Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif destiné à couper des pièces de viande, notamment à diviser des pièces de viande en moitiés respectives, comprenant au moins une lame orientée à l'horizontale et des moyens de transport globalement associés à ladite lame, à la lame étant associé sur sa face inférieure et sur sa face supérieure chaque fois un moyen de transport, en aval desdits moyens de transport étant monté un moyen de transport supplémentaire et la vitesse de transport du moyen de transport supplémentaire étant supérieure à la vitesse de transport des moyens de transport associés à la lame et chaque moyen de transport étant une bande de convoyage (3, 4, 6),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de convoyage (3) inférieure, ainsi qu'un tronçon de la bande de convoyage (6) supplémentaire sont placés en-dessous de la lame (2) et la bande de convoyage (4) supérieure déborde par-dessus l'extrémité libre de la lame (2), au moins sur sa face coupante inférieure, la lame comportant des retraits de la matière de face coupante.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'écart entre le moyen de transport sur la face supérieure de la lame (2) et la lame (2) est réglable de manière variable.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le brin inférieur dirigé vers la face supérieure de la lame (2) de la bande de convoyage (4) supérieure a une compensation de tolérance d'environ 10 mm.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les retraits (7) de la matière de face coupante placés sur la face coupante inférieure sont conçus en tant que cannelures (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les cannelures (8) sont orientées à la parallèle les unes des autres et à la parallèle de la direction de convoyage des moyens de transport associés à la lame (2).
