Definitions
- the invention relates to a lift-and-slide door or sliding door profile system with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a profile system is from the publication CN 204 716 038 U known.
- the direction in which the width is viewed also represents the construction depth in the alternative understanding.
- the width or construction depth is viewed in a direction perpendicular to the glass pane surface of the door.
- the height direction of the profiles is considered in a direction parallel to the glass pane surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the profiles.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system which enables the construction of a lift-and-slide door frame or sliding door frame and at least the associated fixed leaf with as few different profile cross-sections as possible.
- Another object is preferably to provide a stable lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system with a small face width for maximum incidence of light, which also provides a stop for the fixed leaf in the middle section, which, in particular with regard to its gradation, corresponds to at least a portion of the profile of the frame frame.
- a further preferred aim is to enable faster, more comfortable and plane-parallel insertion of the previously welded and possibly glazed fixed sash into a precisely fitting, circumferential frame frame without maneuvering effort, which has an essentially mirror-image profile at least in some areas.
- a corner-welded sash frame reliably seals against wind and moisture and is preferable to other constructions that work with individual strips and with corresponding sealing parts.
- Essential features of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system are a fixed leaf profile for the fixed leaf, which has a flap on the side facing away from the glass rebate, and a frame profile with a stepped cross-sectional height that forms the base of the frame on all four sides.
- the frame profile is (viewed in cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal direction) wider than the width of the fixed sash / fixed sash profile and the sliding sash / sliding sash profile alone (viewed in the same cross section), in particular at least twice as wide.
- the frame profile does not extend in its width over the entire cross-sectional width of the frame or not over the entire cross-sectional width of the connected combination of frame profile and fixed leaf profile.
- the frame profile is designed only in two stages with the named main profile area and the side profile area adjoining it laterally.
- the missing portion of the width is filled, in particular in several functional zones, in this first embodiment by the overlap of the fixed wing profile.
- the stepped fixed sash profile on its underside or on the side facing the frame profile is placed on the side profile area of the frame profile with reduced cross-sectional height and connected to it, e.g. by gluing and / or screwing.
- the frame profile extends over the entire cross-sectional width of the frame or extends over the entire cross-sectional width of the connected combination of frame profile and fixed leaf profile.
- the fixed sash profile does not increase the width of the frame or the associated combination of fixed sash profile and frame profile.
- the width of the combined combination of fixed leaf profile and frame profile thus corresponds to the width of the frame profile.
- the frame profile is formed at least three stages, in particular with exactly three stages.
- the main profile area and the secondary profile area adjoining it laterally it also closes laterally, in particular in Direction to the same side, adjoining it at least one, in particular exactly one widening profile area, the profile height of which is reduced compared to the secondary profile area.
- the main profile area is followed by the secondary profile area and this is followed by the widening profile area.
- the step height of the profile areas decreases from step to step or from profile area to profile area.
- the visible surface of the center post profile corresponds in a preferred embodiment of the visible surface in particular to the height of the frame profile in the widened area and is flush with the outer visible surface of the fixed leaf profile to form an optically smooth surface.
- This enables the sliding sash including the center sealing strip / center locking profile to be pushed behind the second level (either sliding or insert sash).
- the viewer is presented with the elegant look of a large glass surface, which is divided by a narrow central post with a smooth surface.
- the fixed sash profile which is stepped on its underside, is placed on the side profile area of the frame profile, which is reduced in cross-sectional height compared to the main profile area, and connected to it, in particular in the case of both of the aforementioned designs.
- the overlap lies laterally in front of the frame profile when viewed in the width direction, in particular the overlap in this embodiment closes off the visible surface, in particular in the direction of the surrounding building or masonry.
- the overlap of the fixed sash profile rests on the widening profile area.
- the entire visible area thus results from the visible area of the fixed leaf profile and the adjacent visible area of the frame profile on the widening profile area.
- the fixed sash profile and the frame profile can make contact in the widening profile area, in particular thereby visually minimizing the transition in a joint.
- the stepped fixed sash profile on its side facing the frame profile, in particular on the underside is used in the widening profile area and in the adjoining secondary profile area of the frame profile and is at least connected to the opposite surface of the secondary profile area, preferably also the widened profile area, e.g. by gluing and / or screwing.
- the stepped design of the fixed leaf or fixed leaf profile in cross section on the side facing the frame profile preferably corresponds at least essentially to the stepped course of the frame profile on its side facing the fixed leaf profile, in particular at least in the area of the secondary profile area and more preferably also the widened profile area.
- the fixed leaf profile forms, preferably in both possible designs, at least essentially the negative shape of the stepping of the frame profile, in particular it functions as a precisely fitting counterpart.
- a "substantially" formed negative shape is preferably to be understood as meaning that the shapes of the steps of both profiles correspond to one another in such a way that the profiles can preferably be connected in a form-locking manner by contacting in the step area and then form a unit.
- the gradations of both profiles do not have to be exactly negative to one another in the mathematical sense.
- the surfaces forming the step shape in the secondary profile area preferably also the widened profile area of the frame profile, are preferably designed to be flat.
- deviations from a mathematically exact negative shape in the fixed sash profile can result from the fact that at least one groove and / or at least one filling space for receiving adhesive and / or a sealing profile is provided on the side of the fixed sash profile facing the frame profile.
- deviations from the exact negative shape can also show through Projections result, with which the profiles are kept at a defined distance from one another, for example a distance that is necessary for receiving adhesive or sealing profile.
- the invention can furthermore provide that the fixed wing, which is preassembled from several fixed wing profiles and corner-welded, can be inserted as a whole from the outside of the building plane-parallel into the frame. Space-consuming maneuvering is no longer necessary for this.
- the invention can provide that a fixed sash profile has a bevel on its side facing the frame profile, in particular on the side opposite the overlap in the width direction, on the profile edge, which in the assembled state is opposite the secondary profile area of the frame profile, which extends in the longitudinal direction.
- This bevel facing the secondary profile area can preferably be used as an insertion aid into the frame profile and enables convenient and quick assembly. This chamfer also leads to a deviation of the gradation from an exact mathematical negative shape.
- the fixed sash profile Due to the bevel, which, viewed in the width direction, can preferably be undercut, the fixed sash profile has a reduced contact area with the secondary profile area, which is therefore smaller than the secondary profile area area; with a preferred undercut, the fixed sash profile only has essentially linear contact even in the secondary profile area.
- glue can be used for the connection.
- the rollover of the fixed leaf profile is supported in the second embodiment on the widened area, in particular the rollover forms, as in the other embodiment, a collar protruding towards the frame profile, which is arranged laterally on the contact area of the fixed leaf profile.
- a collar protruding towards the frame profile, which is arranged laterally on the contact area of the fixed leaf profile.
- the area of the widening profile area covered by the overlap of the fixed sash profile is wider in the width direction than the overlap in the height direction, as the height of the rollover, especially in the second embodiment. So here the rollover is essentially wider than it is high. In the first embodiment it can also be provided that the overlap is higher than it is wide.
- the height of the step on the frame profile between the secondary profile area and the main profile area is preferably matched to the profile height of the fixed sash profile that in the interconnected profiles the inside upper edge of the fixed sash profile, especially in the first embodiment mentioned, is below, preferably only slightly, i.e. by a few Millimeters below the top of the main profile area on the frame profile. This still allows the unimpeded insertion of the glass pane into the frame, which is anyway still placed on a glass rebate insert.
- the parting line that occurs when the glazing bead is subsequently placed is concealed on the step between the main and secondary profile area. It can also, in particular in the mentioned second embodiment, the inside upper edge of the fixed leaf profile lie above the upper side of the main profile area on the frame profile.
- the frame profile can reduce the variety of profiles
- the face width of the frame in the area of the fixed sash is significantly reduced. Due to the stepped construction of the insert sash and frame profile, a short and wide design of the overlap on the insert sash can be implemented, especially in the second version, which leads to a reduction in the outer visible area of the insert profile and consequently to a larger glass area and maximizes the incidence of light.
- the frame profile in particular like the other profiles of the profile system according to the invention, is preferably made of plastic, in particular hard PVC.
- plastic in particular hard PVC.
- an endless, tight frame can be formed from the frame profiles by conventional miter cuts and welding.
- the frame profiles can also be connected using screw connections in all corners. Except for the area, in particular one half of the lower frame section in the area of the threshold in front of the sliding sash, this frame frame is always supplemented with the fixed sash profile.
- the same fixed sash profile with the overlap is also used as with the fixed sash.
- the cross-sectional area above the glass rebate is filled with a third profile, the additional frame profile, up to the level of the lateral stop bar.
- the second half is also formed on the underside of the frame, which is in front of the sliding sash.
- the invention can furthermore provide that a central locking profile is placed on the sliding sash in order to release the central locking.
- a post profile in particular a center post profile, is also preferably provided that the lateral boundary of the fixed wing in the middle forms.
- This central post profile can form a stop for the sliding sash or the opposite sliding sash profile thereof, in particular for the central locking profile that is attached to it.
- the central locking profile and the central post profile, viewed in cross section, can each have laterally offset projections which point towards one another and which in the stop position each contact a seal on the opposite profile.
- the center post profile can be preassembled in the frame or can be attached to the fixed sash, in particular a vertical fixed sash profile of the fixed sash frame, at a later date.
- the cross section of the post profile in particular the central post profile, is based on the side profile area of the frame profile, especially on the side facing the fixed sash profile, so that the fixed sash profile can be placed there in a similar manner.
- the invention can provide that on the other side of the cross-section a center closure profile can also be formed directly, or the center closure profile already provided for the loose wing is also placed there.
- the invention can provide that the cross-section of the center post profile in the area covered by the fixed profile has a gradation which at least essentially corresponds to the secondary profile area and the widening profile area of the frame profile.
- the center post profile thus simulates the secondary profile area and the widening profile area of the frame profile.
- the fixed leaf profile can thus be used on the center post profile in the same way as on the frame profile.
- the center post profile and the frame profile are preferably shaped identically in these two stepped profile areas (secondary profile area and widening profile area).
- center post profile can be pre-assembled in the frame and thus also takes on the function of a frame, in particular since the surfaces of the secondary profile area and the widening profile area merge into one another between the perpendicularly oriented frame and center post profile.
- the insert wing can be in welded state can be inserted into the frame from the outside. All other work steps can be prepared in-house. Frames, fixed sashes and sliding sashes are installed on the construction site.
- Figure 1 shows a lift-and-slide door / sliding door 100, specifically from the inside of the building with a view to the outside.
- a frame 110 is formed from two vertical sections 112, 114 and two horizontal sections 111, 113. These sections are each formed by the same frame profile 10.
- a sliding leaf 2 is arranged, which is in the closed position. It is locked with fittings on the inside of the vertical section 112 and, in an open position, can be moved to the other, right-hand vertical section 114.
- the design of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door 100 differs from conventional lift-and-slide door / sliding doors, in addition to the economic advantages for manufacturers and processors, in particular in that the use of the profile system according to the invention achieves a very greatly reduced face width of the frame for a fixed leaf.
- a fixed sash frame 120 can be seen, which protrudes only very little beyond the sections 111, 114, 113 of the frame frame 110, so that the fixed sash has a larger glass surface than in the prior art, where the view width of the fixed sash is usually about as large as with the Sliding sash.
- the protrusion of the fixed sash frame 120 over the frame frame 110 is only as large as is necessary anyway for guiding and sealing the sliding sash 2 at its upper and lower edge.
- the necessary contact areas on Frame frames 110 for the sliding sash 2 therefore have the same view width as the fixed sash frame 120 of the fixed sash 1.
- the core of the profile system according to the first embodiment is an in Figure 2A illustrated frame profile 10, which is divided into a main profile area 11 with a first, in particular large profile height and a secondary profile area 12 with a second, lower profile height than the first, so that in between results in a step 14 on which a sealing profile 13 is arranged.
- a receiving groove 16 On the upper side of the main profile area 11 there is a receiving groove 16, in particular a wide receiving groove 16, into which various additional profiles can be inserted.
- the main profile area 11 On the side of the side facing the outside of the building, the main profile area 11 has a first, in particular high visible surface 18.
- the secondary profile area 12 has a second, lower visible surface 17 than the first.
- the height of the first visible surface 18 corresponds to the step height of the secondary profile area 12 opposite the frame profile underside plus the height of the step 14 between the secondary profile area and the main profile area.
- a fixed leaf profile 20 is shown. This is constructed like a conventional frame profile in the upper area. On the outside of the building, it has a stop web 22 with a seal receiving groove 27, in particular which is open to the glass pane to be inserted, and at the transition between the stop web 22 and the glass rebate 21 a water drainage channel 28. On the side opposite the stop web 22, in particular in the width direction of the Viewed in profile, a glass bead groove 24 is formed into which, for. B. a glass bead can be used to fix a glass panel.
- a profile combination 111.2 is shown, which is part of the lower horizontal section 111 of the frame 110.
- a running rail profile 40 is inserted, on which a roller carriage of the sliding sash 2 can be guided.
- the fixed sash profile 20 is placed on the upper side 15 of the secondary profile area 12 and rests with the coupling surface 25 directly on the upper side 15 of the frame profile 10.
- the surfaces are smooth, which enables bonding or sealing with little adhesive or sealant.
- a certain relative displacement of the profiles 10, 20 can be carried out in order to compensate for on-site tolerances.
- the metallic reinforcement profiles in the frame profile 10 and in the fixed sash profile 20 are arranged in such a way that in the assembly state shown there is at least one zone of overlap, preferably a sufficiently wide zone of overlap of the reinforcement profiles, so where by means of at least one screw connection is brought in in particular from a glass rebate 21, a firm connection of the two profiles 10, 20 with one another and / or with the structure is achieved.
- the fixed leaf profile 20 has an overlap 23, whereby in the illustrated embodiment of the profile system according to the invention, the difference in height of the overlap 23 between its lower edge and the coupling surface 25 is just as great as the profile height of the frame profile 10 in the secondary profile area 12.
- the overlap 23 forms one of the coupling surface 25 in the vertical direction of the profile protruding collar.
- the fixed wing profile 20 is pressed against the sealing profile 13 at the transition between the main and secondary profile areas 11, 12 with its visible surface on the inside of the building, which is below the glazing bead 26.
- a tight connection between the frame profile 10 and the fixed sash profile 20 is established.
- the flap 23 covers the side surface 17 of the frame profile 10. There are no gaps that are visible to the outside.
- the outside of the fixed leaf profile 20 with its stop web 22 at the top and the flap 23 at the bottom rather forms a continuous viewing and functional surface.
- the sealing profile 13 An important detail still exists above the sealing profile 13.
- the upper side of the main profile area 11 runs through to the outside and extends beyond the vertical surface at the step 14 in which the seal 13 is enclosed.
- the resulting edge 19.1 runs exactly towards a separating joint 26.1 between the fixed leaf profile 20 and the glazing bead 26 inserted therein, so that this joint 26.1 is optically hidden.
- the upper delimiting edge located next to the glazing bead groove 24 on the fixed leaf profile 20 is lowered relative to the top of the main profile area 11, in particular by only about 2 mm - 3 mm. In this way, on the one hand, the optical covering of the joint 26.1 is achieved, but on the other hand, the subsequent insertion of the glazing element 140 and the glazing bead 26 is not hindered.
- Figure 4 shows a profile combination 113.2 from the area of the upper horizontal section 111 of the frame 110 that is to be assigned to the fixed leaf 1 (cf. Figure 1 ).
- the connection between the fixed sash profile 20 and the frame profile 10 takes place in an identical manner as before with reference to FIG Figure 3 described.
- the only difference is that a guide profile 42 is inserted into the receiving groove 16 of the frame profile 10, which engages from above into a corresponding groove on the sliding sash 2 and guides it together with the rollers and the roller rail during movement.
- a profile combination 113.1 is shown, which also relates to the upper horizontal section 113 of the frame 110, but the area next to the fixed leaf 1.
- the sliding sash 2 which is formed from a sliding sash profile 50
- the sliding sash profile 50 can be taken over from existing profile systems and does not require any special adaptation for use in connection with the profile system according to the invention for frame 110 and fixed sash 1.
- the sliding sash profile 50 has as a characteristic feature on its top a groove 52, in particular a large groove 52, in which the protruding web is guided on the guide profile 42.
- the additional frame profile 30 extends beyond the width of the fixed sash profile 20 to the sliding sash 2.
- a projection 31 which engages in the unfilled seal receiving groove 27 on the stop web 22 and causes the additional frame profile 30 to be fixed in the vertical direction.
- a latching tongue 33 is integrally formed, which is similar to the latching tongue of the glazing bead 26 (cf. Figure 4 ) and therefore enables the additional frame profile 30 to be easily attached by engaging the locking web 33 in the glass bead groove 24.
- An additional screw connection is not required, so that the visible surface 32 does not need to be damaged.
- a groove 34 is formed which has beveled flanks and in particular a trapezoidal cross-section.
- the lower flank of the groove 34 is - as again in FIG Figure 5 shown - provided with a sealing profile 35.
- a sealing contact profile 51 is placed on the upper edge of the sliding sash profile 50 of the sliding sash 2.
- the closed position is shown, in particular the lowered position of the sliding sash 2.
- the likewise inclined outer side of the sealing contact profile 51 rests against the sealing profile 35.
- the guide web on the guide profile 52 lies free in the groove 52, since in the closed position the sliding sash is locked on the hinge side and also in the overlap area IX (see Figure 1 ) a central locking unit 42 is provided with the fixed leaf 1. Only when the lift and slide door is opened, in particular, which is equivalent to the lifting of the sliding sash 2, the contact of the sealing contact profile 51 with the sealing profile 35 is canceled and the web of the guide profile 42 engages deeper in the groove 52.
- Figure 6 contains a representation of a profile combination 111.1, which below the profile combination 113.1 from Figure 5 is used, namely in the area of the sliding sash.
- a running rail 40 is inserted, which guides a roller carriage 52 which is fastened in the wing profile 50 of the sliding sash.
- the section shown is the only one on the frame 110 in which the Frame profile 10 is not supplemented by a fixed leaf profile 20. There is thus no barrier outside the top of the main profile area 11.
- a threshold profile 150 can be attached to the outside of the building.
- Figure 7 shows a profile combination 112, which relates to the so-called hinge side or locking side of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door 100, that is to say that vertical section of the frame frame 110 on which the sliding leaf 2 is locked.
- a package of profiles 10, 20, 30 is used there.
- the possibility of the sliding sash 2 resting on the additional frame profile 30 is not used here, however, because the seal is produced directly between a fitting rail 41 and the sliding sash 2.
- the additional frame profile 30 is provided here less for functional than for optical reasons.
- FIG Figure 8 The other vertical portion of the frame 110 is shown in FIG Figure 8 shown.
- a section through a profile combination 114 is shown there.
- the formation of the fixed wing is exactly as in Figure 3 even.
- the only difference is that the receiving groove 16 on the upper side of the main profile area 11 has no function. It is therefore covered by a cover profile 60, in particular which at the same time forms a stop for the fully opened sliding sash 2.
- a section of the frame profile 10 is always provided for the profile combinations shown.
- the frame profile 10 thus forms the core of the rectangular frame frame 110 on all four sides.
- the frame profile is not used only in the area of a central locking unit with which the two wings 1, 2 are sealed against one another in a closed position.
- the sliding sash 2 When showing a profile combination 115 for the center lock in Figure 9 the sliding sash 2 is arranged above and the fixed sash 1 below.
- the sliding sash 2 consists essentially of sections of a sliding sash profile 50, a glass insert 140 and a Glazing bead 26.
- an additional center locking profile 53 is screwed and / or glued onto the sliding sash profile 50, in particular on the side facing away from the glazing bead 26, which ends in a protruding edge 55.
- a seal receiving groove is formed between the sliding sash profile 50 and the edge 55, in which a seal, preferably a balloon seal 54, in particular a large-volume balloon seal 54, is arranged.
- an L-shaped cover profile 55 is placed, which also covers the center closure profile 53.
- the lower part of the fixed leaf 2 is also formed in the profile combination 115 by the fixed leaf profile 20.
- a special center post profile 80 is provided, in particular which has an essentially rectangular outline.
- An extension 82 is provided on the outside of the building in order to cover the area of the rollover 23.
- the extension 82 also has a pin, in particular that protrudes in the direction of the rollover, for positive coupling with the rollover 23 on the fixed wing profile 20.
- a protruding edge 81 is formed on the other side and next to it a sealing groove for a seal, in particular a balloon sealing profile 54. In the in Figure 8 The closed position shown press the protruding edges 55, 81 on the balloon sealing profiles 54 located on the respective other part and produce a reliable seal against wind and rain.
- Figure 10 shows an alternative design of a profile system according to the invention of the first embodiment, that is to say a frame profile with a 2-stage construction.
- a frame profile 10 ' is provided, the main profile area 11' with a receiving groove 16 'and the side step 14' with the sealing profile 13 'similar, in particular identical to that in the Figures 2 to 8 each illustrated frame profile 10 is formed.
- the upper side slopes downwards from the step between the main profile area 11' and the secondary profile area 12 ', ie the profile height of the secondary profile area is outward getting smaller.
- a coupling surface 25 ' is formed on the underside of a fixed leaf profile 20'.
- the same profile combinations can be formed as with the lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system described first.
- the advantage of the inclined position exists in particular when the frame profile 10 'is used for the lower horizontal section of the frame 110.
- the inclined surface 15' in this case serves to drain water in the area of the sliding sash 2.
- the frame profile 10 ' can therefore be supplemented particularly easily by a threshold profile, because in the event of any leaks in the connection point, the water is simply drained safely to the outside on the surface 15' below.
- the Figures 11ff describe a second embodiment of the invention according to which the frame profile has a 3-stage structure.
- the Figures 11 to 19 correspond in the characteristics to those in the Figures 1 to 9 illustrated embodiments, unless the features differing for the second embodiment are mentioned below. In this respect, the above descriptions can also be transferred to the following figures.
- Figure 11 shows a lift-and-slide door / sliding door 100, to be precise now from the outside of the building, with a view inwards.
- all the necessary profiles for the frame and fixed leaf can be produced from just three basic profiles (frame profile 10, fixed leaf profile 20, additional frame profile 30, center post profile 80).
- the core of the profile system in this second version is an in Figure 12a illustrated frame profile 10, which is divided into three step areas.
- the frame profile comprises a main profile area 11 with a first profile height and a side profile area arranged next to it (in the width direction) with a second profile height which is less than the first profile height.
- a further widening profile area arranged laterally next to the secondary profile area is provided here, which has a third profile height which is less than the height of the secondary profile area. This results in the Figure 12a Level ranges 1, 2 and 3 shown.
- the step area 1 is formed by the widening profile area 12a with a low height
- the step area 2 is formed by the secondary profile area 12 with a medium height
- the step area 3 is formed by the main profile area 11 with the greatest height.
- the profile area heights are thus gradually decreasing from the main profile area 11 in the direction of the widened profile area 12a.
- a right-angled step 14 ' is formed between the step areas 1 and 2 and a further right-angled step 14 "is formed between the step areas 2 and 3, on which a seal receptacle 133 is arranged, which is suitable for receiving a seal.
- a steel reinforcement 102 is used in the main profile area 11 and a steel reinforcement 101 is used in the secondary profile area 12.
- the steel reinforcements are mainly used for dimensional stability, increase the static load-bearing capacity and serve as fastening counter bearings for screws.
- the main profile area 11 has a first, in particular high, visible surface 15 on the inside.
- the second, in particular low, visible surface 14 on the outside is formed by the widening profile area 12a.
- the contact areas in particular contact surfaces 17, 18 and 19 with the adjacent profiles 20 and 30, are located along the step areas 1, 2 and 3 educated.
- the fixed leaf profile 20 abuts the frame profile 10 at the contact point 19.1 and the mounted additional frame profile rests with its contact area 36 on the contact area 19.
- FIG 12b an associated fixed leaf profile 20 is shown.
- a rollover 23 is formed on the side facing away from the stop web 22, the rollover width 23.1 of which is greater than the rollover height 23.2.
- a bevel 20 ′′ is formed, in particular which serves as an insertion aid in the frame profile 10 and enables convenient and quick assembly is limited by the overlap 23, which is connected to the stop web 22, in particular in the vertical direction.
- a profile combination 113.2 is shown, which is part of the lower horizontal section 113 of the frame 110.
- a running rail profile 40 is inserted, on which a roller carriage of the sliding sash 2 can be guided.
- the fixed wing profile 20 is placed on the upper side of the secondary profile area 12 and rests directly on the frame profile 10 at the contact point 25 'in the step area 1 and at the contact point 25 "in the step area 2 extended profile) and the gap formed between them, a tilt-proof storage of the profiles 10 and 20 is ensured.
- the fixed wing profile 20 has an overlap 23, the overlap 34 being wider than it is high in the illustrated embodiment of the profile system according to the invention. Provision can be made in one, in particular third, Use hollow chamber of the frame profile in the area of the widening profile area 12a an additional steel reinforcement.
- the ratio of the width of the rollover 23 to its height is preferably 2.5: 2, more preferably 3: 2, even more preferably 3.5: 2.
- the insert profile 20 is pressed with its visible surface on the inside of the building, which lies below the glazing bead 26, against a sealing profile (not shown) at the transition between the main and secondary profile areas 11, 12. As soon as the frame profile 10 and the insert profile 20 are screwed together in the position shown, a tight connection between the frame profile 10 and the insert profile 20 is established.
- the upper delimiting edge located next to the glazing bead groove 24 on the fixed sash profile 20 is arranged so as to be higher than the upper side of the main profile area 11, in particular by about 2 mm-3 mm.
- Figure 13a shows an embodiment in which so-called glass holding profiles (150) are used in the gap between the coupling zone 25 and the surface of the secondary profile area 12, in particular for supporting very large glass inserts.
- external glazing is provided in which the glazing bead (26) is arranged on the outside.
- the gap can also be filled with glue.
- the metallic reinforcement profiles (101, 102) in the frame profile 10 and in the fixed leaf profile 20 are arranged in such a way that in the assembly state shown there is at least one zone of overlap where a fixed connection is established by means of at least one screw connection, which is brought in in particular from a glass rebate area 21 of the two profiles 10, 20 with one another and / or with the structure.
- Figure 14 shows a profile combination 113.2 from the fixed leaf 1 to be assigned area of the upper horizontal section 111 of the frame frame 110, as before also for Figure 3 described, but here in the three-stage design of the frame profile.
- a profile combination 113.1 is shown, which also relates to the upper horizontal section 111 of the frame frame 110, but the area next to the fixed leaf 1.
- the design corresponds in the features to the description of FIG Figure 5 , but with the three-step frame profile of the second version.
- the additional frame profile 30 is filled by the additional frame profile 30. Its profile height is selected so that a smooth, lower visible surface 32 runs exactly towards the lower edge on the stop web 22.
- the additional frame profile 30 extends beyond the width of the fixed sash profile 20 to the sliding sash 2.
- FIG 12c has additional frame profile 30 shown individually, as well as in the Figure 2c the two form-locking elements mentioned there in order to enable a simple connection with the insert profile 20.
- an assembly cam 35 is formed on the side facing the insert wing 20.
- the fitter places the profile in the recess provided for it on the insert wing 20 and the projection 31 slides easily over the assembly cam 35 into the seal receiving groove 27, and then finally over the latching tongue or clip foot 33 to be clipped.
- An additional screw connection is not required, so that the visible surface 32 is not damaged.
- a groove 34 is formed which has a U-shaped, in particular undercut, cross section.
- Figure 16 contains a representation of a profile combination 111.1, which below the profile combination 113.1 from Figure 15 is used, namely in the area of the sliding sash. Basically, the description is the Figure 6 applicable.
- the threshold profile 70 shown here is, however, adapted to the three-stage design of the frame profile and rests with its outer flap / collar analogous to the fixed leaf profile 20 on the widening profile area of the frame profile.
- a drainage surface inclined to the horizontal and sloping outward in height is releasably attached to the threshold profile 70, in particular which runs out on the inside in height to the level of the main profile area of the frame profile.
- Figure 17 shows a profile combination 112, which relates to the so-called hinge side / locking side of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door 100, that is to say that vertical section of the frame frame 110 on which the sliding leaf 2 is locked.
- the description of the Figure 7 is applicable with the difference that the fixed sash profile 20 is placed with its overlap on the widening profile area of the three-step frame profile.
- FIG Figure 18 The other vertical portion of the frame 110 is shown in FIG Figure 18 shown, analogous to Figure 8 , but in the three-stage version.
- Figure 18a shows a variant of the profile combination for a vertical section of the frame and the insert sash in section, with the glazing bead mounted on the outside.
- a section of the frame profile 10 here the three-stage section, is always provided for the profile combinations shown.
- the frame profile 10 thus forms the core of the rectangular frame frame 110 on all four sides, even in the second embodiment.
- the frame profile is not used in the second version either.
- the contour of the center post profile preferably corresponds at least in some areas to the frame profile 10 in its secondary profile area and widened profile area or in the contact areas 17, 18 and in the area of the step 14 '.
- the center post profile 80 and the frame profile 10 are preferably shaped identically in the step areas 1 and 2, in particular to enable a precise, comfortable and plane-parallel insertion without maneuvering effort.
- the width or height of the visible surface of the center post profile 83 corresponds to the width of the low visible surface 14 of the frame profile in the widening profile area 12a.
- the center post profile 83 is flush with the outer visible surface 29 of the fixed leaf profile 20, there is no height offset.

Description
In the following directions, the direction in which the width is viewed also represents the construction depth in the alternative understanding. The width or construction depth is viewed in a direction perpendicular to the glass pane surface of the door. The height direction of the profiles is considered in a direction parallel to the glass pane surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the profiles.
In the case of a lift-and-slide door / sliding door, there are at least two leaves which are arranged one behind the other in parallel planes and can be moved relative to one another.
Despite the fundamentally simple structure and functional principle of a lift-and-slide door / sliding door, the provision of a suitable profile set is complex because a large number of different functions must be covered.
- For the lower bolt of the sliding sash, a sash profile is required that has a large fitting receiving groove so that a roller carriage can be accommodated there.
- A guide rail is required on the top of the sliding sash,
- A center locking profile and / or center post profile is required on one vertical edge and a locking pin profile is required on the other to lock the lowered sliding sash.
- At the bottom of the fixed leaf, it must be possible to establish a tight connection to the threshold profile.
- A center locking profile and / or center post profile is required on one vertical section and a connection to the frame is required on the other.
- In the floor area, on the one hand, a barrier-free passage should be possible when the sliding sash is open, and on the other hand, the heavy sliding sash must be securely supported on it. The threshold must secure the water drainage, but also enable the solid support of the fixed wing.
- The vertical frame sections differ from one another, depending on whether the loose or fixed wing is in contact with them.
- The upper horizontal frame section must hold and seal the lowered sliding sash, but at the same time also allow the raised sliding sash to be moved easily. At the same time, it must be possible to establish a firm and tight connection with the fixed leaf.
A large number of different profiles is therefore required in order to be able to form different profile combinations which meet the requirements mentioned.
High costs within the profile system arise in particular for frame profiles formed from plastic, since these have a large width and correspondingly large extrusion tools and cooling and calibration devices are required for production. Storage and transport are also essential for such profiles associated with higher costs. With the frame profiles in particular, there is an approach to cost savings.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system which enables the construction of a lift-and-slide door frame or sliding door frame and at least the associated fixed leaf with as few different profile cross-sections as possible.
Another object is preferably to provide a stable lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system with a small face width for maximum incidence of light, which also provides a stop for the fixed leaf in the middle section, which, in particular with regard to its gradation, corresponds to at least a portion of the profile of the frame frame. A further preferred aim is to enable faster, more comfortable and plane-parallel insertion of the previously welded and possibly glazed fixed sash into a precisely fitting, circumferential frame frame without maneuvering effort, which has an essentially mirror-image profile at least in some areas. A corner-welded sash frame reliably seals against wind and moisture and is preferable to other constructions that work with individual strips and with corresponding sealing parts.
This object is achieved by a lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system with the features of
Essential features of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system according to the invention are a fixed leaf profile for the fixed leaf, which has a flap on the side facing away from the glass rebate, and a frame profile with a stepped cross-sectional height that forms the base of the frame on all four sides. The frame profile is (viewed in cross section perpendicular to its longitudinal direction) wider than the width of the fixed sash / fixed sash profile and the sliding sash / sliding sash profile alone (viewed in the same cross section), in particular at least twice as wide.
In a first possible embodiment, the frame profile does not extend in its width over the entire cross-sectional width of the frame or not over the entire cross-sectional width of the connected combination of frame profile and fixed leaf profile. In this embodiment it can be provided that the frame profile is designed only in two stages with the named main profile area and the side profile area adjoining it laterally.
The missing portion of the width is filled, in particular in several functional zones, in this first embodiment by the overlap of the fixed wing profile. The stepped fixed sash profile on its underside or on the side facing the frame profile is placed on the side profile area of the frame profile with reduced cross-sectional height and connected to it, e.g. by gluing and / or screwing.
In a second possible embodiment it can be provided that the frame profile extends over the entire cross-sectional width of the frame or extends over the entire cross-sectional width of the connected combination of frame profile and fixed leaf profile. In contrast to the first version, in this second version the fixed sash profile does not increase the width of the frame or the associated combination of fixed sash profile and frame profile. The width of the combined combination of fixed leaf profile and frame profile thus corresponds to the width of the frame profile.
Die Stufenhöhe der Profilbereiche nimmt dabei von Stufe zu Stufe bzw. von Profilbereich zu Profilbereich ab.In this embodiment in particular, it can be provided that the frame profile is formed at least three stages, in particular with exactly three stages. In addition to the aforementioned main profile area and the secondary profile area adjoining it laterally, it also closes laterally, in particular in Direction to the same side, adjoining it at least one, in particular exactly one widening profile area, the profile height of which is reduced compared to the secondary profile area. In the lateral sequence, the main profile area is followed by the secondary profile area and this is followed by the widening profile area. The step height of the profile areas decreases from step to step or from profile area to profile area.
This enables two essential advantages over the cited prior art to be achieved. On the one hand, it offers the advantage of a complete adaptation to substructure profiles in the floor area. In particular, so-called height construction profiles compensate for the height differences according to the flat roof guidelines from the raw floor, screed and, for example, underfloor heating to the visible floor level. On the other hand, the profile combination of the lift and slide door / sliding door profile system in the closed state in the area of the central section, consisting of the fixed sash profile with the central mullion profile, completely covers the rear sash profile, especially viewed in the direction of the profile width. The visible surface of the center post profile, in particular its height, corresponds in a preferred embodiment of the visible surface in particular to the height of the frame profile in the widened area and is flush with the outer visible surface of the fixed leaf profile to form an optically smooth surface. This enables the sliding sash including the center sealing strip / center locking profile to be pushed behind the second level (either sliding or insert sash). The viewer is presented with the elegant look of a large glass surface, which is divided by a narrow central post with a smooth surface.
The fixed sash profile, which is stepped on its underside, is placed on the side profile area of the frame profile, which is reduced in cross-sectional height compared to the main profile area, and connected to it, in particular in the case of both of the aforementioned designs.
Mauerwerk. In the first embodiment mentioned, the overlap lies laterally in front of the frame profile when viewed in the width direction, in particular the overlap in this embodiment closes off the visible surface, in particular in the direction of the surrounding building or masonry.
In the second version, the overlap of the fixed sash profile rests on the widening profile area. The entire visible area thus results from the visible area of the fixed leaf profile and the adjacent visible area of the frame profile on the widening profile area. In the area of the transition between the two visible surfaces, the fixed sash profile and the frame profile can make contact in the widening profile area, in particular thereby visually minimizing the transition in a joint.
In the second embodiment, the stepped fixed sash profile on its side facing the frame profile, in particular on the underside, is used in the widening profile area and in the adjoining secondary profile area of the frame profile and is at least connected to the opposite surface of the secondary profile area, preferably also the widened profile area, e.g. by gluing and / or screwing.
The stepped design of the fixed leaf or fixed leaf profile in cross section on the side facing the frame profile preferably corresponds at least essentially to the stepped course of the frame profile on its side facing the fixed leaf profile, in particular at least in the area of the secondary profile area and more preferably also the widened profile area.
The fixed leaf profile forms, preferably in both possible designs, at least essentially the negative shape of the stepping of the frame profile, in particular it functions as a precisely fitting counterpart. A "substantially" formed negative shape is preferably to be understood as meaning that the shapes of the steps of both profiles correspond to one another in such a way that the profiles can preferably be connected in a form-locking manner by contacting in the step area and then form a unit. The gradations of both profiles do not have to be exactly negative to one another in the mathematical sense. The surfaces forming the step shape in the secondary profile area, preferably also the widened profile area of the frame profile, are preferably designed to be flat. For example, deviations from a mathematically exact negative shape in the fixed sash profile can result from the fact that at least one groove and / or at least one filling space for receiving adhesive and / or a sealing profile is provided on the side of the fixed sash profile facing the frame profile. Furthermore, deviations from the exact negative shape can also show through Projections result, with which the profiles are kept at a defined distance from one another, for example a distance that is necessary for receiving adhesive or sealing profile.
The invention can furthermore provide that the fixed wing, which is preassembled from several fixed wing profiles and corner-welded, can be inserted as a whole from the outside of the building plane-parallel into the frame. Space-consuming maneuvering is no longer necessary for this.
The invention can provide that a fixed sash profile has a bevel on its side facing the frame profile, in particular on the side opposite the overlap in the width direction, on the profile edge, which in the assembled state is opposite the secondary profile area of the frame profile, which extends in the longitudinal direction. This bevel facing the secondary profile area can preferably be used as an insertion aid into the frame profile and enables convenient and quick assembly. This chamfer also leads to a deviation of the gradation from an exact mathematical negative shape.
Due to the bevel, which, viewed in the width direction, can preferably be undercut, the fixed sash profile has a reduced contact area with the secondary profile area, which is therefore smaller than the secondary profile area area; with a preferred undercut, the fixed sash profile only has essentially linear contact even in the secondary profile area. In the undercut area, glue can be used for the connection.
The rollover of the fixed leaf profile is supported in the second embodiment on the widened area, in particular the rollover forms, as in the other embodiment, a collar protruding towards the frame profile, which is arranged laterally on the contact area of the fixed leaf profile. Here, with the collar, which extends in the direction of longitudinal extent of the fixed wing profile, an essentially only line contact between the profiles can be realized in the area of the widened profile area.
The area of the widening profile area covered by the overlap of the fixed sash profile is wider in the width direction than the overlap in the height direction, as the height of the rollover, especially in the second embodiment. So here the rollover is essentially wider than it is high. In the first embodiment it can also be provided that the overlap is higher than it is wide.
The height of the step on the frame profile between the secondary profile area and the main profile area is preferably matched to the profile height of the fixed sash profile that in the interconnected profiles the inside upper edge of the fixed sash profile, especially in the first embodiment mentioned, is below, preferably only slightly, i.e. by a few Millimeters below the top of the main profile area on the frame profile. This still allows the unimpeded insertion of the glass pane into the frame, which is anyway still placed on a glass rebate insert. The parting line that occurs when the glazing bead is subsequently placed is concealed on the step between the main and secondary profile area. It can also, in particular in the mentioned second embodiment, the inside upper edge of the fixed leaf profile lie above the upper side of the main profile area on the frame profile.
In addition to the advantage that the frame profile can reduce the variety of profiles, there is another advantage that the face width of the frame in the area of the fixed sash is significantly reduced. Due to the stepped construction of the insert sash and frame profile, a short and wide design of the overlap on the insert sash can be implemented, especially in the second version, which leads to a reduction in the outer visible area of the insert profile and consequently to a larger glass area and maximizes the incidence of light.
- eine Flügelrahmen-Zargenkombination für einen vertikalen und einen oberen Abschnitt der Festverglasung;
- a sash frame combination for fixed glazing on the side,
- a sash frame / frame combination for the fixed glazing below: here the frame profile runs through the entire width of the lift-and-slide door / sliding door, but the fixed sash profile only in areas that do not form the passage area; It can be provided in The passage area to supplement the frame profile with a threshold profile with weatherboard.
- a sash frame combination for a vertical and an upper section of the fixed glazing;
- and a side frame section for the sliding sash on the closure side / hinge side.
The invention can provide that the frame profile, in particular like the other profiles of the profile system according to the invention, is preferably made of plastic, in particular hard PVC. For example, an endless, tight frame can be formed from the frame profiles by conventional miter cuts and welding. As an alternative or in addition to the previous designation, the frame profiles can also be connected using screw connections in all corners. Except for the area, in particular one half of the lower frame section in the area of the threshold in front of the sliding sash, this frame frame is always supplemented with the fixed sash profile.
In the case of the last two combinations mentioned, which relate to the connections between the frame and the sliding sash, the same fixed sash profile with the overlap is also used as with the fixed sash. Instead of a glass insert and a glazing bead, the cross-sectional area above the glass rebate is filled with a third profile, the additional frame profile, up to the level of the lateral stop bar.
This creates a contact edge that protrudes only a little beyond the main profile area of the frame profile, which enables the lowered sliding sash to contact the frame and, above it, provides a seal against wind and rain. With just three profile types, five of the seven usual functional sections of the frame and the fixed sash are produced.
With an additional threshold profile, the second half is also formed on the underside of the frame, which is in front of the sliding sash.
The invention can furthermore provide that a central locking profile is placed on the sliding sash in order to release the central locking. In addition, a post profile, in particular a center post profile, is also preferably provided that the lateral boundary of the fixed wing in the middle forms. This central post profile can form a stop for the sliding sash or the opposite sliding sash profile thereof, in particular for the central locking profile that is attached to it. The central locking profile and the central post profile, viewed in cross section, can each have laterally offset projections which point towards one another and which in the stop position each contact a seal on the opposite profile.
The center post profile can be preassembled in the frame or can be attached to the fixed sash, in particular a vertical fixed sash profile of the fixed sash frame, at a later date.
The cross section of the post profile, in particular the central post profile, is based on the side profile area of the frame profile, especially on the side facing the fixed sash profile, so that the fixed sash profile can be placed there in a similar manner. The invention can provide that on the other side of the cross-section a center closure profile can also be formed directly, or the center closure profile already provided for the loose wing is also placed there.
In particular in the second embodiment of an at least three-step, preferably exactly three-step frame profile, the invention can provide that the cross-section of the center post profile in the area covered by the fixed profile has a gradation which at least essentially corresponds to the secondary profile area and the widening profile area of the frame profile. The center post profile thus simulates the secondary profile area and the widening profile area of the frame profile. The fixed leaf profile can thus be used on the center post profile in the same way as on the frame profile. The center post profile and the frame profile are preferably shaped identically in these two stepped profile areas (secondary profile area and widening profile area).
It should be emphasized with this construction that the center post profile can be pre-assembled in the frame and thus also takes on the function of a frame, in particular since the surfaces of the secondary profile area and the widening profile area merge into one another between the perpendicularly oriented frame and center post profile. The insert wing can be in welded state can be inserted into the frame from the outside. All other work steps can be prepared in-house. Frames, fixed sashes and sliding sashes are installed on the construction site.
- a roller rail on the lower frame section,
- a guide rail above,
- a cover strip on the vertical side next to the fixed leaf or
- a locking pin strip for the sliding sash.

The metallic reinforcement profiles in the

An important detail still exists above the sealing

With the obliquely aligned connecting plane between the surfaces 15 ', 25', the same profile combinations can be formed as with the lift-and-slide door / sliding door profile system described first.
