Definitions
- the present invention relates to a ventilation device with a substantially closed housing, in which a fan is received, the inlets and outlets are each in communication with housing openings.
- One known method of drying living and working spaces with resulting moisture damage is to remove moist room air from the room to be dried by means of a blower, and to allow relatively dry outside air to flow back into the room.
- rooms here not only pure living rooms or workrooms are referred to, but also cavities, such as hollow walls, hollow floors, hollow ceilings, basements, etc.
- the ventilation unit can not be brought directly into a room to be dried, it can conveniently by means of air ducts to the be connected to room to be dried.
- the fan is located in a soundproof area containing the blower leading pipes for the cold air supply and the cold air discharge.
- the housing is further coupled to another housing, the sole purpose of which is to provide a soundproofed space for the supply of process air to the blower and for blowing the process air out of the blower.
- the second housing includes a partition.
- the cooling air noise remains largely uninsulated, since the cooling air is led directly into and out of the blower via pipelines. When a Therefore, such ventilation unit is placed in living rooms, the cooling air noise can still lead to significant noise emissions.
- the invention has for its object to provide an improved ventilation device in which the flow noise both the process air and the cooling air are largely insulated, which also insulates structure-borne sound, is simple in construction and is correspondingly inexpensive to produce.
- a ventilation device is provided, wherein the housing is divided into at least three subspaces, wherein the fan is arranged in a first subspace, which is spatially between a second subspace, separated by the process air and the cooling air are introduced, and a third part of the space through which the cooling air and the process air are blown separately from each other, and wherein at least the second and third subspaces are designed sound-insulating.
- a unitary housing can be used, which can be divided by simple dividing elements into three subspaces.
- the blower which has two supply air connections and two exhaust ports, which lead into the second and third subspaces and of these with connections on the outside of the housing in communication or are directly in communication with the environment.
- both the exhaust air and the supply air is guided through insulated subspaces, so that the flow noise is largely insulated.
- the running noise of the fan can be considerably reduced, since the fan is in the first subspace between the second and third subspace, which are formed sound-insulating.
- the housing is divided by two parallel partitions into three subspaces.
- each sound-absorbing materials in shape be contained by block-shaped fiber or foam materials. If these materials are self-supporting, can be dispensed with separate partitions between the subspaces.
- the side walls in particular cover and bottom of the first subspace, can also be provided with sound-absorbing covering, or the fan itself can be accommodated in a sound-absorbing damping body. As a result, the transmission of structure-borne noise between the fan and the housing is prevented.
- the sound-insulating materials preferably have meandering air ducts which cause high sound insulation when the air flows through.
- the sound-insulating materials can also be designed so that they contain recesses into which dust filters can be inserted transversely to the air flow.
- dust filters for example cloth or paper filters, may be accommodated in a frame which is inserted from outside the housing through a housing opening into the insulation body or bodies.
- Such dust filters can be pulled out of the housing and replaced by a fresh dust filter, depending on the time, or depending on the pollution even during operation of the ventilation unit.
- the housing is cuboid, wherein the second and third sub-spaces are located on the inner end faces of the housing and the first sub-space is located between the second and third sub-space for receiving the blower.
- the subspaces are preferably arranged such that the second subspace forms the inlet side for both the cooling air and the process air, the second subspace itself being subdivided into a cooling air side and a process air side.
- the third subspace is used for the removal of cooling air and process air, the third subspace is also divided for the separation between cooling air and process air.
- a common blower as is often used for drying and venting purposes, is a radial air blower that includes a top with a central cooling air inlet and cooling air outlets distributed around the outside of the housing.
- the process air inlet is arranged centrally on the underside, and the process air is discharged via a tangential outlet.
- On the bottom side of the housing an additional chamber is formed, via which the process air can be introduced centrally into the blower. In this case, the process air is introduced via the first subspace and from there via the additional chamber into the blower.
- This embodiment also makes it possible to form an alternative process air inlet at the bottom of the housing which can be used when the process air can or should be supplied directly from below, or when the ventilation unit is in communication with another device below it, e.g. B. a device that performs a dehumidification of the process air before the process air is blown out by the ventilation device according to the invention.
- the invention provides a ventilation device available that is highly sound-insulated despite high performance, with not only ventilation noise, but also structure-borne noise of the blower can be avoided.
- the ventilation device according to the invention Fig. 1 is designed as a substantially parallelepiped-shaped housing 20, which is constructed in particular as a sheet steel housing.
- the housing 20 is divided in the interior into three subspaces 1, 2, 3, wherein the first subspace 1, which is located between the lateral adjoining the end faces 6 and 7 subspaces 2, 3, the fan 8 receives.
- the arranged at the top of the fan arcuate cooling air inlet 10 leads into the insulating material 13 of the second compartment 2.
- an inlet 21 is formed, to which a pipe can be connected. Cooling air is supplied via this pipeline, not shown, passed through the meandering flow path of the insulating material 13 in the cooling air inlet 10 of the blower 8 and discharged from the fan 8 via the lateral cooling air outlets 9 again.
- the outflowing cooling air flows around the blower 8 and cools it from the outside before the cooling air is discharged through an opening of the insulating material 14 of the third compartment 3 via its meandering flow path on the second end face 7 of the housing 20, wherein it is alternatively via the outlet 22nd discharged directly from the housing to the environment or can be forwarded via a connected pipe to a desired location.
- the process air like the cooling air at the first end side, is supplied to the housing 20 via an inlet 23, wherein the process air is likewise guided through meandering flow channels of the insulating material 13.
- the insulating material 13 is divided by a partition wall 15.
- the process air emerging from the insulating material 13 enters the chamber 17 arranged below the blower 8, from which it enters the process air inlet 11 of the blower 8 centrally at the bottom.
- the fan 8 From the fan 8, it is transferred via the tangential process air outlet 12 into the third sub-chamber 3, which is formed according to the second sub-chamber by insulating material 14, which also has meandering flow paths, the process air after flowing through the insulating material 14 at the second end face 7 via a Stub 24 of the housing 20 is blown out and in particular via a connected Pipeline is discharged into the atmosphere.
- the insulating material 14 has a partition 16 for separating cooling air and process air against each other.
- the chamber 17 may also be formed of a damping material with flow channels, wherein the chamber 17 at sufficient rigidity and the support base for the fan 8 can form.
- the fan can also be fixed with its bottom 25 on a partition 26 for better stabilization, which runs transversely between the walls 4 and 5.
- the insulating material used are preferably self-supporting open-pore foams or fibrous materials. Fibers or foams directed on the surface with their openings have the advantage that the flow resistances can be reduced if their fibers or openings in the cavities extend in the flow direction of the air flows.
- cooling air and process air are supplied via the first end face 6 of the housing 20 to the blower 8 and discharged via the second end face 7 again.
- the process air is introduced from the bottom 18 of the housing 20 into the chamber 17 and from there directly into the process air inlet 11 of the blower 8.
- the housing has on its underside an additional inlet 27, which can be alternatively opened or closed with the frontal inlet 23, for. B. via a removable lid or a slide.
- the ventilation device can be used flexibly, especially when it is placed on a drying device having a central upper outlet, which is aligned with the bottom side inlet 27 of the inventive ventilation device. In this case, the inlet noise of the process air is already insulated by the direct connection with the drying device.
- the housing walls should also be soundproof lined.
- the housing 20 in particular a removable top 19, on which also control elements, such as on-off switch, control, temperature sensor, etc., may be arranged.

Description
