本实用新型涉及一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，包括机械伸展装置、电动装置，机械伸展装置包括第三脚杆、第三连杆，其特征是：所述电动装置由电机滑块连接管、电机、电机腿部固定管、电机导轨、电机滑块组成，电机具有电机导轨，电机滑块安装在在电机导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在第三脚杆上的电机腿部固定管转动连接，电机滑块通过第一转轴与固定在第三连杆上的电机滑块连接管转动连接。所述机械伸展装置的底座通过两个底部连接管连接。所述第一转轴、第二转轴均采用插销。本实用新型电动功能简洁合理，牢固可靠，驱动效率高，安装维护方便。

一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，特别是一种搁腿可收拢或展开，靠背角度可进行一定调节的多功能活动沙发电动机械伸展装置。
背景技术
目前现有的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置有四个重大不足的地方：1、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式结构过于复杂，影响电机的动能效率；2、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式会出现抖动现象，影响活动沙发的舒适性；3、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式安装复杂，影响活动沙发的安装效率；4、市场上，活动沙发电动驱动方式电机头凸出电动连杆，腿部完全收拢时可能出现干涉现象，影响沙发的功能及结构稳定。参见图5，市场上现有技术的活动沙发电动驱动方式电动装置包含电动方管10、电动角铁11、传动件12、传动固定支架13、对比电机头固定件（文中的对比两字用来区别本实施例，下同）14、对比电机连杆15、电机固定件16、电机尾固定件17、对比电机运动滑块18、对比电机19、转轴传动件20、转动连杆21、对比电动连杆9，需将对比电机19前后端分别固定在对比电机连杆15、对比电动连杆9，通过将传动件12、传动固定支架13、电机固定件16组合成电动转动连接件，将对比电机19上对比电机运动滑块18的直线运动转换成电动方管10、电动角铁11上的转动运动，从而带动连接在电动方管10上的转轴传动件20、转动连杆21转动，进而带动机械伸展装置的运动。由于转轴传动件20、转动连杆21在转动的过程中会形成铁架自锁的现象，进而导致原电动驱动方式出现抖动的问题。本专利申请在上述现有技术的基础上进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，而提供一种结构简洁，使用方便，成本低效果好的活动沙发机械伸展装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，包括机械伸展装置、电动装置，机械伸展装置包括第三脚杆、第三连杆，其特征是：所述电动装置由电机滑块连接管、电机、电机腿部固定管、电机导轨、电机滑块组成，电机具有电机导轨，电机滑块安装在在电机导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在第三脚杆上的电机腿部固定管转动连接，电机滑块通过第一转轴与固定在第三连杆上的电机滑块连接管转动连接，从而不需要电动底连杆，电机驱动方式结构简单，电机推力直接作用在机械伸展装置的腿部结构上，结构更加结实牢靠，有利于提高电机的动能效率。
本实用新型所述电动机械伸展装置结构简单，所述机械伸展装置的底座通过两个底部连接管连接，有利于提高机械伸展装置的安装维护效率。
本实用新型解决了市场上活动沙发电动驱动方式抖动的现象，提高了活动沙发的舒适性。
本实用新型所述电机安装方便，所述第一转轴、第二转轴均采用插销，实现了电机上的电机运动滑块与电机头通过插销连接，大大提高了电机的安装效率。
本实用新型解决了市场上电动驱动方式电机头凸出电动连杆的问题，可避免腿部完全收拢时出现的干涉现象，提高了活动沙发的结构稳定性。
本实用新型活动沙发的电动功能简洁合理，牢固可靠，驱动效率高，安装维护方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实施例在所述活动沙发电动机械伸展装置包括现有技术的机械伸展装置（具有相同的左侧部件、右侧部件，左侧部件与右侧部件通过固定部件固定连接），所述机械伸展装置具有第三连杆1、第三脚杆4、底座24，其结构特点是其电动装置由电机滑块连接管2、电机5、电机腿部固定管6、电机导轨8、电机滑块22组成，电机5采用导轨电机，电机5头通过第二转轴7与电机腿部固定管6转动连接，电机腿部固定管6固定在机械伸展装置上的第三脚杆4上，电机滑块22通过第一转轴3与电机滑块连接管2转动连接，电机滑块连接管2 固定在机械伸展装置上的第三连杆1上，电机滑块22在电机5的电机导轨8上运动。
本实施例所述电机腿部固定管6固定在机械伸展装置上的第三脚杆4上，实现电机5的推力直接作用于机械伸展装置的腿部结构，电机滑块22沿着电机导轨8运动，使得电机5的驱动力最大限度地与本实施例展开方向一致，从而节约能源，减少机械磨损，增强整体结构。
本实施例的运动原理是通过电机5上的电机滑块22在电机导轨8上运动，从而带动通过第二转轴7与固定在第三脚杆4上的电机腿部固定管6，电机腿部固定管6固定在机械伸展装置上的第三脚杆4上，由于人的自身重力导致电机滑块22运动过程中，活动沙发电动机械伸展装置首先腿部结构展开，待完全展开到限位与接触面接触时，阻止腿部结构机械展开，从而带动活动沙发电动机械伸展装置的靠背结构完全倾倒，这样活动沙发电动机械伸展装置就实现了从图1到图2再到图3状态的过程。反之，电机运动滑块22方向运动时，活动沙发电动机械伸展装置可实现从图3到图2再到图1状态的过程。当活动沙发电动机械伸展装置处于图1，即腿部完全收拢状态时，从而实现了活动沙发机械伸展装置的电动驱动功能。
本实施例第一转轴1与第二转轴7的转动连接方式通过插销式连接，实现了电机的插销式连接。
本实施例取消了转轴传动件20、转动连杆21的转动连接，解决了电动驱动方式抖动的问题。
本实施例底座24通过两个底部连接管23固定连接，结构简洁，成本低，取消了对比电机连杆15、对比电动连杆9与底座24的连接。
本实施例增加了活动沙发的电动新驱动方式，取消了原有电动驱动方式装置，有利于提高活动沙发电动安装及运行效率，提高了沙发的自动化程度和舒适性。

1.一种活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，包括机械伸展装置、电动装置，机械伸展装置包括第三脚杆、第三连杆，其特征是：所述电动装置由电机滑块连接管、电机、电机腿部固定管、电机导轨、电机滑块组成，电机具有电机导轨，电机滑块安装在在电机导轨上，电机头通过第二转轴与固定在第三脚杆上的电机腿部固定管转动连接，电机滑块通过第一转轴与固定在第三连杆上的电机滑块连接管转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，其特征是：所述机械伸展装置的底座通过两个底部连接管连接。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的活动沙发电动机械伸展装置，其特征是：所述第一转轴、第二转轴均采用插销。
