Claims (12)

  1. Wärmetauscher (1), welcher dazu bestimmt ist, einen Wärmeaustausch zwischen einem ersten Fluid (FC) und einem zweiten Fluid (FR) durchzuführen, und mehrere Kammern (3, 6) umfasst, die in einer Längsrichtung (A-A') gestapelt sind, um ein Wärmeaustauschbündel (2) zu bilden, wobei wenigstens eine erste Kammer (3), die geeignet ist, das erste Fluid (FC) aufzunehmen, von einem Paar erster Platten (4, 5) begrenzt wird, wobei wenigstens eine zweite Kammer (6), die geeignet ist, das zweite Fluid (FR) aufzunehmen, von einem Paar zweiter Platten (7, 8) begrenzt wird, wobei die zweiten Platten (7, 8) Öffnungen (71, 72, 81, 82) umfassen, die mit der zweiten Kammer (6) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die ersten Platten (4, 5) jeweils wenigstens zwei primäre Öffnungen (41, 42, 51, 52) und wenigstens zwei sekundäre Öffnungen (43, 44, 53, 54) umfassen, wobei die zwei primären Öffnungen (41, 42, 51, 52) mit der ersten Kammer (3) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die zwei sekundären Öffnungen (43, 44, 53, 54) mit den Öffnungen (71, 72, 81, 82) der zweiten Platten (7, 8) in Verbindung stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Platten (4, 5) von den zweiten Platten (7, 8) verschieden sind, dadurch, dass jede Platte (4, 5, 7, 8) eine Verformung (55, 83) umfasst, die am Umfang durch einen Rand (56, 84) begrenzt ist, wobei sich der Boden der Verformung (55, 83) in einer Ebene erstreckt, die verschieden von derjenigen ist, in welcher sich der Umfangsrand (56) erstreckt, um so die entsprechende Kammer (3, 6) wenigstens teilweise zu begrenzen, dadurch, dass die Verformung (55) eine Nut (58) umfasst, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie die entsprechende Kammer (3) teilt, um einen U-förmigen Zirkulationskreislauf (31, 32, 33) des Fluids (FC, FR) zu bilden, und dadurch, dass alle Kammern (3, 6) so angeordnet sind, dass sie einen U-förmigen Zirkulationskreislauf des Fluids (FC, FR) begrenzen, wobei ein erster U-förmiger Kreislauf (31, 32, 33) entgegengesetzt in Bezug auf einen zweiten U-förmigen Kreislauf (61, 62, 63) ist, wobei die zweiten Platten (7, 8) jeweils nur zwei Öffnungen (71, 72, 81, 82) umfassen, wobei diese zweiten Platten (7, 8) nicht mit einer Öffnung versehen sind, die mit der ersten Kammer (3) in Verbindung steht.
  2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, wobei die primären (41, 42, 51, 52) bzw. sekundären Öffnungen (43, 44, 53, 54) der ersten Platten (4, 5) jeweils an einem von zwei Längsenden (5A, 5B) derselben ausgebildet sind.
  3. Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Öffnungen (71, 72, 81, 82) der zweiten Platten (7, 8) an einem Längsende (8A, 8B) derselben ausgebildet sind.
  4. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Länge der ersten Platten (4, 5) größer als diejenige der zweiten Platten (7, 8) ist.
  5. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine (5) der ersten Platten an eine (7) der zweiten Platten angefügt ist.
  6. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Turbulenzerzeuger (9) im Inneren wenigstens einer Kammer (3, 6) angeordnet ist.
  7. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Kammern (3), die geeignet ist, das erste Fluid (FC) aufzunehmen, und die zweiten Kammern (6), die geeignet ist, das zweite Fluid (FR) aufzunehmen, in der Längsrichtung (A) abwechselnd gestapelt sind.
  8. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Kammern (3), die geeignet sind, das erste Fluid (FC) aufzunehmen, dafür ausgelegt sind, mit einer Anschlussvorrichtung (20) in Verbindung zu stehen, die geeignet ist, die ersten Kammern (3) mit einem externen Kreislauf in Verbindung zu bringen.
  9. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweiten Kammern (6), die geeignet sind, das zweite Fluid (FR) aufzunehmen, dafür ausgelegt sind, mit einer Verbindungsvorrichtung (10) in Verbindung zu stehen, die an einem Ende (2A) des Bündels (2) in der Längsrichtung (A-A') angeordnet ist.
  10. Wärmetauschanordnung (30), welche einen Wärmetauscher (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und ein Expansionsorgan (40), das fest an dem Wärmetauscher (1) angebracht ist, umfasst.
  11. Wärmetauschanordnung nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Expansionsorgan (40) ein Magnetventil (45) umfasst.
  12. System zur thermischen Konditionierung, welches einen Kreislauf eines Kältemittels (FR) und einen Kreislauf eines Wärmeträgerfluids (FC) umfasst, an deren Zusammenfluss ein Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 installiert ist.
