Claims (10)

  1. Groupe de collage (10) avec dispositif d'approche réglable dans une machine à laminer-embosser, comprenant un rouleau de distribution de colle (12), un rouleau de dosage (13) de cette même colle et un réservoir de colle (14), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, sur chaque côté, une glissière (21), constituée d'un châssis latéral supportant ledit rouleau de distribution (12), dans lequel ladite glissière (21) est appliquée sur un châssis latéral fixe (11) dudit groupe de collage (10) par le biais d'au moins un guide linéaire (22), orienté dans une direction orthogonale par rapport aux axes desdits rouleaux, ladite glissière (21) étant connectée à un groupe d'entraînement (23) comprenant un actionneur réglable (24), connecté à une extrémité mobile de ladite glissière (21) et à une extrémité opposée à un capteur de charge fixe (25) qui contrôle de manière continue la charge appliquée.
  2. Groupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur réglable (24) est couplé avec un système de blocage actionnable de manière sélective (26), tel qu'un frein, pour rendre ledit actionneur (24) un élément rigide sans mouvements ou déformations.
  3. Groupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur réglable (24) comprend un dispositif à cylindre/piston pneumatique équipé d'une vanne proportionnelle qui commande proportionnellement la pression d'approche exercée.
  4. Groupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de commande de la pression d'approche qui est connecté audit capteur de charge (25).
  5. Groupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un guide (22) est un guide à faible friction.
  6. Groupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit rouleau de dosage (13) et ledit réservoir de colle (14) associé à celui-ci sont à leur tour fixés de manière amovible à ladite glissière (21) par le biais d'un deuxième châssis latéral (15).
  7. Machine à laminer-embosser comprenant au moins un rouleau d'embossage (120), au moins un contre-rouleau d'embossage (110) et un groupe de collage (10), ledit groupe de collage (10) comprenant un rouleau de distribution de colle (12), un rouleau de dosage (13) de cette même colle et un réservoir de colle (14), caractérisé en ce que ledit groupe de collage (10) est selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
  8. Procédé de réglage de l'approche entre un groupe de collage (10) et un rouleau d'embossage (120) dans une machine à laminer-embosser (100), caractérisé en ce qu'une commande sur la pression d'approche entre un rouleau de distribution (12) dudit groupe de collage (10) et ledit rouleau d'embossage (120) est exécutée de manière continue durant le fonctionnement au moyen d'un capteur de charge (25).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :
    - le réglage, de chaque côté, d'une valeur prédéterminée de la pression d'approche entre lesdits rouleaux,
    - la commande continue, de chaque côté, de la valeur instantanée de la pression d'approche exercée.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite étape de réglage d'une valeur prédéterminée de la pression d'approche entre lesdits rouleaux peut être exécutée avec la machine immobile ou en mouvement, sans distinction.
