Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen d'espacement pour fixer un panneau de cloison sèche à un mur, lequel moyen d'espacement autorisant un mouvement latéral, mais non un mouvement perpendiculaire, entre le mur et le panneau de cloison sèche. Cela permet de fixer des panneaux de cloison sèche à des faces internes de murs structurels réparés suite à des dégâts liés à un affaissement, même si un affaissement plus approfondi du mur structurel est toujours en cours. Le moyen d'espacement absorbe le mouvement relatif provenant du tassement post-réparation, de telle sorte que la fissuration et les dégâts de la cloison sèche sont rendus minimaux. Des équipements et des raccords peuvent être fixés à la cloison sèche, comme pour des cloisons sèches classiques. L'appareil et le procédé permettent la réalisation de réparation et décoration intérieures de bâtiments, qui ont été réparés de façon structurelle suite à l'affaissement, juste après les réparations structurelles et sans besoin de surveiller le tassement post-réparation ou d'attendre la fin d'un tel tassement.
