Claims (13)

  1. Lock device for a door, a window or similar having a fixed frame with an active leaf mounted within it - subsequently referred to as an active leaf (1) - and one passive leaf, subsequently referred to as a passive leaf (2),
    wherein the lock device comprises:
    - an active leaf lock (10) for mounting in or on the active leaf (1), having a lock box (10k) with a lock mechanism mounted within it with an extendable and retractable latch (10f) and/or an extendable and retractable bolt (10r) and a connecting device (10n) arranged in the lock box for an actuating handle (10h) for extending and/or retracting the latch (10f) and/or for extending and/or retracting the bolt (10r) and, where applicable, with a lock cylinder that is able to be connected to the latch (10f) and/or the bolt (10r) for key actuation; and

  7. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the lock box (20k) of the passive lock (20) has a guiding groove and/or a guiding slot for a guiding bolt (20fb) fixed to the actuating handle (20h).
  8. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (20h) is formed as a substantially L-shaped body which is arranged in the inoperative state of the actuating handle (20h) in the bolt receiving recess (20r) or the latch receiving recess (20f) in such a way that the two L-legs are respectively arranged in parallel to a wall or other boundary of the receiving space of the bolt receiving recess (20r) and/or the latch receiving recess (20f).
  9. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (20h) is formed to be offset on its free grasping end in order to facilitate grasping by hand.
  10. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (20h) is formed as a pivot handle or as a sliding handle.
  11. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the pivot handle (20h) is formed as a one-armed actuating lever.
  12. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the handle (20h) has a stop device (20ha) which engages with the lock mechanism for the purpose of blocking the lock mechanism when the actuating handle (20h) is arranged in its inoperative state.
  13. Lock device according to claim 12,
    characterised in that
    the stop device (20ha) is formed as a protruding nose in the region of the actuating grip of the handle (20ha).
