Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Strumpfhose bestehend aus mindestens zwei Beinteilen und mindestens einem Zwickelteil.
  • Bekannte Strumpfhosen, Leggings und lange Unterhosen weisen in der Regel je zwei Beinteile auf, zwischen denen ein Zwickelteil eingenäht ist. Das Zwickelteil überdeckt dabei den Po, zum Teil die Hüfte und die im Unterbauch miteinander vernähten Beinteile bedecken den Unterbauch. Die Beinteile reichen im Hüftbereich bis zum Bund und bilden dort gemeinsam mit dem Zwickel einen ovalen Bund entlang der Gürtellinie des Trägers.
  • Derartige Strumpfhosen, die im Rahmen dieser Patentanmeldung stellvertretend für Strumpfhosen jeder Art, Leggings, Unterhosen und lange Unterhosen stehen, können bei starker Beanspruchung, beispielsweise bei sportlicher Betätigung, wie z.B. beim Skifahren, oder bei Kindern beim Toben, Krabbeln und Strampeln verrutschen und in den Schritt abrutschen. Bei Kleinkindern, die noch nicht einhalten können und daher eine Windel tragen, kann die Strumpfhose die Windel vom Körper ziehen, wodurch die Windel versagt. Sofern die Windel gequollen ist, nimmt ihr Umfang zu. Sie trägt auf und die Strumpfhose verliert an Halt am Körper.
  • In der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE1785021 A wird eine Strumpfhose offenbart, die für einen erhöhten Tragekomfort eine Naht aufweist, die auf einer Rundstrickmaschine erzeugt wird. Diese Strumpfhose weist die eingangs erwähnten Nachteile bei hoher Beanspruchung auf.
  • In der DE6602078U wird eine Strumpfhose mit eingestricktem Zwickel und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung offenbart, wobei die Strumpfhose eine verbesserte Zwickelform im Schrittbereich aufweist. Die Zwickelform verleiht einen erhöhten Tragekomfort, aber auch die verbesserte Zwickelform verhilft nicht, die eingangs erwähnten Nachteile zu überwinden.
  • In der DE1831202U wird eine Baby-Stiefelhose offenbart mit einem elastischen Bund im Bereich der Fesseln, welche aus einem Stück gestrickt ist. Die Stiefelhose sitzt fest im Fussbereich, jedoch ist der Halt im Schrittbereich nicht besser als bei anderen Strumpfhosen.
  • Schließlich wird in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 18 02 491 A eine Strumpfhose offenbart, die im Rückenbereich, dem hinteren Teil, eine größere Maschenreihenanzahl aufweist als im vorderen Bereich. Dadurch ergibt sich eine nach vorne fallende Ebene des Bundes. Bei dieser fallenden Ebene des Bundes bilden sich beim Tragen Druckstellen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Strumpfhose zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche strapazierfähig ist und eine verbesserte Sicherung gegenüber Verrutschen hat. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass im Rückerbereich des Zwickelteils ein verlängertes Hosenteil vorhanden ist, wobei zwischen Zwickelteil (13) und verlängertem Hosenteil (16) ein elastischer Bund (15) vorhanden ist. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein verlängertes Hosenteil an das mittige Zwickelteil einer Strumpfhose angebracht. Das Hosenteil kann auch als verlängertes, den Lendenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin zumindest teilweise überdeckendes Teil der Strumpfhose beschrieben werden. Im Rücken ist der Zwickel somit länger und weist im Tragezustand weiter nach oben als der vordere Bereich der Strumpfhose, der bis zum Unterbauch des Trägers oder der Trägerin heranreicht.
  • Das verlängerte Hosenteil eint mehrere Vorteile. Zum einen ermöglicht es, einen elastischen Bund der Strumpfhose zu verstärken, der zwischen verlängertem Hosenteil und Zwickelteil angeordnet ist, so dass die Strumpfhose einen festeren Sitz am Körper aufweist und bei hoher Belastung wie Sport in der Kälte, beim Toben, Krabbeln und Strampeln nicht verrutscht. Der verstärkte Bund weist eine verstärkte Rückstellkraft auf, die spürbar höher ist als bei gattungsgemäßen Strumpfhosen und bildet somit einen strammen Sitz am Körper aus. Der verstärkte Bund zwischen Zwickelteil und verlängertem Hosenteil endet nicht abrupt, so dass scharfe Hauteindrücke durch den straffen Bund beim Träger oder bei der Trägerin vermieden werden. Das verlängerte Hosenteil nimmt die Bundstärke im Tragezustand entlang der Höhe am Körper allmählich zurück, so dass scharfe Hauteindrücke vermieden werden.
  • Des Weiteren ermöglicht das verlängerte Hosenteil ein Überdecken des rückwärtigen Teils einer Windel, die in der Regel bis in den unteren Brustwirbelbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin heranreicht, um bei plötzlicher Windelbeanspruchung ein Austreten des Windelinhalts zu vermeiden. Dieser leichte Überstand der Windel quillt in der Regel aus gattungsgemäßen Strumpfhosen heraus, so dass der Sitz der Strumpfhose vom Sitz der Windel abhängig ist, die nur mit zwei Klettverschlüssen auf dem vorderen Flankenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin geschlossen wird und keine besonders hohe Strapazierfähigkeit aufweist. Das verlängerte Hosenteil überdeckt auch diesen Bereich, so dass die Strumpfhose nicht nur ästhetischer wirkt, sondern auch noch den Rückenausläufer der Windel überdeckt. Das verlängerte Hosenteil ist bevorzugt gegenüber einem elastischen Bund der Strumpfhose verlängert und überdeckt somit den unteren Rückenbereich in den Lendenbereich hinein bis in den unteren Brustwirbelbereich, wo etwa der 12. Brustwirbel sitzt, und wärmt so einen häufig bei Kleinkindern kalt werdenden Bereich des unteren Rückens und erzeugt so einen erhöhten Tragekomfort.
  • Um den Tragekomfort zu erhöhen, ist nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Strumpfhose vorgesehen, dass eine Plüschpolsterung vorgesehen ist. Dazu ist das verlängerte Hosenteil bevorzugt auf der Innenseite mit Plüsch versehen und in bevorzugter Weise ist die Plüschpolsterung durch einen Saum des verlängerte Hosenteils nach innen gekehrt. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Plüschpolsterung keine Fasern verliert und daher auch nicht als krümelig empfunden wird. Alternativ oder kumulativ zur innenliegenden Plüschpolsterung kann auch eine zusätzliche Polsterung vorgesehen sein, die in den Saum des verlängerten Hosenteils eingenäht ist.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Strumpfhose weist das verlängerte Hosenteil je einem Fersenzwickel zu den Seiten auf, wobei der je eine Fersenzwickel bevorzugt durch eine Flachnaht mit dem verlängerten Hosenteil verbunden ist. An dieser Stelle wird unter dem begriff "Fersenzwickel" eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Struktur verstanden, welche einen Übergang des verlängerten Hosenteils zum Rest des Bundes der Strumpfhose bildet. Dieser Fersenzwickel wird wie ein tatsächlicher Fersenzwickel auf einer Rundstrickmaschine gestrickt und eingefasst. Im Ergebnis ragt das verlängerte Hosenteil nicht nur in den Rückenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin und liegt dort lediglich durch Eigenspannung an, sondern wird durch die seitlichen Fersenzwickel, die bis in den Flankenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin heranreichen, an den Rücken gezogen. In bevorzugter Weise ist der je eine Fersenzwickel durch eine Flachnaht mit dem verlängerten Hosenteil verbunden. Die Flachnacht trägt nicht auf und sie vereinfacht den Strickvorgang, weil der Fersenzwickel unabhängig vom verlängerten Zwickelteil maschinell gestrickt werden kann.
  • Auch mit den Beinteilen kann der Fersenzwickel über eine Flachnaht verbunden sein, so dass der Fersenzwickel bei der Herstellung vollkommen unabhängig von den Beinteilen und vom Zwickelteil als weiteres Einzelteil der Strumpfhosenherstellung hergestellt und später vernäht wird.
  • Die Flachnaht, welche je einen Fersenzwickel mit dem verlängerten Hosenteil verbindet, ist in vorteilhafter Weise eine Ausläufernaht der Flachnaht, die je ein Beinteil mit dem Zwickelteil verbindet. Es ist also vorgesehen, dass sich eine Flachnaht, die je ein Beinteil mit dem Zwickelteil miteinander verbindet, bis in das verlängerte Hosenteil reicht.
  • Die Breite des verlängerten Hosenteils ist bevorzugt so bemessen, dass das verlängerte Hosenteil in der Breite bis an beide Flanken des Trägers oder der Trägerin heranreicht oder diese zumindest in der Breite teilweise überdeckt.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand der folgenden Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • In Figur 1 ist eine Ansicht auf den rückwärtigen teil einer Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik dargestellt, wobei die Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik je ein rechtes Beinteil 1, ein linkes Beinteil 2 und ein mittiges Zwickelteil 3 aufweist, wobei die beiden Beinteile Beinteil 1 und Beinteil 2 mit dem Zwickelteil 3 über eine Flachnaht 4 miteinander vernäht sind. Im Bereich des in der Regel gepolsterten Bundes 5, der bis an den unteren Lendenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin heranreicht, quillt eine Rückenverlängerung einer Windel 6 heraus. Im Ergebnis sitzt die Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik auf der Windel auf und der Sitz der Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik ist abhängig vom Sitz der Windel 6. Die Windel 6 hat aber keine straffe Tragefunktion zu erfüllen, so dass die Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik, insbesondere bei gleichzeitiger Verwendung von Windeln, leicht herabrutscht und so einerseits für verringerten Tragekomfort ursächlich ist und auch die sichere Funktion der Windel beeinträchtigt.
  • In Figur 2 ist eine zu Figur 1 identische Ansicht auf eine erfindungsgemäße Strumpfhose 10 dargestellt, wobei die erfindungsgemäße Strumpfhose 10 ebenfalls aus einem rechten Beinteil 11, einem linken Beinteil 12 und einem mittigen Zwickelteil 13 besteht , wobei die Beinteile Beinteil 11 und Beinteil 12 durch eine Flachnaht 14 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Beinteile Beinteil 11 und Beinteil 12 sowie das Zwickelteil 13 werden zum Rücken des Trägers oder der Trägerin durch einen elastischen, straffen Bund 15 abgeschlossen, wobei der elastische straffe Bund 15 gegenüber der Höhe eines Bundes 5 einer Strumpfhose aus dem Stand der Technik geringfügig tiefer ansetzen kann. Der elastische, straffe Bund 15 läuft in einem verlängerten Hosenteil 16 aus und ist mit diesem entweder aus einem Teil gestrickt oder das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 ist mit dem Zwickelteil 13 über eine Flachnaht, die im Bund verläuft, vernäht. Die Höhe des verlängerten Hosenteils 16 reicht bis über die Lende des Trägers oder der Trägerin und kann bis zur unteren Brustwirbelsäule, etwa bis zum 12. Brustwirbel heranreichen. Das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 überdeckt die Rückenverlängerung einer Windel 6, so dass diese einerseits nicht mehr sichtbar ist und andererseits sorgt der elastische, straffe Bund 15 für einen sicheren Halt der Strumpfhose beim Toben, Krabbeln und Strampeln ohne dass die Strumpfhose verrutscht. Nicht nur für Kleinkinder ist diese Art der erfindungsgemäßen Strumpfhose geeignet, sondern auch für Erwachsene. Sofern erwünscht, kann bei entsprechender Kälte eine gestrickte Strumpfhose mit verlängertem Hosenteil 16 über eine Nylonstrumpfhose gezogen werden, wobei die Strumpfhose mit verlängertem Hosenteil nicht an der Nylonstrumpfhose, beispielsweise bei Sport in der Kälte herunter rutschen. Neben der reinen Haltefunktion vermittelt das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 auch eine verbesserte Rückenwärmung im Bereich der Lende und der unteren Brustwirbelsäule, was bei modernen Hüfthosen einen verbesserten Tragekomfort verleiht, sofern es der Trägerin nicht auf die Rückenfreiheit ankommt.
  • In Figur 3 ist die Strumpfhose aus Figur 2 in einer von links gesehenen Ansicht in Bezug auf den Träger oder der Trägerin dargestellt. In dieser Ansicht ist der linke Fersenzwickel 17' deutlich sichtbar, der am unteren Rand an das linke Beinteil 12 im Bereich des Bundes 15 heranreicht und mit diesem in einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung über eine Flachnaht vernäht ist. Der linke Fersenzwickel 17' reicht auch an das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 heran und ist in Ausgestaltung der Erfindung mit diesem über eine Flachnaht 14 vernäht, wobei die Flachnaht 14 in bevorzugter Weise identisch mit der Flachnaht 14 ist, welche das Beinteil 12 mit dem Zwickelteil 13 verbindet.
  • In Figur 4 ist eine Detailansicht des Bereiches des rechten Fersenzwickels 17 dargestellt. Das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 ist in bevorzugter Weise mit einem innen liegenden Plüschpolster gepolstert und daher ist das verlängerte Hosenteil 16 geringfügig wulstig, was einen erhöhten Tragekomfort im Rückenbereich des Trägers oder der Trägerin bietet, nämlich durch Polsterung und durch zusätzliche Wärmung in diesem Bereich. Der rechte Fersenzwickel 17 ist in Ausgestaltung der Erfindung mit dem verlängerten Hosenteil 16 über eine Flachnaht 14 verbunden, wobei diese Flachnaht in bevorzugter Weise identisch ist mit der Flachnaht, die das rechte Beinteil 11 mit dem Zwickelteil 13 verbindet. In noch weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der rechte Fersenzwickel 17 und auch der linke Fersenzwickel 17' mit dem korrespondierenden Beinteil, nämlich Beinteil 11 oder Beinteil 12, im Bereich des elastischen, straffen Bundes 15 über eine Flachnaht, hier ohne eigenes Bezugszeichen, vernäht.
  • In Figur 5 ist die Detailansicht aus Figur 4 mit einem umgeklappten, verlängerten Hosenteil 16 dargestellt. Das verlängerte Hosenteil überdeckt den verlängerten Rückenbereich einer Windel 6 und weist sowohl nach innen als auch nach außen eine festere, elastische Gewebestruktur des Bundes 15 auf. Deutlich ist Figur 5 zu entnehmen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Strumpfhose 10 einen gegenüber dem Windelbund 18 erhöhten Bund aufweist, so dass der halt der Strumpfhose 10 gewährleistet ist, ohne die Windel 6 zu beanspruchen. Claims (9)

  1. Strumpfhose (10) bestehend aus mindestens zwei Beinteilen (11; 12) und mindestens einem Zwickelteil (13), wobei im Rückenbereich des Zwickelteils (13) ein verlängertes Hosenteil (16) vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Zwickelteil (13) und verlängertem Hosenteil (16) ein elastischer Bund (15) vorhanden ist.
  2. Strumpfhose (10) nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) eine Plüschpolsterung aufweist, wobei das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) bevorzugt gesäumt ist und die Plüschpolsterung im Inneren des Saums vorhanden ist.
  3. Strumpfhose (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) mit je einem Fersenzwickel (17; 17') zu den Seiten versehen ist, wobei der je eine Fersenzwickel (17; 17') bevorzugt durch eine Flachnaht (14) mit dem verlängerten Hosenteil (16) verbunden ist.
  4. Strumpfhose (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der elastische Bund (15) einen gegenüber gattungsgemäßen Strumpfhosen eine verstärkte Rückstellkraft aufweist und somit einen strammen Sitz am Körper ausbildet.
  5. Strumpfhose nach einem Anspruch 4
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der je eine Fersenzwickel (17; 17') mit den Beinteilen (11; 12) durch eine Flachnaht (14) verbunden ist.
  6. Strumpfhose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sich eine Flachnaht (14), die je ein Beinteil (11; 12) mit dem Zwickelteil (13) miteinander verbindet, bis in das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) reicht.
  7. Strumpfhose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) soweit gegenüber dem elastischen Bund (15) verlängert ist, dass es die Lendenwirbel überdeckt und bis an den 12. Brustwirbel heranreicht oder diesen überdeckt.
  8. Strumpfhose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) in der Breite bis an beide Flanken heranreicht oder diese zumindest in der Breite teilweise überdeckt.
  9. Strumpfhose nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das verlängerte Hosenteil (16) eine zusätzliche Innenpolsterung aufweist.
