Claims (8)
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel, der Folgendes umfasst:einen Hauptkreisel, der einen Kreiseldeckel (1), ein Hauptkreiselteil (2), eine Kreiselachshülse (3) und eine Kreiselspitze (4) umfasst; undeinen Hilfskreisel, der ein Hilfskreiselteil (5), eine Achshülsenanordnung (6) und eine Kreiselspitze umfasst, wobei auf dem oberen Abschnitt des Hilfskreisels eine elastische Anordnung bereitgestellt ist, wobei der Hauptkreisel aktiv mit dem oberen Abschnitt des Hilfskreisels verbunden ist, und wobei der Hauptkreisel mittels der elastischen Anordnung von dem Hilfskreisel trennbar ist und bei Behinderung während der Rotation katapultiert werden kann, derart dass sich zwei Kreisel selbstständig alleine drehen können, wobei die elastische Anordnung ein Federsockel (7) ist, wobei eine bewegliche Verbindung zwischen dem Hauptkreisel und dem Hilfskreisel besteht, die durch die Verbindung des Hauptkreiselteils (2) und des Hilfskreiselteils (5), wobei jedes davon Anpassungsteile aufweist, die beweglich miteinander verbunden werden können, realisiert wird;wobei der Hauptkreisel und der Hilfskreisel zusammen kombiniert werden, indem der Hauptkreisel auf den Hilfskreisel gedrückt und der Federsockel (7) nach unten gepresst wird, bis das Hauptkreiselteil (2) und das Hilfskreiselteil (5) ineinander gepasst und miteinander verbunden sind, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfskreiselteil (5) dazu ausgelegt ist, ein Torus zu sein, und dass die oberen Halterungen (51), die an der Oberkante des inneren Rings des Hilfskreisels (5) bereitgestellt sind das Anpassungsteil des Hilfskreiselteils (5) darstellen, und die Anpassungsteile des Hauptkreiselteils (2) dazu ausgelegt sind, untere Halterungen (21) zu koppeln, um mit den oberen Halterungen (51) zusammenzuarbeiten; das Hauptkreiselteil (2) und das Hilfskreiselteil (5) werden durch Setzten des Hauptkreiselteils (2) auf den Hilfskreisel (5), Stapeln der unteren Halterungen (21) und der oberen Halterungen (51) während des Pressens, und danach Drehen des Hauptkreiselteils (2) derart, dass die unteren Halterungen (21) in die oberen Halterungen (51) einrasten, zu einem Kreisel kombiniert, der durch drehen getrennt werden kann.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Anordnung ein Federsockel (7) ist, der an der Achshülsenanordnung (6) des Hilfskreisels bereitgestellt ist, und die Achshülsenanordnung (6) mit einem Hohlraum (61) zum Aufnehmen des Federsockels (7) versehen ist, wobei das obere Ende des Federsockels (7) über der Achshülsenanordnung (6) derart vorsteht, dass sich der Federsockel (7) in einem zusammengepressten Zustand befindet, wenn der Hauptkreisel mit dem Hilfskreisel verbunden ist.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federsockel (7) einen Ringsockel (71) und eine Feder (72) umfasst; eine Rastnase (73) in der unteren Erstreckung des Ringsockels (71) bereitgestellt ist und die Wand des Hohlraums (61) der Achshülsenanordnung (6) eine Einrastnut (62), in die die Rastnase (73) einrasten kann, aufweist; durch Einrasten der Rastnase (73) in der Einrastnut (62) der Ringsockel (71) in der Einrastnut (62) beweglich ist; die Feder (72) zwischen dem Ringsockel (71) und dem Hohlraum (61) derart angebracht ist, dass sich der Ringsockel (71) elastisch bewegen kann.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass halbkugelförmige Erhebungen (52) auf der unteren Oberfläche der oberen Halterungen (51) bereitgestellt sind und zugehörige halbkugelförmige Vertiefungen (22) auf der oberen Oberfläche der unteren Halterungen (21) bereitgestellt sind; die halbkugelförmigen Vertiefungen (22) und die halbkugelförmigen Erhebungen (52) ein Steckschloss bilden, wenn die unteren Halterungen (21) gedreht werden und mit den oberen Halterungen (51) einrasten.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei halbkugelförmige Vertiefungen (22) auf den unteren Halterungen (21) bereitgestellt sind, in die die halbkugelförmigen Erhebungen (52) nacheinander hineinpassen, bevor das Trennen des Hauptkreisels von dem Hilfskreisel stattfindet.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achshülsenanordnung (6) des Hilfskreisels einen umgebenden Rand (64) an der äußeren Erstreckung seines oberen Randes aufweist; der umgebende Rand (64) Einrastlöcher (63) aufweist; das Hilfskreiselteil (5) Rastblöcke (53) auf seinem unteren Abschnitt und einen Anschlagblock auf seinem oberen Abschnitt aufweist; der Vertikalabstand zwischen dem Einrastblock (53) und dem Anschlagblock gleich der Dicke des umgebenden Randes (64) ist; das Hilfskreiselteil (5) auf der Achshülsenanordnung (6) durch Drücken der Einrastblöcke (53) durch die Einrastlöcher (63) und Drehen befestigt werden kann.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hauptkreiselteil (2) des Hauptkreisels einen Gewichtsblock (8), der mit seiner Oberseite verbunden ist, aufweist; der Gewichtsblock (8) zwischen dem Kreiseldeckel (1) und der Kreiselachshülse (3) durch Verbinden des Kreiseldeckels (1) und der Kreiselachshülse (3) befestigt ist; das Hauptkreiselteil (2) oben auf der Kreiselachshülse (3) befestigt ist; die Kreiselspitze (4) des Hauptkreisels auf der unteren Spitze der Kreiselachshülse (3) angebracht ist.
- Trennbarer Kombinations-Spielzeugkreisel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hauptkreiselteil (2) des Hauptkreisels mehrere Angriffsabschnitte (24) auf seinem äußeren Rand aufweist; die Angriffsabschnitte (24) auf dem Rand des Hauptkreiselteils (2) vorstehen.
