Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a pharmacy drawer system for storing articles having at least one drawer with a plurality of separated compartments for receiving the objects, wherein the drawer is guided via a drawer slide in a body and the drawer slide has a slope to a gravity-driven automatic inlet from a removal position, which allows access to the compartments to allow in a closed position.
  • Pharmacy drawers are usually characterized by a relatively large length, the drawers are divided into several compartments to accommodate items such as drug packages. The compartments are used to allow sorting of the items. Pharmacy drawers are very often raised in use in a removal position, in which access to at least a portion of the compartments is allowed, in which removal position, the drawer, for example, at least 25% of its useful depth is removed.
  • the drawers on a drawer slide on a slope through which a gravitational inlet from the removal position is effected in a closed position.
  • the drawer of the pharmacy drawer system can thus be released by the operator after mounting in the removal position and it does not require the operator to move the drawer to the closed position. Due to the weight of the drawer and the slope of the drawer guide, the independent return from the removal position into the closed position thus takes place by gravity.
  • the operation of the pharmacy drawer system is particularly advantageous because after removing the drawer into the removal position, the operator does not have to actively insert it into the closed position, but can turn directly to other tasks. Especially with very long drawers, as they are often present in pharmacy drawer systems, this means an enormous time savings for the operator.
  • a completely filled drawer develops in the automatic inlet due to the compared to the empty drawers significantly increased weight a relatively high speed, so that it can come to a strong impact on the guideway limiting stop. Due to the strong impact and a resulting rebound of the drawer in a partially open position, it may cause a noise, which is not desirable in particular when using pharmacy drawer systems in the customer-accessible area. In addition, a closing movement of a drawer, which rebounds into a partially open position before it enters the final closed position, aesthetically unsightly and irritating to the customer. Due to the impact of the drawer on a stop, it may also come to a falling or dislocation of the items in the subjects. It is particularly unfavorable when smaller objects are ejected from a compartment due to the impact.
  • U1 discloses a furniture as a drawer system with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • EP 1 248 441 B1 discloses a self-closing guide and mechanism for a self-closing guide. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a pharmacy drawer system of the type mentioned, in which the noise in the gravity-related automatic inlet of a drawer is kept low. In addition, the influence should be on Objects that are stored in compartments of the drawer are also kept low.
  • the invention is defined by the features of claim 1.
  • the pharmacy drawer system according to the invention for storing articles has at least one drawer with a plurality of separate compartments for receiving the objects, wherein the drawer is guided via a drawer guide in a body and the drawer slide has a slope to a gravity-driven automatic inlet from a removal position, the allowing access to at least a portion of the compartments to allow in a closed position.
  • a damper unit is arranged with retraction function, which acts between the body and the drawer, the damper unit with retraction function braking the drawer and pulling the drawer into the closed position without disturbing rebound causes.
  • the removal position is for example a position in which the drawer is extended at least 25% of its extension length.
  • the damper unit with pull-in function ensures that the drawer is decelerated shortly before reaching the closed position during the gravity-driven automatic inlet and pulled gently into the closed position. Thus, a hard bouncing of the drawer is avoided and the drawer moves without a disturbing noise in the closed position. By avoiding a strong impact is also prevented that arranged in the compartments of the drawer objects can fall over or are thrown out of a compartment.
  • a drawer can be opened in the removal position and a simple release of the drawer is an independent return, the drawer is reliably pulled by the damper unit with catch function in the closed position without a hard impact occurs.
  • the drawer thus moves automatically without the intervention of a user in the closed position, wherein the drawer is slowed down shortly before reaching the closed position and is gently pulled in an aesthetically pleasing manner and without disturbing impact in the closed position. There is thus a closing movement without rebound and disturbing noise.
  • the invention Pharmacy drawer system is therefore advantageously used in particular in a customer-accessible area.
  • the damper unit is designed with retraction function as a spring-damper system. It can be provided that the spring holds the engaging part in a basic position, which allows engagement of the coupler.
  • the maximum spring force of the spring is less than 10 N, more preferably less than 7 N.
  • the maximum spring force of the spring is the maximum acting spring force during normal operation of the spring-damper system. It has been found that due to the gravity-driven automatic inlet of the drawer, a relatively small spring force for the collection function of the damper unit is necessary. A low spring force has the consequence advantageously that the resistance to be overcome when pulling out the drawer is kept low, so that the drawer can be pulled out very easily.
  • the spring must be designed such that the spring force available during the closing operation is sufficient to allow the drawer to move in against the damping force of the damper into the closed position.
  • the spring force available during the closing operation is at most 7 times, preferably at most 4 times, the damping force of the damper with spring-damper systems unloaded from the outside.
  • the spring force must be at least equal to the damping force of the damper with externally unloaded spring-damper system.
  • the damping force of the damper with externally unloaded spring-damper system the force is called, which is necessary to set the damper just in motion.
  • the spring force is equal to the damping force of the damper with unloaded spring-damper system, since the drawer already has a propulsion through the gravity-driven automatic inlet.
  • the spring force is thus mainly necessary to overcome the damping force of the damper in the unloaded state.
  • the drawer moves only very slowly in the closed position.
  • the automatic inlet and the intake function of the damper unit still function. Due to contamination, abrasion and wear, especially in the bearings of the rollers, however, there may be an increase in the resistance forces occurring in the drawer slide, so that a spring force that is higher than the damping force of the damper with unloaded spring-damper system is necessary to to overcome the resistance forces and to ensure a sufficiently fast closing speed during insertion through the spring-damper system.
  • the spring and the damper are subject to wear, whereby the wear, the maximum spring force decrease over time, the damper force, however, may increase. It has therefore been a spring force that is between 4 times and 7 times the damping force of the damper with unloaded spring damper system, as a good compromise that allows easy mounting of the drawer, while still ensuring that the pharmacy drawer system even after a variety of use cycles still works as intended.
  • the drawer guide has the gradient over the entire length. As a result, the drawer can be fully extended, while still an automatic inlet can take place in the closed position.
  • the drawer can be designed as a full extension or as a pull-out.
  • the drawer is designed in such a way that the drawer can be pulled out of the carcass in its entire useful depth, so that all compartments of the drawer are completely accessible from above.
  • drawer guides are referred to, in which the drawer can be pulled out of the body so far that a rear wall of the drawer is still in front of the carcass.
  • the drawer may have a length which is at least twice the width of the drawer.
  • Such drawers are often used in pharmacy drawer systems. Drawers with such a length are usually accelerated to a relatively high speed in an automatic entry from a removal position, so that the use of a damper unit with pull-in function according to the present invention in such drawers is of particular advantage.
  • short drawers used in a subtable assembly are usually operated from the front so that card holders can be arranged to label the compartments on partitions of the compartments.
  • the long drawers are usually operated laterally, with such drawers card holders are attached to a side part of the drawer.
  • drawers with a length which is at most 1.5 times the width of the drawer are usually understood drawers with a length which is at most 1.5 times the width of the drawer.
  • Long drawers are understood to mean drawers whose length is at least twice the width of the drawer.
  • the drawer can be brought into a loading position, wherein in the loading position acting on the drawer horizontal force component in the direction of the closed position is less than occurring in the drawer guide resistance forces.
  • the drawer can be brought into a loading position in which the drawer remains, without an automatic enema occurs.
  • the resistance forces in the drawer slide can be caused, for example, by friction and / or rolling resistance of rollers used in the drawer slide. It can be provided that in the loading position acting on the drawer horizontal force component in the direction of the closed position is only lower when empty or partially loaded drawer as occurring in the drawer guide resistance forces.
  • the Pharmacy drawer system can be designed such that a gravity-driven automatic inlet only after a certain loading condition, for example, over 50% of the allowable loading weight, takes place or only after the drawer is partially inserted from the loading position.
  • the loading position can be, in particular, a fully extended position in which a rear wall of the drawer is already arranged outside the carcass.
  • the drawer is pulled out in the loading position at least 80%, preferably at least 90%, its extension length.
  • the drawer is fully extended in the loading position.
  • extension length of the drawer is referred to in the context of the invention, the length that protrudes a drawer in the fully extended state of the body.
  • the extension length is thus longer than the useful area formed by the subjects, in which the objects can be accommodated.
  • the extension length substantially corresponds to the length of the useful area formed by the compartments.
  • the drawer guide of the pharmacy drawer system according to the invention on the body arranged guide rails, in which arranged on the drawer rollers are guided.
  • a guide can be provided in a structurally simple manner, wherein the rollers can advantageously accommodate the sometimes heavy weight of the drawers.
  • such a drawer guide can be designed very smoothly, so that the gravitational automatic inlet can be guaranteed even with a small slope of the drawer slide.
  • the drawer guide in each case has a running surface arranged on each side part of the drawer, on each of which a carrying roller arranged on the body, preferably on the guide rail, rolls.
  • a carrying roller arranged on the body, preferably on the guide rail, rolls.
  • the support roller can also serve as a pivot bearing for the drawer. The drawer undergoes a shift in emphasis when pulling out with respect to the support roller. If the drawer center of gravity passes through the carrying roller, the drawer guide can thus execute a slight pivoting movement about the carrying roller, so that then, for example, a roller guided in the guide rail presses against an upper leg of the guide rail.
  • the weight of the drawer in the extended state can be transferred to the carcass in a particularly advantageous manner.
  • the pulley experiences a force perpendicularly from above that can be used, for example, to deploy an extension mechanism for another pulley located at the rear drawer end.
  • Such Ausfahrmechanismen are partially necessary to make the drawer as a full extension or over extension.
  • the roller which rests against the upper end of the guide rail, also forms an abutment for the weight of the drawer, so that the drawer can deform elastically.
  • An elastic deformation of the drawer can be used for example in the loading position to hold the drawer in the loading position, without an automatic inlet occurs.
  • the elastic deformation of the drawer for example, take place in an axis leading the rollers of the drawer, whereby the camber of the rollers is changed, which leads to higher resistance forces in the drawer slide.
  • the running surfaces on the side parts of the drawer can be formed, for example, by guide webs.
  • the guide rails may be arranged on the carcass at an angle to the horizontal in order to form the slope.
  • the slope can be provided in a structurally particularly simple manner.
  • the damper unit is arranged with retraction function on the drawer and having an engagement part, in which engages a arranged on the body coupler.
  • the pharmacy drawer system according to the invention can be mounted in an advantageous manner, since the damper unit can be attached to the drawer in the extended, or removed from the body state of the drawer with retraction function.
  • the damper unit is arranged with retraction function on a side part of the drawer, preferably above one of the running surfaces.
  • the damper unit is arranged in the rear region of the drawer on the side part, for example in the rear third.
  • Pharmacy drawers are often pulled out only partially, for example, 50% to get to stored in the front area objects.
  • the damper unit thus remains protected within a large number of operations within the body and thus against external influences.
  • the coupler protrudes into the movement space of the drawer.
  • Movement space of the drawer is understood to be the space occupied by a projection space of the drawer during the movement.
  • the engaging portion of the damper unit with retracting function does not protrude beyond the drawer, but the coupler protrudes into the path of movement of the drawer to cooperate with the engaging portion. This prevents that the damper unit or the engaging part protrude beyond the drawer and thus collide with the body.
  • the damper unit is arranged with retraction function on the body and having an engagement part, in which engages a arranged on the drawer coupler.
  • the coupler is arranged on a side part of the drawer above the treads.
  • Pharmacy drawer systems with large drawers require sufficient space to attach card holders due to their side-by-side operation. Since the coupler has only a small footprint, it is readily possible to arrange this also on the side part and to arrange card holder surrounding the coupler.
  • the engaging part protrudes into the movement space of the drawer.
  • the coupler does not project beyond the drawer, so that the coupler is prevented from colliding with the body during the movement of the drawer.
