horizontal is preferably between 5 and 90, more preferably 10 and 70, most preferably between 15 and 60 °. It is also preferred that the angle of at least one of the lever arms (10, 11, 15) is adjustable to the horizontal.
- the reclining device can be adapted to the needs and body mass of the person lying. Depending on the length and angle of the lever arm so changes the position of the thigh or the back and head recording in height and / or in the distance from each other.
- the pivot angle of at least one of the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 15) can be limited to at least one of the lever arms (10, 11, 14), i. can not be exceeded by the person lying down.
- This swivel angle limitation facilitates entry and also exit from the couchette device according to the invention.
- the distance of the thigh recesses (3, 4) for back and head recording (5, 6) on the Stand (2) be designed adjustable.
- the thigh recesses (3, 4) and / or the back and head receptacle (5) on a slide ((24) for the back and head receptacle 5) be arranged adjustable and the respective position with a locking pin or other locking be detected ,
- the movably mounted back and head receptacle can be assigned at least one lateral support for the thorax and / or lower back.
- This side support can, for example, only in the form of adhesive surfaces on the back and Head-receiving, which prevent slipping of the person lying in the form of one or more straps and / or in the form of side supports such as seats of sports cars to be configured.
- a lateral support also has a psychological effect on the person lying down.
- the person lying on a sufficiently wide back recording hold the balance so that an additional side support is not necessary.
- a strongly formed lateral support is only necessary if the lying person is impaired in their equilibrium, eg by maldevelopment, illness, eg stroke, or injury. In healthy people with normal sense of balance, it is usually sufficient that the back recording is designed non-slip.
- the back and head recording with or without side support may be, for example, one piece, or in two parts with separate head and back recording, or be designed in three parts (or multi-part) with separate head, upper and lower back.
- the individual elements of the back and head receptacle are rigid, flexible and / or movable connected to each other.
- the elements of the two- or three-piece back and head receptacle can be assigned via one, two or more lever arms. This may or may be rigid or have a spring stiffness.
- individual or all elements of the two-part or three-part back and head receptacle can be pivoted vertically about a horizontal axis A by means of pivot bearing devices, so that the back and head receptacle also permits "winding" of the backbone in this area.
- the back and head recording also allows a limited lateral rotation of the recording at least in the back area, so that the lateral rotation about the longitudinal axis C of the person lying is supported to a limited extent, but this can not lose the lateral support.
- the present invention relates to couches with movably mounted back and head receptacle (5, 6) selected from one-piece or two-part back and head intake; three-part head, upper and lower back recording, with two or more parts arrangement, the individual elements are rigidly, flexibly and / or movably connected to each other and the pivot bearing device (14) of the back seat (5) or the upper back seat (5a) is associated.
- the pivot bearing device which assigns the back and head receptacle (5) via the lever arm (15) to the stand (2) is advantageously associated with the back seat or the lower back seat (5a), so that the center of gravity of the upper body of the person lying on the pivot bearing device or at a short distance.
- the lower back (5a) contributes in preferred embodiments only limited to the inclusion of the person lying, and only serves the comfort of feeling that the lower back is supported and not like the pelvis hanging freely in the air.
- the angle restriction and the preferred restoring force facilitate the entry and exit in the inventive reclining device.
- the stand (2) of the reclining device according to the invention must securely hold the device in the lying mode as well as when entering and exiting the person using it in position. It can be designed in one piece, depending on requirements and aesthetic requirements, for example as a block or as a frame with feet, usually at least four of them. Alternatively, the stand can only be a securely fastened to the ground rail for receiving the thigh recordings and the back and head recording. Also, the thigh and the head and back shots can be connected separately to the ground. Then the stand is in several parts. The stand only has to fulfill the function of associating the thigh and the head and back seats with each other in such a way that the function of the couch according to the invention can be reworked, ie.
- the stand can also be attached to the ceiling or a wall, as long as it ensures a stable allocation of the images to lie down.
- the stand and / or the lever arms can be supported in a damping or resilient manner, e.g. on rubber or spring bearings.
- the stand can be designed to be displaceable by means of rollers or as a support arm, wherein the rollers are advantageously removed, fixed or functionless in lying mode or the support arm is advantageously spatially fixed in lying mode.
- At least one movable part of the inventive reclining device is mechanically detectable or adjustable, for example by means of electric motors.
- the distance between the thigh shots to the head and back, the angle of the lever arms and the angle of the recordings to the stand by machine be adjusted and fixed.
- the angle of the pivot bearing devices as a whole can be mechanically changed and fixed, if this is necessary or advantageous, for example when entering and exiting the lying device.
- At least one movable part of the reclining device is programmable mechanically detectable or adjustable.
- the programming can be such that the reclining device for entry and exit is transferred to a stable sitting or standing device. In the horizontal state, the pivot bearing devices and pivot bearings are then freely movable again by the person lying. Also, the programming can be done so that the pivot bearings are braked definable and / or the pivot bearing devices have a definable spring stiffness.
- the present invention relates to a preferably mechanically adjustable, preferably programmable reclining device, which is adjustable from a lying position to a sitting or standing position and vice versa.
- the molded parts for receiving the thighs, lower legs, the lower back, the back and / or the head may be more or less adapted to the receiving body part or adaptable by adjusting the shape of the respective body part.
- the receptacle may only be a flat plate, preferably with padding.
- the respective receptacle is adapted or adaptable to the anatomy of the respective supported body part of the person lying, for example by means of mechanically adjustable elements and / or inflatable and thus deformable elements.
- Corresponding molding systems are known from the automobile and aircraft seat automobile industry.
- the surface of the recordings may advantageously be slip-resistant, breathable, cushioned, ventilated and / or heat-generating.
- the recordings can be designed by permanently moving elements massaging.

- the vertical axes B can be changed horizontally or longitudinally changed in a reasonable for the person lying extent.
- the pivot bearings (12, 13) or the common pivot bearing (20) of the levers for the thigh recesses (3, 4) can be rotated about an inclined vertical axis (B), as shown in FIG FIG. 2 for the common pivot bearing (20) is shown.
- the deflection of the vertical, horizontal and longitudinal axes is less than 60, preferably less than 45, more preferably less than 40 or 35 and most preferably less than 30 or 20 degrees.
- lever arm in the context of the invention, any device is to be understood, which spatially assigns two elements over a fixed distance.
- lever arms are rigid or flexible and possibly also torsionally elastic rods, beams, etc., which can be made in one or more parts.
- Fig. 1 shows a three-dimensional view obliquely from above the top of a reclining device according to the invention (1) for storing a lying person, not shown.
- the reclining device (1) has a stable base (2) designed as a frame with four legs with damping elements (28) at each leg end.
- On the stand (2) is the base plate (25) on which the holder for the leg unit, here the connecting piece (26) with pivot bearing (20), and the movable carriage (24) of the back and head receptacle (5) the pivot bearing for the back unit (22) are pivotally connected.
- the back and head receptacle (5) can be moved towards or away from the leg unit and then fixed.
- the leg unit for example by means of a carriage on the base plate (25) to be arranged displaceably.
- the leg unit consists of the connecting piece (26) with the rotary bearing (20) which can be rotated about the vertical axis.
- the rotatable connecting piece (26) is assigned to the lever arms (10, 11) via preferably first and second rotary bearings (12, 13), wherein the lever arms in each case again via first and second pivot bearing devices (8, 9) the first and second thigh receptacles (3, 4) are assigned.
- the first and second thigh receptacles (3, 4) are preferably each provided with optional and preferred first and second lower leg receptacles (17, 16) via pivot bearing devices (18, 19). connected.
- the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 14) from the equilibrium of the person lying out freely.
- lever arms (10, 11) of the thigh receptacles (3, 4) and / or the lever arm (15) of the back and head rest (5) can be elastic, torsionally elastic or both and thus expand the degrees of freedom of movement of the person lying.
- the head and back unit (5) consists of the sliding and fixable sliding carriage (24), which assigns this unit to the base plate (25), and the pivot bearing (22), the lever arm (15) of the back and Kophfact (5) pivotally assigns.
- the lever arm (15) is associated with the back and head receptacle (5) preferably via the pivot bearing device (14), which is preferably located at the center of gravity of the person's back.
- the position of the pivot bearing device (14) can also be adjusted in front of or behind the center of gravity of the person's back, so that there is a desired instability, which can then compensate the person lying by the appropriate attitude.
- the back and head receptacle (5) may be integrally formed in one piece rigid or movable, it may in two parts of a back (5) and a head piece (6) and a compound, for example in the form of a rigid, flexible and / or torsionally elastic Lever (29) may be formed, or it may be in three parts, ie formed in two parts with an additional lower back intake (5a), the lower back of the back image (5) by means of a rigid, flexible and / or torsionally elastic lever (30) may be assigned ,
- the positions of the head, back and lower back recordings (6, 5, 5a) can be adjusted at a distance from one another, so that the recordings can be adapted to the anatomy of the respective lying person.
- a side support (7) of the back which gives the person lying more security and can avoid falling out in the case of persons with balance problems.
- a stable use is already ensured with a non-slip surface of the receptacles (5, 5a, 3, 4).
- the pivot bearing devices (8, 9, 14) of the thigh, back and head shots are required. This means that the connection of the lever arms (10, 11, 15) of these receptacles (3, 4, 5) with the base plate (25) can also be rigid and the person lying still "floats" on the back.
- the pivot bearing 23 at the end of the base plate allows the erection of the base plate (25) towards the feet, so that the person lying is transferred to a sitting or standing position.
- the sitting or standing position in the "unfolded" state makes getting in and out easier.
- the transition from lying and sitting / standing position mechanically, for example, by servo motors, supported and stabilized.
- the base plate (25) is associated with the stand (2) via at least one pivot bearing device (21) pivotable about the longitudinal axis C, so that the person lying along its longitudinal axis together with the leg seats (3, 4) and / or the back and head support (5) can turn left and right.
- this at least one pivot bearing device (21) braked and / or provided with a restoring force, so that the person lying can not roll out of the seats (3, 4, 5) sideways.
- the at least one pivot bearing device (21) is pivotable about the longitudinal axis C preferably at least 2 to 20, preferably 2 to 15, more preferably 5 to 10 °.
- Fig. 2 shows a side view of the inventive reclining device (1) of Fig. 1 ,
- the connecting piece (26) is connected to the first lever (10) of the first lower leg receptacle (3) via a pivot bearing (27) with the base plate (25).

- Fig. 3 shows a side view of the inventive reclining device (1) of Fig. 2 with extended distance between the carriage (24) and the pivot bearing of the associated back unit (22) and the pivot bearing of the leg unit (31).
- the extended distance adjusts the reclining device (1) and the longer back of a person lying or leads to a town termed by tension of the back muscles and thus stabilizes his reclining position.
- the various pivot bearing deflections are indicated by double-sided arrows.
- the lever arms can be flexurally elastic and / or torsionally elastic and thus expand the degrees of freedom of the person lying and also damp or amplify the vibrations emanating from the person lying.
- Fig. 4 shows a side view of in Fig. 2 shown lying device (1) in entry and exit position with respect to the base plate (25) tilted pivot bearing (23).
- the transition from entry / exit position in the lying position is not too jerky and possibly uncontrolled for the person lying, it is advantageous to brake the tilting movement of the pivot bearing (23) or even equipped with a restoring force.
- the restoring force in the sitting / standing and exit position makes it easier for the person lying to transition to the sitting / standing and exit position and the restoring force or braking force avoids a jerky folding down during the transition to the lying position.
- the distance between the leg unit and the back unit can be shortened via the slide of the back unit and thus the seated entry and exit position can be improved.
- the change in distance between the two units can be performed manually or via servomotors.
- Fig. 5 shows a side view of in Fig. 2 shown lying device without lower back.
- the lower back intake (5a) is usually not necessary at all, since the back intake (5) usually receives the center of gravity of the upper body of the lying person in a supporting manner.
- the lower back impression (5a) then has more of a psychological function that the lying person additionally feels stabilized by the contact with the lower back impression (5a).
- Fig. 6 shows a view of the in the FIGS. 1 and 2 shown lying device (1) with a two-part back and head intake (variant a) and, alternatively, a three-part back and head intake with lower back intake (variant b).
- the pivot bearings are hatched and the pivot axes A shown as dashed lines.
- the back recording is provided on both sides with lateral support and also advantageously the head, back and / or possibly lower back images each with pivot bearing devices are designed so that each allow a limited deflection, so that the lying on the record back and / or Head of the person lying around the horizontal axis A can move.
- flexurally elastic and / or torsionally elastic levers which associate the individual recordings of the back and head receptacle with one another, convey further degrees of freedom for the backbone of the person.
- Fig. 7 shows a plan view of a reclining device according to the invention with rectangular, flat designed lower leg, thigh, back and head recordings (variant a).
- a three-part back and head support with lower back view is shown (b).
- the pivot bearings are hatched and the pivot axes A shown as dashed lines. While it is beneficial that the respective shots adapted to the anatomy of the recorded body parts. On the other hand, such requirements can severely limit the use of the reclining device by physically very different people or lead to pressure points in some groups. Therefore, it may be advantageous to make single or multiple images of the inventive couch device substantially flat and possibly only well padded.
- individual, multiple or all recordings can be variably adapted to the anatomy of the person lying, for example by actuators, air or liquid fillable pillows, etc.
- Figs. 8a f show side views (ac) and plan views (df) of erfindungsmässen embodiments of two- and three-piece back and head shots.
- the head receptacle is missing and the pivot bearing rests on top of the back receptacle.
- the head intake is advantageous for the inventive couch, but not mandatory, since it only improves the comfort, especially for long and relaxing couches, but not to achieve the "floating" effect is absolutely necessary.
- lying down without a head-rest is not very relaxing and causes the lying person to tense the neck and this has an effect on the posture of the back.
- the variant b is in three parts with lower back.
- the lower back impression is usually dispensable without loss of lying comfort, but contributes to the subjectively perceived stability.
- the variant c is in three parts and the three shots are each designed rectangular flat.
- the views d to f correspond to the side views a to c.
