Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de séchage de feuilles de plantes à feuilles vertes sous le soleil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de traitement suivantes :
    - remplissage des feuilles desdites plantes à feuilles vertes dans un sac à cordon de séchage (2) avant d'être mises à sécher, puis
    - séchage desdites feuilles à l'intérieur du sac à cordon (2) sous le soleil.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :
    - ledit sac à cordon (2) est de forme tubulaire.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :
    - ladite plante à feuilles vertes est le tabac.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que :
    - les feuilles desdites plantes à feuilles vertes sont remplies dans le sac à cordon de séchage (2) à la main.
  5. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que :
    - les feuilles desdites plantes à feuilles vertes sont remplies dans le sac à cordon de séchage (2) à l'aide d'une machine de remplissage de feuilles (1).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite machine de remplissage de feuilles comprend :
    - une chambre pour feuilles (13) dans laquelle les feuilles sont remplies,
    - un appareil de transfert de feuilles (14), dans lequel une pression faible est instaurée dans l'orifice d'entrée de feuilles (extrémité d'absorption) (141), et une pression élevée est instaurée dans l'extrémité d'orifice de sortie (143) grâce à sa structure, et qui fournit les feuilles à transporter sans qu'elles ne passent à travers le ventilateur (12) grâce au mouvement d'air provenant de la différence de pression, et a un effet Venturi,
    - un ventilateur radial (12) ayant la fonction d'obtenir une certaine pression et un certain écoulement d'air grâce aux rabats qui se trouvent sur celui-ci,
    - un élément d'entraînement (11) qui confère le mouvement de rotation au ventilateur (12) dans une direction souhaitée.
