- the glass groove 8 can also be formed by inner separate glass retaining profiles.
- the lift-slide wing 4 is formed with a conventional lift-slide fitting, the u.a. on roller bearings a plurality of rollers 14 which roll on a made of metal, such as aluminum guide rail 15 at the top of the threshold 7 when opening and closing the lifting-sliding sash 4.
- the lifting-sliding fitting further comprises lifting means or a lifting linkage, with which raised by a handle of the lifting-sliding sash 4 relative to the rollers 14 and roller carriers, for example, when opening and closing the lifting-sliding sash 4 in the vertical direction and can be lowered, wherein the actual opening and closing takes place by horizontal displacement of the sash frame 12 along the guide rail 15 in this rolling on rollers 14.
- the sealing of the lifting-sliding sash 4 is vertical and preferably in the middle, thereby precluding that can be operated by a gap opening of the operating lever in an undesirable manner.
- the seals 16 and 17 are each circumferentially formed so that they extend without interruption along the post 6.1 and the frame sections 6.3 and 6.2 (seal 16) and along the frame members 12.1, 12.3 and 12.2 (seal 17).
- the seals 16 and 17 are further made of a sealing profile made of a suitable permanently elastic material, for example elastomer or TPE, APSK, ERDM or silicone, through Cutting the respectively required length of this profile, and cut in the corner mitred areas in a suitable manner, for example by gluing and / or by welding to the continuous seal 16 and 17, respectively.
- the sealing profile of the seal 16 consists essentially of a strip-like, extending in Dichtungsprofillibilsraum base 18, the web plate is designed as a hollow profile, and a profile section 19, which is made thin-walled or with a reduced wall thickness compared to the total thickness of the base 18 and extends from the one longitudinal side 18.1 of the base or the sealing profile to the other longitudinal side 18.2 of the base 18 and the sealing profile.
- the profile section 19 is arched about axes parallel to the longitudinal extent of the sealing profile or the seal 16, namely convex on the outer side facing away from the base 18 and concave on the side facing the base 18. Between the base and the profile section 19, an outwardly closed cavity 20 is formed.
- the seal 17 or its sealing profile likewise consists of the strip-like base 18 and a profile section 21, which likewise extends from one longitudinal side 18.1 of the seal 17 or the base 18 to the other longitudinal side 18.2 of the seal 17 or base 18 and the like. is curved around axes parallel to the longitudinal extent of the seal 17, on the base 18 facing away from the outside convex and concave on the inner side facing the base 18 such that between the base 18 and the profile section 21 again formed an outwardly closed cavity 22 is.
- the profile section 18 is formed symmetrically or substantially symmetrically to a center plane oriented perpendicular to the surface sides of the base 18, the profile section 21 is shaped in such a way that starting from the one longitudinal side 18.1 of the base 18 a section 21.1 with a wedge-shaped course or with Has increasing distance from this base 18 and only shortly before the longitudinal side 18.2 passes over a curved section 21.2 back into the base 18.
- the two seals 16 and 17 are each part of a multiple profile 23 and 23a (seal 16) and 24 and 24a (seal 17). That too in the Figures 11 and 12 shown in detail multiple profile 23, which is provided in the illustrated embodiment on the lifting-sliding sash 4 facing inner surface of the floor frame or the frame sections 6.3 and the post 6.5 along the door opening 13 and at the local level ES, consists essentially of two metal profiles 25 and 26, for example aluminum profiles, which is connected to one another via the base 18 of the seal 16 and via a thermal separation in the form of a web 27 arranged parallel to the base 18.
- the multiple profile 23 is such that the metal profile 26 extends along the edge of the door opening 13 and the metal profile 25, which is substantially designed as a fixed field 2 open fork or C-profile, is spaced from the edge of the door opening.
- the multiple profile 23 is suitably on Stick frame 6 attached, for example by clipping on a retaining frame attached to the floor frame.
- the multiple profile 24 is attached to the floor frame 6 facing surface of the sash frame 12 and the sash section 12.1 and 12.3 in the plane EF and consists essentially of metal profiles 28 and 29.
- the two metal profiles 28 and 29, which in turn are preferably aluminum profiles are connected to each other via the base 18 of the seal 17 and via the web 27 arranged parallel to the base 18.
- the metal profile 28 extends along the outer edge of the sash 12 and the metal profile 29 along the glazing 5 receiving sash opening and forms there u.a. a glass strip which holds the glazing 5 on its outer side and at the same time seals it, namely by using a seal which is inserted into a T-slot 29.1 and bears against the outer surface of the glazing 5.
- the metal profile 28 is formed substantially hook-like, so that this profile with closed lifting-sliding sash 4 along the two vertical frame sections 12.1 and 12.2 and along the upper horizontal frame section 12.3 with closed and lowered lifting-sliding sash 4 in the fork-like metal profile 25th engages the multiple profile 23 and thereby an effective backup of the closed lifting-sliding sash 4 is achieved against unwanted pressing.
- opening the lifting-sliding sash 4 of this is first raised in the vertical direction, so that the hook-like metal profile 28 at the upper horizontal frame portion 12.3 of the sash 12 is out of engagement with the frame frame side metal profile 25, so then the two metal profiles 25 and 28 to the vertical sides of the lift-slide sash 4 are disengaged.
- the sealing profile consisting of the base 18 and the profile section 19 and 21 is made of a rubber-elastic or elastomeric plastic, the necessary strength for the multiple profile 23, 23 a and 24, 24 a is achieved mainly by the web 27, which consists of a harder, but still thermally insulating plastic.
- the sealing surfaces forming profile sections 19 and 21 are located respectively on the side of the multiple frame 23, 23 a, 24 a, 24 a facing away from the floor frame 6 or the sash frame 12.
- the lifting-sliding sash 4 is opened from its closed position shown in the figures by raising and then horizontally displacing, so that the lifting-sliding sash in the opened state is located behind the fixed field 2, as seen from the outside of the building, and the sash frame 12 is completely or substantially completely covered by the floor frame 6.
- the seals 16 and 17 are circumferentially formed, in such a way that along the entire seal 17, the oblique surface forming portion 21.1 along the entire seal 17 at the glazing 5 adjacent longitudinal side of the seal 17 is located.
- the seal 17 runs on the one vertical frame section 12.1 and on the upper horizontal frame section 12.3 with its inclined surface or with the section 21.1 on the seal 16 and its profile section 19 , on the other vertical frame portion 12.2 of the floor frame but with the area 21.2, in each case such that with the wing closed 4 of the profile section 19 with its central region against the profile section 21 also approximately in the central region.
- the casement 12 is provided on the underside of the frame element 12.4 with two on this underside projecting and extending over the entire length of the frame portion 12.4 seal 30, which at lowered Wing 4 bear against surfaces of the threshold profile 7 on both sides of the guide rail 15.
- the threshold profile 7 is for this purpose formed on its upper side with areas 7.2 and 7.3, which form raised and flat contact surfaces for the seals 30, wherein the guide rail 15 is recessed in a groove formed between these areas.
- the groove in the region of the guide rail can also absorb any penetrating water, which is then safely discharged through bores and / or slots in the two overhead hollow chambers to the outside.
- the area 7.2 forms at the top of the threshold profile 7 a step low height that forms a stop for the floor frame 6 and for the frame section 6.4 or for the fixed glazing 3 and thus the exact location of the frame section 6.4 and the fixed-field glazing 3 at the Defined underside of the fixed field.
- the threshold profile 7 can be designed so that the total height difference between the Level of the building exterior, for example, the level of a terrace or balcony, and the building interior is less than 20 mm.
- pedestal or pillow-like end pieces 31 are provided on the two lower ends of the seal 17 in the region of the underside of the frame portion 12.4, for example, as molded parts made of a weichelastomeren Material are made and cover the two seals 30 at the two ends of the frame portion 12.4, so that with lowered wing 4, the closing pieces 31 are each the wing 4 sealingly disposed between the seals 30 and the areas 7.2 and 7.3 of the threshold profile ( FIG. 14 ).
- the frame section 6.3 with its inside facing the building surface in the common plane ES with the corresponding inner surface of the frame sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.4 and Post 6.5 includes the guide profile 32 and others a strip-like or web-like profile section 32.1, which is oriented in the mounted state with its surface sides perpendicular to the inner surface of the frame section 6.3 or to the plane ES and protrudes from this frame section and merges at its free end in an angled and a guide rail forming profile section 32.2 , With the profile section 32.2 or with the guide rail formed by this guide act not shown guide or sliding elements on the wing 4 together.
- the guide profile 32 is provided with a profile section 32.3 formed by a bend.
- the guide profile 32 can also be mounted without connecting web on a building ceiling.
- FIGS. 15-17 show as another possible embodiment, a building door 1 a, which differs from the building door 1 essentially only in that they mirror images of a vertical symmetry or center plane EM two outer fixed fields 2 and two in the closed state immediately adjacent to each other lifting-sliding wings 4, and that on a common floor frame 6 with the frame sections 6.1 - 6.4 and two posts 6.5 each between a wing 4 and the adjacent fixed field 2.
- the frame sections are 12.2 of the two casement 12 via seals 30 tight against each other.

The fixed-
With 12 of the
The
The figures show the lifting-sliding
The lift-
The sealing of the lifting-sliding
17 verbunden. In order to achieve a tight seal between the
The sealing profile of the
The
The
The
At the fixed
Since the sealing profile consisting of the
The lifting-sliding
As mentioned, the
In order to achieve an effective seal at the bottom of the wing closed and lowered 4, the
In order to guide the raised

The metal profiles 12, 16, 28 and 29 are e.g. Miter cut in the upper areas and, for example, additionally connected with corner angles or by welding with einender.
The invention has been described above by means of an embodiment. It is understood that numerous changes and modifications are possible without thereby departing from the inventive concept underlying the invention. Thus, for example, it is possible to provide at least one
