Durch manuelle Betätigung dieser Stangenhandhaben erfolgt die Entriegelung sämtlicher Verriegelungen der Schlosseinrichtung, mit dem Ziel, dass im Panikfall beide Flügel der Tür geöffnet werden können, d.h. die Riegelstangen werden eingezogen, der in das Passivflügelschloss eingreifende Riegel des Aktivflügelschlosses wird durch die Riegelaushebeeinrichtung in das Aktivflügelschloss zurückverlagert und der elektrische Türöffner mechanisch entriegelt, sodass auch die Schlossfalle des Aktivflügelschlosses zum Öffnen der Tür aus dem Türöffner ausrücken kann. Nachteilig bei solchen Schlosseinrichtungen ist, dass aufgrund der jeweils vollständigen Entriegelung sämtlicher Riegelglieder grundsätzlich beide Flügel der zweiflügeligen Tür entriegelt werden und sich Nachteile beim Begehen der Tür ergeben. Die beiden Flügel sind in der Regel als unter- und überschlagende Flügel ausgebildet, was eine bestimmte Öffnungs- und Schließfolge erforderlich macht. Claims (16)

  1. Lock device for a double-leafed door having an active leaf (1) and a passive leaf (2),
    the lock device comprising:
    - an active leaf lock device (10) for mounting in or on the active leaf (1) and
    - a passive leaf lock device (20) for mounting in or on the passive leaf (2),
    a) wherein the active leaf lock device (10) has a bolt (12) and optionally additionally a lock latch (11) or another counter element, and
    b) wherein the passive leaf lock device (20) comprises:
    b1) a bolt receiving recess (22) for receiving the bolt (12) of the active leaf lock device (10) in a locking positing and
    b2) a bolt lifting device (22a) for the purpose of unlocking by lifting the bolt (12) out of the bolt receiving recess (22) out of a locking position into an unlocking position,
    - wherein the bolt lifting device (22a) has an actuating handle (23) which is displaceable between a locking position and an unlocking position;
    b3) a locking rod device having an upper locking rod device (24o) and/or a lower locking rod device (24u) having a locking rod actuating device (24b, 25) in order to actuate the upper locking rod device (24o) or the lower locking rod device (24u),
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) and the locking rod actuating device (24b, 25) are provided as separate handles, and
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) and the locking rod actuating device (24b) are connected or connectable in such a way that
    by actuating the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a), the locking rod device (24o, 24u) is not necessarily actuated
    or
    by actuating the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a), the locking rod device (24o, 24u) is not necessarily actuated in every case.
  2. Lock device according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) and the locking rod actuating device (24b) are operatively connected in such a way
    that by actuating the locking rod actuating device (24b, 25) in the sense of unlocking the locking rod device (24o, 24u), the bolt lifting device (22a) is necessarily also actuated in the sense of lifting the bolt (12) into the unlocking position, and,
    however, by actuating the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) in the sense of lifting the bolt into the unlocking position, the locking rod device (24o, 24u) is not necessarily also actuated.
  3. Lock device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the passive leaf lock device (20) has an electric door opener (21t), which is mounted in or on the passive leaf (2) and cooperates with the lock latch (11) or the other counter element of the active leaf lock device (10),
    wherein the electric door opener (21t) has a moveably mounted door opener latch with or without a lifting function and an electrically switchable locking device, by means of which the door opener latch can be brought into a blocking position and into a release position in order to, in its blocking position in blocking engagement with the lock latch (11) or the other counter element, lock the active leaf (1) in place in the closed position of the door, and in its release position when out of blocking engagement with the lock latch (11) or with another counter element, release the active leaf (1) from the closed position of the double-leafed door to open the active leaf (1).
  4. Lock device according to claim 3,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) and the blocking device of the electric door opener (21) cooperate in such a way that a displacement of the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) in its unlocking position causes a switching of the door opener latch from its blocking position into its release position.
  5. Lock device according to claim 3 or 4,
    characterised in that
    the electric door opener (21t) is electrically switchable by means of a first switching path and can be unlocked by means of the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) as a second switching path.
  6. Lock device according to claim 5,
    characterised in that
    the electric door opener (21t) can be mechanically unlocked by means of the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a).
  7. Lock device according to one of claims 3 to 6,
    characterised in that
    the electric door opener (21t) can be electrically switched and can be unlocked by means of an unlocking switch mounted in or on the door opener.
  8. Lock device according to claim 7,
    characterised in that
    the unlocking switch can be manually actuated.
  9. Lock device according to claim 7 or 8,
    characterised in that,
    by actuating the unlocking switch, the electric door opener (21t) can be unlocked mechanically, and/or by actuating the unlocking switch, the electric door opener (21t) can be unlocked electrically.
  10. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the passive leaf lock device (20) has a latch receiving recess for receiving the lock latch or the other counter element of the active leaf lock device (10) in a locking position, and
    the passive leaf lock device (20) has a latch lifting device which cooperates with the lock latch or the other counter element of the active leaf lock device (10) for the purpose of unlocking by lifting the lock latch or the other counter element out of the latch receiving recess.
  11. Lock device according to claim 10,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) and the latch lifting device cooperate in such a way that a displacement of the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) into its unlocking position causes a displacement of the latch lifting device in the sense of an unlocking of the lock latch or of the other counter element.
  12. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the actuating handle (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) is formed as an actuating lever (23) which can be arranged in the region of the faceplate of the passive leaf (2).
  13. Lock device according to claim 12,
    characterised in that
    the actuating lever (23) of the bolt lifting device (22a) in the closed position of the double-leafed door is arranged concealed in the rebate space between the active leaf (1) and the passive leaf (2).
  14. Lock device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the locking rod actuating device (24b) has an actuating handle (25) which is connected or connectable to a follower (25n) of the passive leaf lock device (20).
  15. Lock device according to one of claims 3 to 14,
    characterised in that
    the passive leaf lock device (20) has a lock housing in which the lock mechanism of the passive leaf lock device (20) is arranged, which comprises the bolt lifting device and/or the bolt receiving recess and/or the locking rod actuating device and/or the latch lifting device and/or the latch receiving recess,
    wherein the electric door opener is arranged outside or inside the lock housing (20g).
  16. Lock device according to claim 15,
    characterised in that
    the electric door opener comprises:
    - the door opener latch,
    - the electric locking device which has an electric actuator and an output-side blocking member which cooperates with the door opener latch directly or via an interposed door opener transmission,
    wherein it is provided that
    a) at least the following door opener components: the door opener latch, the electric actuator, the output-side blocking member and, if present, the door opener transmission interposed between the door opener latch and the output-side blocking member are arranged in the lock housing, and no separate door opener housing is provided, in or on which all these door opening components are mounted, and/or
    b) at least the following door opener components: the door opener latch, the electric actuator, the output-side blocking member and, if present, the door opener transmission interposed between the door opener latch and the output-side blocking member are arranged in the lock housing distributed in such a way that at least one component of the lock mechanism or at least one part of a component of the lock mechanism engages between at least two of the door opener components.
