Claims (18)

  1. Elément de siège (10) avec
    - une base (18) fixe lors de l'utilisation de l'élément de siège,
    - une unité de siège (12) avec une surface d'assise (12a) et
    - une unité repose-jambes (14) mobile par rapport à l'unité de siège avec une surface (14a) pour poser les jambes,
    dans lequel l'unité repose-jambes (14) est déplaçable au moyen d'un mécanisme de mouvement (20) entre une position de rangement, dans laquelle la surface pour poser les jambes (14a) est disposée en dessous de l'unité de siège (12), et une position d'utilisation, dans laquelle la surface pour poser les jambes (14a) est disposée devant l'unité de siège (12),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le mécanisme de mouvement (20) est conçu pour déplacer l'unité repose-jambes (14) de la position de rangement, dans laquelle la surface pour poser les jambes (14a) est sensiblement horizontale, à la position d'utilisation, dans laquelle la surface pour poser les jambes (14a) est également sensiblement horizontale,
    - le mécanisme de mouvement (20) présente un support intermédiaire (30),
    - dans lequel le support intermédiaire (30) est déplaçable par rapport à l'unité de siège (12) au moyen d'un premier guidage pivotant (36, 38), dans lequel le premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) présente au moins un premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) entre le support intermédiaire (30) et l'unité de siège (12) ou la base, et
    - dans lequel l'unité repose-jambes est déplaçable par rapport au support intermédiaire (30) au moyen d'un deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44), dans lequel le deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44) présente au moins un premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) entre le support intermédiaire (30) et l'unité repose-jambes (28).
  2. Elément de siège (10) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) du premier guidage pivotant est articulé d'une part sur l'unité de siège (12) de façon pivotante autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (36b) et est articulé d'autre part sur le support intermédiaire (30) de façon pivotante autour d'un deuxième axe de pivotement (36c).
  3. Elément de siège (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des premiers moyens de guidage forcé (36, 38), par lesquels, à chaque position basculée du premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) du premier guidage pivotant par rapport à l'unité de siège (12) est associée une position basculée provoquée de ce fait du support intermédiaire (30) par rapport au premier levier pivotant postérieur (36), dans lequel le premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) présente de préférence à cet effet un deuxième levier pivotant postérieur (38), qui est articulé sur l'unité de siège (12) de façon pivotante autour d'un troisième axe de pivotement (38b) espacé par rapport au premier axe de pivotement (36b) et est articulé d'autre part sur le support intermédiaire (30) de façon pivotante autour d'un quatrième axe de pivotement (38c) espacé par rapport au deuxième axe de pivotement (36c).
  4. Elément de siège (10) selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) est agencé de telle manière qu'il reste entièrement en arrière d'un bord antérieur de la surface d'assise (12a) indépendamment de la position du support intermédiaire (30), dans lequel le deuxième levier pivotant postérieur (38) est de préférence également agencé de telle manière qu'il reste entièrement en arrière du bord antérieur de la surface d'assise (12a) indépendamment de la position du support intermédiaire (30).
  5. Elément de siège (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) du deuxième guidage pivotant est articulé d'une part sur le support intermédiaire (30) de façon pivotante autour d'un cinquième axe de pivotement (42a) et est articulé d'autre part sur l'unité repose-jambes (14) d'une façon pivotante autour d'un sixième axe de pivotement (42b).
  6. Elément de siège (10) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des deuxièmes moyens de guidage forcé (42, 44), par lesquels, à chaque position basculée du premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) par rapport au support intermédiaire (30) est associée une position basculée provoquée de ce fait de l'unité repose-jambes (14) par rapport au premier support intermédiaire (30), dans lequel le deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44) présente à cet effet un deuxième levier pivotant antérieur (44), qui est articulé sur le support intermédiaire (30) de façon pivotante autour d'un septième axe de pivotement (44a) espacé par rapport au cinquième axe de pivotement (42a) et est articulé d'autre part sur l'unité repose-jambes (14) de façon pivotante autour d'un huitième axe de pivotement (44b) espacé par rapport au sixième axe de pivotement (42b).
  7. Elément de siège selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le cinquième axe de pivotement (42a) et le sixième axe de pivotement (42b) du premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) présentent l'un par rapport à l'autre une distance, qui diffère de la distance entre le septième axe de pivotement (44a) et le huitième axe de pivotement (44b) du deuxième levier pivotant antérieur (44) et/ou
    - le premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) et le deuxième levier pivotant antérieur (44) présentent une orientation différente l'un de l'autre.
  8. Elément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) du premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) est couplé au premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) du deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44) de telle manière qu'un mouvement de pivotement du premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) par rapport à l'unité de siège (12) provoque un mouvement pivotant du premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) du deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44) par rapport au support intermédiaire (30) et dès lors un mouvement de l'unité repose-jambes (14) par rapport au support intermédiaire (30).
  9. Elément de siège selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) et le premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) sont couplés l'un à l'autre de telle manière qu'il se produise des mouvements pivotants de sens contraire.
  10. Elément de siège selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) du premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) et le premier levier pivotant antérieur (42) du deuxième guidage pivotant (42, 44) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une barre de commande (58), dans lequel la barre de commande (58), rapportée de préférence à une ligne limite imaginaire, qui relie le deuxième axe de pivotement (36c) au cinquième axe de pivotement (42a), est articulée sur le premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) sur un côté de la ligne limite et sur le premier levier pivotant antérieur (44) sur le côté opposé de la ligne limite.
  11. Elément de siège (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de siège (12) est déplaçable par rapport à la base (18) de l'élément de siège (10), dans lequel le mouvement relatif de l'unité de siège (12) par rapport à la base (18) est activement couplé au mouvement relatif du support intermédiaire (30) par rapport à l'unité de siège (12), dans lequel la mobilité de l'unité de siège (12) par rapport à la base (18) est de préférence fournie par deux leviers de déplacement (32, 34), qui sont respectivement articulés sur la base (18) et sur l'unité de siège (12).
  12. Elément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la base (18) et l'unité de siège (12) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une unité de déplacement (80), dans lequel cette unité de déplacement (80) est mobile par rapport à la base (18) et dans lequel l'unité de siège (12) est mobile par rapport à l'unité de déplacement (80), dans lequel
    - l'unité de déplacement (80) est déplaçable vers l'avant par rapport à la base (18) le long d'un chemin de déplacement à partir d'une position de base, dans lequel
    - le chemin de déplacement est de préférence linéaire ou approximativement linéaire et/ou
    - le chemin de déplacement monte en direction de l'avant,
    et/ou dans lequel, pour le déplacement de l'unité de déplacement (80) par rapport à la base (18),
    - il est prévu un système de leviers (70), qui comporte au moins un levier de mouvement (72, 74), qui est articulé de façon pivotante sur l'unité de déplacement et qui est pour sa part guidé par au moins deux leviers intermédiaires, qui sont articulés de façon pivotante sur la base (18 ; 71), ou
    - il est prévu un système de coulisses (82a, 82b, 18b, 18c), qui comporte au moins une piste de coulisse (18b, 18c), dans laquelle au moins un coulisseau / un galet (82a, 82b) est agencé.
  13. Elément de siège selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un levier de mouvement (74) est articulé sur la base (18, 71) au moyen d'un premier et d'un deuxième leviers intermédiaires (75, 76), dans lequel les trois distances suivantes:
    - la distance entre un axe de pivotement (74b), autour duquel le premier levier intermédiaire (75) est articulé sur le levier de mouvement (74), et un axe de pivotement (74a), autour duquel le levier de mouvement (74) est articulé de façon pivotante par rapport à l'unité de déplacement (80),
    - la distance entre l'axe de pivotement (74b), autour duquel le premier levier intermédiaire (75) est articulé sur le levier de mouvement (74), et un axe de pivotement (74c), autour duquel le levier de mouvement (74) est articulé de façon pivotante sur le deuxième levier intermédiaire (76), et
    - la distance entre l'axe de pivotement (74b), autour duquel le premier levier intermédiaire (75) est articulé sur le levier de mouvement (74), et un axe de pivotement (75a), autour duquel le premier levier intermédiaire (75) est monté de façon pivotante sur la base,
    diffèrent l'une de l'autre de 20 % au maximum.
  14. Elément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de siège est convertible entre
    - un premier état d'utilisation, dans lequel l'unité repose-jambes se trouve dans sa position de rangement,
    - un deuxième état d'utilisation, dans lequel l'unité repose-jambes se trouve dans sa position d'utilisation, et
    - un troisième état d'utilisation, dans lequel l'unité repose-jambes se trouve dans sa position d'utilisation et dans lequel le dossier se trouve dans une orientation plus basse que son orientation dans le deuxième état d'utilisation.
  15. Elément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'unité de dossier (16) est inclinable par rapport à l'unité de siège (12) autour d'un axe de dossier (34a), dans lequel l'axe de dossier (34a) est déplaçable en même temps que l'unité de siège (12) par rapport à la base (18), et
    - il est prévu un système de guidage de dossier (92; 18a, 96; 72, 92), par lequel l'unité de dossier (16) est inclinée autour de l'axe de dossier (34a) en fonction de la position relative de l'unité de siège (12) par rapport à la base (18) et/ou de la position relative de l'unité de déplacement (80) par rapport à la base (18),
    dans lequel le système de guidage de dossier (92; 18a, 96; 72, 92) est de préférence réalisé de telle manière que, en partant du deuxième état d'utilisation par inclinaison du dossier (16) en direction d'une orientation plus basse, l'unité de déplacement (80) et l'unité de siège (12) se déplacent de concert vers l'avant.
  16. Elément de siège selon la revendication 15,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - le système de guidage de dossier (18a, 96) comprend au moins une piste de coulisse (18a), dans laquelle un coulisseau / un galet (96) est agencé, ou
    - le système de guidage de dossier comporte un levier de commande (92) monté sur l'unité de dossier (16) de façon excentrique par rapport à l'axe de dossier (34a), qui est monté d'une part de façon articulée sur l'unité de dossier (16) et qui est monté d'autre part de façon articulée sur la base (18) ou sur un des leviers de mouvement (72, 74).
  17. Elément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - il est prévu un premier système de blocage (32c, 94, 94a), par lequel, dans l'état de rangement de l'unité repose-jambes (14) un déplacement de l'unité de déplacement (80) par rapport à la base (18) est bloqué, et/ou
    - il est prévu un deuxième système de blocage (32c, 94, 94a), par lequel, dans le troisième état d'utilisation, un déplacement de l'unité repose-jambes (14) par rapport à l'unité de siège (12) est bloqué,
    dans lequel il est de préférence prévu un système de blocage unitaire, qui remplit la fonction du premier et du deuxième systèmes de blocage et présente à cet effet deux butées (32c, 94a), qui s'appliquent l'une contre l'autre aussi bien dans le premier que dans le troisième état d'utilisation.
  18. Système de garniture (22) pour un élément de siège selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec une base (18), une unité de siège (12) et une unité repose-jambes (14), qui est réalisé en vue du déplacement de l'unité repose-jambes (14) entre une position de rangement, dans laquelle l'unité repose-jambes (14) se trouve en dessous de l'unité de siège (12), et une position d'utilisation, dans laquelle l'unité repose-jambes (14) est disposée devant l'unité de siège (12), dans lequel le système de garniture (22) comporte à cet effet un mécanisme de mouvement (20), qui est conçu pour être monté sur la base (18) et/ou l'unité de siège (12) d'une part et sur l'unité repose-jambes (14) d'autre part, caractérisé en ce que
    - le mécanisme de mouvement (20) est réalisé pour déplacer l'unité repose-jambes (14) de la position de rangement, dans laquelle l'unité repose-jambes (14) est sensiblement horizontale, à la position d'utilisation, dans laquelle l'unité repose-jambes (14) est également sensiblement horizontale,
    - le mécanisme de mouvement (20) présente un support intermédiaire (30)
    - dans lequel le support intermédiaire est déplaçable au moyen d'un premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) par rapport à une partie de fixation (12) côté unité de siège, dans lequel le premier guidage pivotant (36, 38) présente au moins un premier levier pivotant postérieur (36) entre le support intermédiaire (30) et la partie de fixation (12), côté unité de siège, et
    - dans lequel une partie de fixation côté unité repose-jambes est déplaçable par rapport au support intermédiaire au moyen d'un deuxième guidage pivotant, dans lequel le deuxième guidage pivotant présente au moins un premier levier pivotant antérieur entre le support intermédiaire et la partie de fixation côté unité repose-jambes.
