Definitions
- the invention relates to a heat insulation housing for a refrigeration appliance, in particular household refrigeration appliance, according to the preamble of patent claim 1 and a vacuum insulation panel for such a heat insulation housing according to claim 10.
- a vacuum insulation panel can be introduced before the foaming process in the still empty wall space. Its inherent rigidity is usually insufficient to withstand the foaming process without changing the shape and position. For this reason, the vacuum insulation panel may be supported via holding elements on the inner wall or the outer wall of the housing body.
- such a heat insulation housing in whose device body a vacuum insulation panel is used. This is positioned in the correct position with the help of spacers.
- the spacers may be formed on the inner wall or the outer wall of the housing body.
- the spacers are provided in large numbers distributed over the entire side wall surface.
- they are mounting technology consuming mounted on the inner wall and / or the outer wall, for example by screwing or gluing.
- the spacers can also be formed directly as bulges in the inner wall or the outer wall.
- the vacuum insulation panel is stressed by the filled, not yet cured politiciansisolierschaum with deformation forces.
- the deformation forces can lead to distortions in the vacuum insulation panel.
- Position and / or shape change of the vacuum insulation panel can thus lead directly to an adverse curvature or buckling of the outer wall and / or the inner wall.
- the object of the invention is to provide a heat insulating housing in which the vacuum insulation panel is arranged in a simple manner dimensionally stable and in the correct position in the wall space.
- the invention relates to a heat insulation housing with a, a cooling space bounding inner wall, an outer wall and a wall space, which is filled with a heat insulating material and in which a vacuum insulation panel is arranged.
- the outer wall merges at opposite edges of the housing into angled edge strips, which are connected to the inner wall and / or with other adjacent outer wall parts, such as floor, ceiling or rear wall.
- the invention is based on the fact that the spacers known from the prior art provide a force path during the foaming process. Deformation forces can be introduced into the outer wall during the foaming process by bridging the free gap between the vacuum insulation panel and the outer wall via this force path, as a result of which it can deform disadvantageously.
- the characterizing part of claim 1 is completely dispensed with such spacers between Vakuumisolationspaneel and the outer wall / inner wall, whereby a free gap is maintained. Rather, the vacuum insulation panel is attached force-transmitting to the angled edge strips of the outer wall / inner wall. Preferably, the vacuum insulation panel can be supported with the interposition of an additional retaining element on the edge strips of the outer wall.
- the heat insulation housing can be used in a refrigeration device.
- a refrigeration appliance is understood in particular to be a household refrigeration appliance, that is to say a refrigeration appliance used for household purposes or possibly even in the gastronomy sector, and in particular for storing food and / or beverages in household quantities at specific temperatures, such as, for example, a refrigerator, a freezer , a fridge freezer, a freezer or a wine storage cabinet.
- the vacuum insulation panel has only a low intrinsic rigidity, which can lead to distortions or deformations of the vacuum insulation panel during the foaming process, which takes place under pressure and heat.
- the vacuum insulation panel to increase its component stiffness by means of brackets can be enclosed closed ring.
- the vacuum insulation panel can also be attached via the headband on the inner and / or outer wall. In this way, both side surfaces of the vacuum insulation panel are enclosed like a cage, whereby shape and / or position changes of the vacuum insulation panel during foaming can be better avoided. Accordingly, a bulging or a sign of these deformations on the outer wall can be prevented, which can usually be made of a very thin sheet metal material.
- the vacuum insulation panel can be arranged between two retaining clips.
- the vacuum insulation panel can be clamped under the action of clamping forces between the two brackets, whereby the dimensional stability of the vacuum insulation panel is increased. It is favorable in terms of installation, if the headband and the vacuum insulation panel can already be assembled separately outside the wall gap to form a pre-assembly unit. The pre-assembly unit consisting of the retaining clips and the vacuum insulation panel is then inserted into the wall gap in a further production step before the foaming process. To simplify the assembly of the headband with the vacuum insulation panel, the headband can be made adjustable to each other. Thus, in an open position, the vacuum insulation panel can be easily inserted between the two brackets.
- the headband can be brought together to form a closed position in which the vacuum insulation panel is surrounded by the retaining clips annular. Additional spring elements may be provided between the retaining clips and the vacuum insulation panel in order to act elastically on the clamped vacuum insulation panel with the above-mentioned tension forces.
- the two headband may be materially and / or integrally connected to each other via a film hinge.
- the film hinge forms a folding axis, around which the two brackets can be folded.
- the headband can be connected at their ends remote from the hinge, for example via any connector.
- the two retaining clips can also be realized as separate components, which can likewise be joined together, for example via plug connections.
- Such separate headband may preferably be designed as a common part in order to reduce the production cost.
- the two brackets cage the vacuum insulation panel, whereby its inherent rigidity is increased. As a result, the adverse changes in shape and position during the foaming process can be prevented.

- the invention is described below in application to a housing 1 of a freezer or refrigerator, which is shown in Fig. 1 in a perspective view without the appliance door.
- the housing 1 has as inner wall part 3 a plastic inner container and as outer wall parts in each case side walls 5 made of a stainless steel sheet with low material thickness and a top wall 7 made of cardboard or plastic.
- the bottom wall, not shown, and the rear wall may also be made of cardboard or plastic.
- the wall gap 9 (FIG. 2) formed between the inner container 3 and the outer wall parts 5, 7 is filled with a heat insulation foam 11.
- the heat insulation foam 1 is introduced in the production of the housing 1 in a foaming step in the still empty space 9 of the housing 1.
- a liquid starting component of theticianisolierschaumes 1 1 under greater pressure and under heat, not shown foaming valve in the still empty wall space 9 over filled.
- a large-area heat-insulating panel 13 (shown by broken lines in FIG. 1) is arranged in the wall gap 9 in accordance with the figures in the area of the left and right side walls 5.
- the vacuum insulation panel 13 is placed in the still empty wall gap 9 before carrying out the foaming process.
- a holding brackets 15, 16 existing Holding element 19 is provided for positionally accurate and positionally safe arrangement in the wall space 9 .
- 1 to 5 are formed as mutually separate components which can be joined together at their ends via a locking connection 21 described later, to form an annularly closed intermediate space 23 (FIGS. 2 and 3). in which the vacuum insulation panel 13 is arranged.
- the latching partners of the respective latching connection 21 between the two retaining clips 15, 16 consist of a latching channel 25, in which a latching element 27 can be inserted. At the opposite contact surfaces between the inner wall of the latching channel 25 and the latching element 27 corresponding sawtooth profiles are formed. Depending on their pitches, therefore, the two brackets 15, 16 for a fine adjustment vacuum insulation panels 13 record different gap width.
- the two brackets 15, 16 are designed as identical parts.
- Each of the identical parts has a latching channel 25 at one end and a latching element 27 at the opposite end.
- the two identical parts 15, 16 are arranged on the envelope rotated by 180 ° to each other.
- the ends of the headband 15, 16 are each extended on both sides with locking pin 29.
- Fig. 2 of the four locking lugs 29 shown are the two locking pin 29 of the outer wall 5 facing retaining bracket 15 is engaged in associated recesses 31 of the two lateral edge strips 33 of the outer wall 5.
- the outer wall 5 is extended at respectively opposite housing edges 35 with the two edge strips 33, which are angled at 90 °.
- the edge strips 33 are double-walled with a U-shaped inwardly angled inner leg 37 and an outer leg 38 constructed.
- the front edge strip 33 in FIG. 2 has a step-shaped connection geometry on the outer leg 38, in which an inner container edge strip 39 is glued flush with the surface.
- the two retaining brackets 15, 16 are first joined together outside of the wall gap 9 with the vacuum insulation panel 13 to form a pre-assembly unit V.
- the two brackets 15, 16 are clamped together via the snap-in joints 21 so that they exert a certain biasing force F v on the bamboogeklemmte vacuum insulation panel 13.
- the vacuum insulation panel 13 is thus clamped between the two brackets 15, 16, whereby the inherent rigidity of the pre-assembly V is advantageously increased.
- the preassembling unit V is mounted between the two edge strips 33 of the outer wall 5 in such a way that the edge strips 33 are first slightly elastically widened by the two latching pins 29 of the outer wall 5 facing holding bracket 15 under construction of a restoring force.
- the restoring forces can be at least partially reduced again.
- a secure mounting of the vacuum insulation panel 13 in the wall gap 9 is achieved.
- the pre-assembly unit V is thus arranged at a distance from the outer wall 5 via a free gap s (FIG. 4). Subsequently, the outer wall 5 with the vacuum insulation panel 13 fixed therein is assembled with the inner container 3 to close the mounting space 9 in a foam-tight manner. In the subsequent foaming process, the starting component of the shallisolierschaumes 1 1 is filled into the still empty wall space 9 with great pressure and great heat. As a result, in particular the vacuum insulation panel 13 clamped between the retaining clips 15, 16 is subjected to deformation forces which can lead to a change in shape and / or position of the vacuum insulation panel 13.
- the two brackets 15, 16 on the vacuum insulation panel 13 side facing each transverse ribs 41 which are in the closed state of the headband 15, 16 in line contact with the vacuum insulation panel 13 and thereby provide an increased pressurization.
- the retaining clips 15, 16 are stiffened with an additional truss structure 43 in order to be able to exert the above-mentioned pretensioning force F v on the vacuum insulation panel 13.
- a second embodiment is shown, in which, in contrast to the preceding figures, the two brackets 15, 16 are not separate components, but rather are of the same material and integrally connected via a film hinge 45.
- the film hinge 45 defines a hinged axis about which the two brackets 15, 16 are mutually adjustable. 6, the two brackets 15, 16 are shown in their open position, in which on a two brackets 15, 16, the vacuum insulation panel 13 can be placed. On the side of the retaining clips 15, 16 which can be brought into contact with the vacuum insulation panel 13, respective spring elements 47 are arranged with which a predefined prestressing force can be exerted on the vacuum insulation panel 13. At the hinge-distal end of the two brackets 15, 16 each cooperating connector partners can be formed, which secure the headband 15, 16 in the closed position. In the closed state, the two retaining brackets 15, 16 surround the vacuum insulation panel 13 in a closed annular manner.
- the pre-assembly unit V thus formed can be latched into the two opposite edge strips 33 of the outer wall 5 with the latching pins 29 protruding on the outside from the retaining clips 15, 16. Subsequently, the outer wall 5 can be supplied together with the pre-assembly unit V latched thereto to the foaming system. n
