Since the switching elements (5) contact both the heat sink (7) and the plate (8), heat transfer occurs between the switching element (5), the heat sink (7) and the plate (8) by means of conduction. Since the plate (8) contacts every one of the switching elements (5), the temperature of the plate (8) is almost equal to the average temperature of the switching elements (5).
