Description
The invention relates to an extractor hood according to the preamble of claim 1, comprising a housing with a suction for vapors and a blower unit arranged in the housing whose suction side is fluidically connected to the suction area, wherein the blower unit is at least partially surrounded by a noise barrier, which Disrupting the propagation of the operating noise of the blower unit comprises at least one perforated plate layer and a layer comprising a porous material.
In all of these known from the prior art, noise prevention devices, it is considered disadvantageous that substantially only at a thickness of the noise prevention device, which corresponds to about ¼ of the wavelength in particular the problematic frequencies of sound, a successful noise barrier is achieved. Especially at low frequencies, therefore, very thick noise barriers, in particular sound absorbers, are needed. For example, for the
The invention thus raises the problem of developing an extractor hood and here in particular a sound obstruction device for an extractor hood, which in such a way overcomes the disadvantages described, wherein the noise prevention device is in particular to be able to provide a broadband noise barrier.
According to the invention this problem is solved with an extractor hood with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention will become apparent from the following subclaims. According to the invention, said problem is solved, in particular, with a noise prevention device for a noise-reduced extractor hood.
Accordingly, an extractor hood according to the invention is characterized in that in the acoustic barrier means a layer comprising a fibrous material is provided, which is arranged relative to the fan unit in front of the layer comprising the porous material, wherein the fibrous material allows the passage of sound and the passage of Fat and moisture at least hampered. It is advantageous that the sound can pass through the layer containing the fibrous material and thus better penetrate into the other layers of the noise prevention device, as is possible in the prior art, where as a protection against grease and moisture, a film-like layer for use comes. The fibrous material may be, for example, a non-woven or the like.
According to a preferred embodiment, the blower unit is associated with a frame frame unit, wherein the noise barrier device comprises at least one cassette-type sound-deadening unit and wherein the cassette-type sound obstruction unit can be removably inserted into the frame frame unit. An advantage of the cassette-like design is the easy interchangeability of the individual noise prevention units. It is also conceivable initially to provide an extractor hood without a noise prevention device but with an existing frame frame unit in the area of the blower unit and additionally separately the cassette-type sound obstruction units, so that a customer can retrofit the noise prevention device at a later time if necessary.
According to an advantageous embodiment, it is proposed that the sound barrier device is sandwiched and comprises at least one further layer. Advantageously, the noise prevention device hinders sound waves with low frequencies, in particular in the range> 1200 Hz and / or sound waves with high frequencies, in particular in the range <1200 Hz and in particular the sound barrier device is designed for broadband noise impairment. This advantageous effect can be achieved by the multi-layered, in particular sandwich-type structure the noise prevention device and in particular by the nature and the order of the individual layers, which are to be selected application-specific depending on the sound frequencies to be obstructed.
Preferably, the sound barrier device comprises as a further layer a soundproof wall, in particular a wall formed from solid sheet metal. The sound barrier device particularly preferably comprises, as a further layer, a stretched elastic membrane, in particular an elastic membrane formed from film, rubber or thin sheet metal, the membrane being attached to a frame or to a previous or subsequent layer of porous material or a layer comprising a perforated sheet, and in particular is glued on. Particularly preferably, the acoustic barrier device comprises, as a further layer, an air layer, which is arranged in particular between the layer having an elastic membrane and the adjacent layer which has a perforated plate or a soundproof wall, the air layer in particular having a thickness of 1/6 of the total thickness of all layers the noise barrier has.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the sound obstructing device comprises at least one layer which at least partially attenuates and / or absorbs the sound and at least one layer which at least partially reflects the sound, wherein a layer comprising a porous material or an elastic membrane comprises a sound-absorbing or sound-absorbing layer Has effect and has a perforated plate or a reverberant wall layer having a sound-reflecting effect. In a preferred development, at least one layer at least partially absorbing or absorbing the sound is arranged between a layer which at least partially reflects the sound and another layer which at least partially reflects the sound.
According to an expedient embodiment, the porous material is a foam, in particular Basotect foam or melamine foam, or rock wool. The mentioned reverberant wall is preferably formed by a wall of the housing of the extractor hood.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the noise barrier device, this comprises at least two layers having a perforated plate, wherein the free surface of the perforation of the perforated plate is in particular at least 60% of the total area of the perforated plate and is greater than in the at least two layers relative to the blower closer the free area of the perforation of the perforated plate of the at least one further layer of these at least two layers, in which the free area of the perforations is in particular at least 40% of the total area of the perforated plate.
The noise prevention device preferably comprises at least two layers comprising a porous material, wherein the layer lying closer to the blower unit from this at least two layers has a material with a larger pore diameter or lower density than the porous material of the at least one further layer of these at least two layers. In this case, a relatively large-pored porous material for absorbing low frequencies and a relatively small-pored material for absorbing high frequencies is advantageously suitable and provided.
In a preferred embodiment of the sound barrier device, the latter comprises at least two layers having an elastic membrane, wherein the elastic membrane is thinner than the elastic membrane of the at least one further layer of the at least two layers in the layer lying closer to these at least two layers relative to the blower unit. In this case, advantageously, a relatively thin membrane for Absorbtion low frequencies and a relatively thick membrane for absorption of high frequencies is suitable and provided.
The invention also relates in the same way to the noise prevention device as such for a noise-reduced extractor hood according to the described features.
Depending on the embodiment, the achievable with the invention advantages are in particular that noises are significantly reduced even at relatively low frequencies even at relatively thin structure, which is due to the multi-layered particular sandwich-like structure. The noise prevention device is preferably constructed in a layer combination of layers with porous material usually rock wool, foam and layers with membrane or plate oscillator. The membrane or the plate vibrator takes the sound of the vibration energy, especially in lower frequencies. By a preferred use of several parallel perforated plates chambers are created, which use the principle of sound reflection. The sound passes through the interiors several times, resulting in an averaging of the sound pressure amplitudes, resulting in a reduction of the sound pressure peaks. The following layer sequence, starting with the layer closest to the blower unit, is particularly preferably provided as the structure for a broadband noise barrier: The first layer comprises a perforated plate whose free area is at least 60% of the total area of the perforated plate. The perforation is largely uniformly distributed. The single hole should in this case have an area of not more than 0.005% of the total area of the perforated plate. The second layer has a fleece as a fibrous material, which although a noise-permeable However, it has moisture and grease repellency and therefore acts as a vapor and grease barrier. The third layer used is a porous material mainly consisting of rock wool or foam, for example Basotect foam. The fourth layer in turn comprises a perforated plate whose free area is at least 40% of the total area of the perforated plate. The perforation is evenly distributed, the single hole should hereby have an area of at most about 0.0025% of the total area of the perforated plate. The fifth layer is a thin elastic membrane (plate vibrator), which is stretched on the fourth layer. The sixth layer is kept here as an air layer with a thickness of about 1/6 of the total thickness of the sound barrier device. Lastly, a seventh layer is provided which may be a soundproof wall such as a solid sheet as a finishing layer.
