Definitions
- the invention relates to a suspension for at least one wing door of a vehicle, in particular a bus.
- Buses have entry openings for drivers and passengers in which a door frame is closed by one or two counter-opening and closing folding door (s). From a sealed closed position of the gullwing doors, in which the hinged door is arranged flush with an outer skin of the bus, the hinged door is first moved transversely to the longitudinal axis of the bus to be moved thereafter parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bus, in which case the gullwing outside can be passed on the outer skin of the bus until an open position of the wing door is reached, in which the door frame is released.
- the transverse movement on the one hand and the longitudinal movement on the other hand usually separate actuators are used.
- transverse movement is caused by the rotation of a rotary column with this held and pivoted to the rotary armature swingarm, which is coupled via a guide unit with an associated wing door. It is also possible to generate the transverse movement by an electric spindle drive with a supplementary use of a pneumatic actuator. Furthermore, a coupling of the movement of two wing doors of the bus via a cable is known. Finally, drive devices are known in which via a single actuator and coupled to this rotary column, a pure pivoting of an associated hinged door.
- the maintenance of one or two wing door (s) on the door frame or the body of the vehicle and the guidance of the aforementioned movements of the wing doors during the opening and Closing movement usually takes place via a suspension in which often at least two guided holding devices are articulated on the hinged door.
- EP 2 184 431 A1 discloses a suspension of a gullwing door of a vehicle.
- a longitudinal guide device is formed here with a support rod, along which a bearing unit, which carries the vehicle door, is displaceable in the longitudinal direction.
- the support rod is rigidly secured in its two end portions of support plates.
- the support plates are displaceable relative to a cross member transverse to the vehicle longitudinal axis.
- a first actuator for generating the movement of the vehicle door with the bearing unit along the support rod is designed as a pneumatic drive or electric drive, which is connected via a double cable with the bearing unit.
- a second actuator is provided for the generation of the transverse movement.
- DE 26 24 934 A1 discloses an actuator for operating a sliding door for a local rail vehicle.
- the actuator has a piston rod which passes through the wagon of the local rail vehicle in the longitudinal direction and is held at the two ends in elastic bearings on struts of the Wagon inconveniences.
- the piston rod carries a piston.
- a cylinder housing is displaceable and guided under sealing on the one hand with respect to the piston and on the other hand in both end regions relative to the piston rod.
- On both sides of the piston pressure chambers are formed in the cylinder housing, which can be fluidly acted upon via longitudinal channels of the piston rod.
- the sliding door is attached to the cylinder housing by means of clamping fittings and tabs. By changing the fluidic loading of the pressure chambers, the cylinder housing and thus the sliding door be moved in the longitudinal direction of the piston rod and along the local rail vehicle.
- a longitudinal guide device is used.
- a movement of the at least one hinged door for opening and closing is a longitudinal direction x.
- the movement of the hinged door is caused by an actuator.
- the actuator is formed with the non-moving during the adjusting movement of the actuator longitudinal guide means and a non-moving separating body, which forms a stationary separating piston between two pressure chambers and is rigidly held by the longitudinal guide means or is formed by this, and a moving during the adjusting cylinder housing ,
- the longitudinal guide device is thus designed to be multifunctional in that on the one hand it ensures the longitudinal guidance and on the other hand it is part of the actuator or carries the separating body or separating piston.
- the ends of the longitudinal guide device are held on support devices.
- transverse guide devices are provided. These are (largely) oriented transversely to the longitudinal guide device.
- transverse guide means Along the transverse guide means is a movement of a hinged door, preferably (substantially) in a transverse direction y, wherein this movement of the hinged door on a door frame to or from this takes place.
- the support means and thus the longitudinal guide means
- the invention thus takes place a functional separation of the guides in the different directions by the transverse guide means on the one hand and the longitudinal guide means on the other.
- EP 2 184 431 A1 find for the movement of the hinged door along the longitudinal guide device on the one hand and the movement of the support means along the transverse guide device different actuators use.
- the movement of the hinged door along the longitudinal guide device is coupled via a transmission mechanism with the movement of the support device along the transverse guide device.
- This allows for both the longitudinal movement and the transverse movement to be accomplished via a single actuator.
- the said coupling can exist during the entire longitudinal stroke.
- the coupling takes place only in a partial stroke of the longitudinal stroke, which is the case, for example, with the approach of the folding doors to the closed position.
- a rotary column is provided in addition to the support means and the transverse guide device.
- the movement of the support device along the transverse guide device is coupled in this case via an arbitrarily configured transmission mechanism with the rotation of the rotary column.
- the movement of the support device can be transferred to another, in particular further above or below arranged articulation point for the hinged door. It is also possible that the hinged door is supported at several locations along the longitudinal extension of the rotary column at this.
- the transmission mechanism is formed with a coupling rod.
- the coupling rod is articulated in an end region on the support device.
- the coupling rod is articulated on a rocker rotatably connected to the rotary column.
- a once taken position of a hinged door is fixed or secured by the actuator used.
- the suspension via a latching or locking device.
- the locking or locking device allows a locking or locking the movement of the hinged door.
- the latching or locking device can act between any components involved in the movement of the hinged door.
- the latching or locking device acts between the support device and the transverse guide device.
- the latching or locking device can, for example, electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electro-pneumatically or electro-hydraulically actuated and / or released.
- this transmission mechanism is formed with a toggle mechanism. It has been found that such a toggle mechanism can be advantageous in terms of power development.
- the following is a conventional, not limiting the invention advantageous design of such a toggle mechanism Explanation: If, for example, the toggle mechanism in the closed position is close to the extended position, large closing forces can be generated with small forces applied to the toggle mechanism, whereby a tight and tight application of the hinged door to a door frame and a seal carried therefrom can be ensured. Also can then be secured with small holding forces, the closed position of the hinged door.
- a change ⁇ in the knee angle leads to a change in the distance ⁇ x 1 of the two opposite end regions of the knee levers, while near the extended position causes the same change in the knee angle ⁇ to another change in the distance ⁇ x 2 of said knee lever end points leads.
- a movement characteristic of the hinged door can be predetermined, whereby also a change in the movement speed of the movement in the transverse direction can be deliberately brought about via the partial stroke.
- the toggle mechanism transmission mechanism is formed with a coupling rod.
- the coupling rod transmits, at least in a partial stroke, a movement of the hinged door along the longitudinal guide device to the toggle mechanism.
- the suspension provides only the degrees of freedom in the longitudinal and transverse direction for the hinged door.
- the transverse guide device and the longitudinal guide device are jointly pivotable about a vertical axis Z. A pivoting about this vertical axis then has a change in the orientation of the longitudinal guide device and the transverse guide device result.
- This can be used, for example, if only a hinged door to be opened. In this case, there is an inclination of the longitudinal guide device, which per se does not lead to an opening of the hinged door.
- an actuator of a hinged door Upon actuation of an actuator of a hinged door then the movement of the same along the oblique longitudinal guide means, whereby it can be removed from the door frame and passed on the outer skin of the bus.
- the embodiment of the invention allows the alternative single door control and double door control.
- Fig. 1 shows a highly schematic drive unit 1 with fluidic control circuit 2 for actuating the drive device 1.
- the control circuit 2 is designed in particular as a pneumatic or hydraulic control circuit.
- the drive device 1 is formed with two actuators 3a, 3b.
- the fluidic loading of the actuators 3a, 3b has opening and closing movements 4a, 4b (and corresponding
- Opening and closing forces) of cylinder housings 8a, 8b of the actuators 3a, 3b result, which over in Fig. 1 strongly illustrated holding devices 5a, 5b each to an associated hinged door 6a, 6b (in Fig. 1 not shown).
- the opening and closing movements 4a, 4b take place in opposite directions, in order to move the two wing doors 6a, 6b away from one another for an opening movement and for the two leaf doors 6a, 6b to move toward one another for a closing movement.
- the movement of the cylinder housings 8a, 8b of the actuators 3a, 3b takes place in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, which is marked "x" in the figures.
- the actuator 3a is formed as a double-acting cylinder unit 7a.
- the cylinder unit 7a has the cylinder housing 8a, which has an interior 9a.
- the cylinder housing 8a is guided in the two end areas via sealing and guide units 9a, 10a with respect to a longitudinal guide device 11a, which is designed here as a guide tube 12a, sealing in the direction x.
- An inner space 13a of the cylinder housing 8a is divided into two pressure chambers 14a, 15a by a piston-like separator 24a carried by the guide tube 12a.
- the cylinder housing 8 forms end opposite piston surfaces 16a, 17a, which are each associated with a pressure chamber 14a, 15a.
- a pressure difference in the pressure chambers 14a, 15a By generating a pressure difference in the pressure chambers 14a, 15a, different pressure forces on the piston surfaces 16a, 17a can be brought about, the resultant of which leads to an opening or closing force.
- the guide tube 12a Outside the range of movement of the cylinder housing 8a relative to the guide tube 12a, the guide tube 12a has terminals 18a, 19a.
- These ports 18a, 19a are each connected via channels 20a, 21a of the longitudinal guide device 11a, in particular in the interior of the guide tube 12a, with an associated pressure chamber 14a, 15a.
- the two pressure chambers 14a, 15a are coupled to one another via throttle valves or two non-return valves 22a, 23a which are connected in parallel and operate in different directions.
- the fluidic control circuit 2 has a pump 25.
- the pump 25 is driven by a drive unit 26, in which it can be the drive unit of the vehicle or a separate responsible for the operation of the control circuit 2 drive unit, for example.
- An electrically operated pump act ,
- the pump 25 is designed for example as a pump with a switchable conveying direction and controllable or adjustable output pressure and / or flow rate.
- a primary side 27 of the pump 25 is connected to the port 18a of the actuator 3a.
- the port 19a of the actuator 3a is connected via a preferably electrically controllable valve, here a 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 (in Fig. 1 in a passage position) connected to the port 18b of the actuator 3b.
- the port 19b of the actuator 3b is connected to the secondary side 29 of the pump 25.
- the secondary side of the pump to the primary side (and vice versa).
- Fig. 1 shows the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 in a passage position in which this connects the terminals 19 a, 18 b together.
- the bypass line 30 has a branch 32, which is arranged between the manual emergency valve 31 and the primary side 27.
- the branch 32 is connected to a port of the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28, which in the in Fig. 1 ineffective bypass position of the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 is connected to the port 18b of the actuator 3b, while in this switching position, the port 19a is shut off via the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28.
- a single door control for the cylinder housing 8a of the actuator 3a is for the design of the fluidic control circuit 2 according to Fig. 1 not possible.
- Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment of the drive device 1 with a fluidic control circuit 2, which also allows alternatively a single control of both actuators 3a, 3b (ie, both wing doors 6a, 6b).
- the actuators 3a, 3b are themselves corresponding Fig. 1 educated.
- the pump 25 is also bridged by a bypass line 30 with integrated manual emergency valve 31, although here no branch 32 is present.
- a respective 3/2-way solenoid valve 34, 35 interposed, which in Fig. 2 each in their passage position.
- the 3/2-way solenoid valves 34, 35 In the passage position connect the 3/2-way solenoid valves 34, 35 the respective associated port 18 a, 19 b of the actuator 3 a, 3 b with the bypass line 30 and
- the 3/2-way solenoid valves 34, 35 have a bypass position in which the connected to the bypass line 30 and the primary or secondary side 27, 29 connection of the 3 / 2- Travel solenoid valve 34, 35 are connected via this with a bypass line 36.
- the bypass line 36 connects on the one hand the two terminals of the 3/2-way solenoid valves 34, 35 with each other.
- the bypass line 36 is connected via a branch 37 to a connecting line 38 which directly (without integration of the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28) connects the terminals 19a, 18b with each other.
- a strategy is chosen such that even with a collapse of the electrical power supply (and thus break the possibility of electrical control), the desired manual override by manual operation of the emergency valve 31 remains possible.
- Fig. 1 This means that via a return spring, the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 is de-energized in its bypass position.
- the 3/2-way solenoid valves 34, 35 should be de-energized in its passage position.
- Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 merely a movement of the cylinder housings 8a, 8b in a direction x, which for one embodiment correlates with the movement of the wing doors 6a, 6b in the direction of the vehicle longitudinal axis. It is possible that additional actuating devices or coupling devices or degrees of freedom are used, via which additionally a pivotal movement of the wing doors 6a, 6b about a vertical axis (axis z) can be brought about. Depending on the pivoting about the axis z, the actuating direction x of the actuator with respect to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle can then also change.
- the holding devices 5a, 5b be articulated with the movement of the actuators 3a, 3b in the direction of the X-axis only with a point of the hinged door 6a, 6b, so that the movement of the hinged door on a circular path then in addition to the translational movement of the cylinder housing 8a, 8b of the actuator 3a, 3b depends on said complementary coupling device and / or another actuator, as will be explained in more detail below.
- Fig. 1 and 2 It can be seen that the cylinder housings 8a, 8b of the actuators 3a, 3b are not fixed to the vehicle frame, but are moved by their adjusting movement along the longitudinal guide devices 11a, 11b.
- the movement of the cylinder housings 8a, 8b may be fluidically coupled to one another, in which case a cylinder housing 8a, 8b acts as a kind of "master cylinder", while the other cylinder housing 8b, 8a then serves as a "slave cylinder”.
- this fluidic coupling is via valve elements, here the 3/2-way solenoid valves 28, 34, 35 can be canceled.
- the longitudinal guide devices 11a, 11b arranged fixed to the vehicle frame, which is not absolutely necessary, as will be explained below.
- a drive device 1 is shown by way of example in which, for example, a fluidic control circuit 2 according to FIG Fig. 1 or 2 can be used.
- Fig. 3 shows the parallel to each other and to the x-direction oriented longitudinal guide devices 11a, 11b, which are here designed as guide tubes 12a, 12b. Opposite these in the direction of the X-axis are guided the cylinder housing 8a, 8b, which carry the holding devices 5a, 5b for the wing doors 6a, 6b. While Fig. 3 the drive device 1 in an open position with a maximum distance of the wing doors 6a, 6b, are in the Fig. 4 and 5 different closed positions of the wing doors 6a, 6b shown.
- the guide tubes 12a, 12b are formed in two parts with guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2.
- the guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2 are rigidly connected to one another via the separating body 24.
- the separating body 24 has an annular body 54, from which pins 55, 56 equipped with an external thread extend in the x direction.
- the external threads of the pins 55, 56 are screwed with internal threads of the guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2, whereby the associated end faces of the guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2 are clamped against annular end faces of the annular body 54, so that the separating body 24 and Guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2 form a rigid unit.
- the ring body 54 forms radially outwardly a cylindrical sealing and guide surface 57.
- a circumferential groove 58 is radially introduced, in which a sealing element 59 is arranged.
- the inner spaces 50-1 and 50-2 of the guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2 are connected to each other via channels 60, 61 of the separating body 24 formed with longitudinal bores.
- the opening in the opposite direction throttles or check valves 22, 23 are arranged.
- the opening direction upstream of the check valves 22, 23 opens into the channels 60, 61 each have a radial tap hole 62, 63rd
- the cylinder housing 8 are here formed with a cylinder housing tube 64, which is screwed in both end regions with a sealing and guiding unit 9 and 10 respectively.
- the holding devices 5 are directly attached in the present case.
- the cylindrical inner surface of the cylinder housing tube 64 slides along for the adjusting movement the sealing and guiding surface 57 of the separating body 24, wherein a seal by the sealing element 59 takes place.
- a radial gap is formed, in the region of which the two pressure chambers 14, 15 are formed.
- the pressure chamber 14 is radially inwardly limited by the lateral surface of the guide tube 12 and radially outwardly through the inner surface of the cylinder housing tube 64.
- the pressure chamber 14 is axially bounded by an end face of the annular body 54.
- the other axial end portion of the pressure chamber 14 is axial limited by an annular inner end face of the sealing and guiding unit 9, which thus forms the piston surface 16.

- Fig. 6 It can be seen that for a closed position of the wing doors, the cylinder housing 8 is arranged with the sealing and guiding unit 10 immediately adjacent to the support means 39, wherein an end face of the sealing and guiding unit 10 can also come to rest on the support means. On the other hand, the sealing and guiding unit 10 with the opening movement of the wing doors 6a, 6b increasingly removed from the support device 39.
- the cylinder housing 8 is preferably more than half as long as the longitudinal guide means 11, whereby a good support and absorption of a tilting moment about an axis transverse is ensured to the longitudinal axis of the longitudinal guide device 11.

- a transverse guide device 65 This has a guide rod 66 which is oriented in the direction of the Y-axis and which is held on a vehicle frame-fixed or door frame-fixed carrying device 67.
- the main body 68 is formed in this case as a kind of guide carriage 69.
- the guide carriage 69 has a continuous recess 70, in which end two guide bushes 71, 72 are used, which are slidably supported and as possible without play on the guide rod 66.
- a spring element 73 which acts on the guide carriage away from the door frame in the y-direction.
- the movement of the cylinder housing 8 along the longitudinal guide means 11 in the x direction is only a partial stroke, namely the last part of the closing stroke or the first part of the opening stroke, coupled with the movement of the guide carriage 69 relative to the guide rods 66 in the direction y.
- This coupling is done mechanically.
- the driver unit 74 is formed by an extension 75 of the sealing and guiding units 9. Through a continuous recess 76 of the extensions 75 extends a coupling rod 77.

- an extended embodiment is proposed, according to which the support means 39, 40, longitudinal guide means 11, the cylinder housing 8 and the guide rods 66 are pivotable together about a vertical axis Z, which also includes the directions x, y, along which a movement along said degrees of freedom takes place, change.
- This pivoting about the vertical axis Z is preferably carried out when only a single door control is desired, for which, for example, the hinged door 6b remains closed, but with an opening movement of the cylinder housing 8a, the hinged door 6a is opened.
- the toggle mechanism 81b retains its end position near the extended position, so that the guide carriage 69b also retains its position in the y-direction as far as possible in the transverse direction inwards.
- the operation of the actuator 3a causes the knee angle of the toggle mechanism 61a to increase and the guide carriage 69 to move outward transversely.
- the explained single-door control means that with the pivoting about the vertical axis Z, the effective direction of the actuator 3a changes from a first effective direction 85 into a second effective direction 86 (schematically dash-dotted line in FIG Fig. 5 shown).
- the maximum angle change between the first effective direction 85 and the second effective direction 86 may be relatively small, for example in the range of 5 ° ⁇ 4 ° or 5 ° ⁇ 2 °.
- this change in angle results in the hinged door 6b remaining closed (possibly with a small "angular error"), while it is possible for the hinged door 6a to be opened and, for example, to be guided past an outer skin of the vehicle. If such an additional degree of freedom is desired for pivoting about the vertical axis Z, it is necessary that the guide rod 66 is not rigidly secured to the support means 67.

- the coupling element 91 is formed with adjustable length.
- the end portion 89 of the guide rod 66 can be pressed against the nut 92 via a spring element 93, wherein as the bias of the spring 93 increases, movement of the end portion 89 of the guide rod 66 away from the nut 92 is also possible.

- the guide rod 66 has a latching or locking groove 95, in which a latching or locking element (for example, a locking pin) of the latching or locking device 94 engages.
- a control of the latching or locking device 94 in particular the movement of the latching element in the latching or locking groove 95, can be carried out electrically, pneumatically, hydraulically, electro-pneumatically or electro-hydraulically.
- rotary columns 96 are in this case oriented in the direction of the vertical axis Z.
- the rotary columns 96 are in this case also mounted rotatably about the vertical axis relative to the support means 67.

In the other end region, the coupling rod 98 is articulated via a ball head 106 on the rocker 97. A movement of the guide carriage 69 in the y-direction is thus converted via the connection between the rocker 97 and the coupling rod 98 in a rotary movement of the rotary column 96 about its longitudinal axis. In the region of the vehicle floor and in the lower end region of the rotary column 96, a further holding device 100 for the hinged door 6a, 6b is arranged.
- the holding device 100 has an arcuate rocker 101, which is pivoted with the rotary column 96a in an xy plane.

- a movement of the wing door 6a, 6b in the direction x is thus not hindered by the rocker and the guide unit 105, while the rocker 101 and the guide unit 105, the distance of the hinged door 6a, 6b of the vehicle in the transverse direction y in the holding device 100 pretend.
- a pivoting of the rotary column 96 leads to a change in the distance of the hinged door 6 in the holding device 100 from a door frame or the vehicle in the direction y.

In this case, any actuator may be responsible for movement of one of the components involved in the suspension, which is then transmitted via the suspension 102 to the holding devices 5, 100.
- a sensor system can be integrated in the drive device 1. About this, the opening and closing movement 4a and / or the opening and closing movement 4b is detected.
- the sensor system is formed with a magnetorestrictive measuring system which is integrated in a measuring rod 103 which extends between the two support devices 39, 40.

Also included here, however, is also a movement of only one guide element of the hinged door in this direction, while the guide element is connected via a further geared connection with the hinged door, wherein the geared connection under certain circumstances also means that the hinged door in a different direction moved as the guide element.

Description
The invention relates to a suspension for at least one wing door of a vehicle, in particular a bus.
Buses have entry openings for drivers and passengers in which a door frame is closed by one or two counter-opening and closing folding door (s). For the generation of the transverse movement on the one hand and the longitudinal movement on the other hand usually separate actuators are used. It is also known that the transverse movement is caused by the rotation of a rotary column with this held and pivoted to the rotary armature swingarm, which is coupled via a guide unit with an associated wing door. The maintenance of one or two wing door (s) on the door frame or the body of the vehicle and the guidance of the aforementioned movements of the wing doors during the opening and Closing movement usually takes place via a suspension in which often at least two guided holding devices are articulated on the hinged door.

The object of the invention is achieved with the features of the independent claim. Further preferred embodiments according to the invention can be found in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, the ends of the longitudinal guide device are held on support devices. In addition, transverse guide devices are provided. These are (largely) oriented transversely to the longitudinal guide device. Along the transverse guide means is a movement of a hinged door, preferably (substantially) in a transverse direction y, wherein this movement of the hinged door on a door frame to or from this takes place. Compared to the Querführungse inrichtungen the support means (and thus the longitudinal guide means) are guided displaceably. According to the invention thus takes place a functional separation of the guides in the different directions by the transverse guide means on the one hand and the longitudinal guide means on the other.
According to the prior art, in
In a further embodiment of the invention, a rotary column is provided in addition to the support means and the transverse guide device. The movement of the support device along the transverse guide device is coupled in this case via an arbitrarily configured transmission mechanism with the rotation of the rotary column. By using the rotary column, the movement of the support device can be transferred to another, in particular further above or below arranged articulation point for the hinged door. It is also possible that the hinged door is supported at several locations along the longitudinal extension of the rotary column at this.
For a particular embodiment, the transmission mechanism is formed with a coupling rod. The coupling rod is articulated in an end region on the support device. In another end region, the coupling rod is articulated on a rocker rotatably connected to the rotary column. In this way, a conversion of a curved or even rectilinear movement of the support device along the transverse guide device can be converted into a rotational movement of the rotary column in a particularly simple manner.
It is quite possible that a once taken position of a hinged door is fixed or secured by the actuator used. For one embodiment of the invention has (alternatively or additionally) the suspension via a latching or locking device. The locking or locking device allows a locking or locking the movement of the hinged door. For this purpose, the latching or locking device can act between any components involved in the movement of the hinged door. In a particular embodiment of the invention, the latching or locking device acts between the support device and the transverse guide device. The latching or locking device can, for example, electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electro-pneumatically or electro-hydraulically actuated and / or released.
For the embodiment of the transmission mechanism for the coupling of the movement of the hinged door along the longitudinal guide device with the movement of the support means along the transverse guide device, there are many and varied possibilities. For a particular embodiment of the invention, this transmission mechanism is formed with a toggle mechanism. It has been found that such a toggle mechanism can be advantageous in terms of power development. The following is a conventional, not limiting the invention advantageous design of such a toggle mechanism Explanation: If, for example, the toggle mechanism in the closed position is close to the extended position, large closing forces can be generated with small forces applied to the toggle mechanism, whereby a tight and tight application of the hinged door to a door frame and a seal carried therefrom can be ensured. Also can then be secured with small holding forces, the closed position of the hinged door. On the other hand, for a knee angle away from the extended position, a change Δα in the knee angle leads to a change in the distance Δx 1 of the two opposite end regions of the knee levers, while near the extended position causes the same change in the knee angle Δα to another change in the distance Δx 2 of said knee lever end points leads. Thus, by selecting the knee angle of the toggle mechanism passing through during the coupling partial stroke, a movement characteristic of the hinged door can be predetermined, whereby also a change in the movement speed of the movement in the transverse direction can be deliberately brought about via the partial stroke.
In addition, possibly formed with the toggle mechanism transmission mechanism is formed with a coupling rod. The coupling rod transmits, at least in a partial stroke, a movement of the hinged door along the longitudinal guide device to the toggle mechanism.
In principle, it is possible that the suspension provides only the degrees of freedom in the longitudinal and transverse direction for the hinged door. In a further embodiment of the invention, the transverse guide device and the longitudinal guide device are jointly pivotable about a vertical axis Z. A pivoting about this vertical axis then has a change in the orientation of the longitudinal guide device and the transverse guide device result. This can be used, for example, if only a hinged door to be opened. In this case, there is an inclination of the longitudinal guide device, which per se does not lead to an opening of the hinged door. Upon actuation of an actuator of a hinged door then the movement of the same along the oblique longitudinal guide means, whereby it can be removed from the door frame and passed on the outer skin of the bus.
- a) From a closed position of the wing doors can be brought about by the vertical axis Z, a common opening movement of the wing doors first without pivoting the transverse guide device and the longitudinal guide means by actuating both actuators.
- b) However, with a pivoting of the transverse guide device and the longitudinal guide device about the vertical axis Z upon actuation of only one actuator, a pure opening movement of a hinged door can be brought about, while the other double door retains its closed position.
Thus, the embodiment of the invention allows the alternative single door control and double door control.

In the following, the construction and the mode of operation will be explained with reference to the

- a) Without operation of the
pump 25 andclosed emergency valve 31 is a fluidic securing a position taken the 3a, 3b and thus theactuators 6a, 6b. (In the following, it will be explained that an additional securing can also take place by means of a latching or locking device.) Without thewing doors 22a, 23a, it is possible (ignoring a leakage) to do this A fluidic fixation of thecheck valves 6a, 6b take place. On the other hand, by means of the check valves 22, 23 in the exercise of particular manual forces on thewing doors 6a, 6b, an opening or closing movement in principle allows. The opening or closing movement or the manual forces required for initiating the same are predetermined by the throttle characteristic of the check valves 22, 23. Alternatively or cumulatively, it is possible by means of thewing doors 22a, 23a to provide fluidic compensation of leakage flows, for example in the region of End position, can be done.check valves - b) If a delivery of the fluid from the
secondary side 29 by thepump 25 to theprimary side 27, there is an increase in the pressure in the pressure chamber 14 of theactuator 3a. This increase in pressure on thepiston surface 16a results in a compressive force, which tends to increase thecylinder housing 8a in FIGFig. 1 to move to the left. This loading of thecylinder housing 8a to the left in turn has the consequence that the pressure in thepressure chamber 15a increases. Theactuator 3a acts in this case as a kind of "master cylinder", since in view of the loading of thecylinder housing 8a inFig. 1 to the left and the pressure in thepressure chamber 15a increases. This rising pressure in thepressure chamber 15a is transmitted via thechannel 21a, theport 19a, the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 in its passage position, theport 18b, thechannel 20b to thepressure chamber 14b of theactuator 3b, which thus as a Type "slave cylinder" is used. Due to theeffective piston surface 16b, this pressurization leads to an action on thecylinder housing 8b of theactuator 3bFig. 2 to the right. This pressurization of thecylinder housing 8b to the right in turn results in an increase in pressure on thepiston surface 17b. In this way, fluid is pressed out of thepressure chamber 18b via thechannel 21b and theport 19b and fed to thesecondary side 29. The illustrated fluidic action chain generates a closing movement for 6a, 6b.wing doors - c) For a reversal of the conveying direction of the
pump 25, what has been said under b) applies correspondingly (with reversal of the directions of application and the directions of movement). - d) If the 3/2-
way solenoid valve 28 is switched to the bypass position, there is a bypass of theactuator 3a via abypass line 33, which of the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 via thebranch 32, the part of thebypass line 30 withoutmanual emergency valve 31 leads to theprimary side 27. Since theconnection 19a is shut off via the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 in the bypass position, the position of thecylinder housing 8a of theactuator 3a does not change for this switching state of the 3-2 / way solenoid valve regardless of the operating state of thepump 25. By contrast, depending on the operation of thepump 25, the generation of an opening andclosing movement 4a for the cylinder housing of theactuator 3b take place. Ultimately, depending on the switching state of the 3/2-way solenoid valve 28 via thepump 25 alternatively- a double door control with common opposite control of the opening and
4a, 4b of theclosing movements 8a, 8b of thecylinder housing 3a, 3b carried oractuators - Only a single door control via the control of the opening and
closing movement 4b of thecylinder housing 8b of theactuator 3b take place.
- a double door control with common opposite control of the opening and
- e) Finally, via the manual emergency valve 31 (and transfer of the 3/2-
way solenoid valve 28 in the inFig. 1 Bypass position) allows a short circuit of the two 14b, 15b, so that a manual opening or closing of the hingedpressure chambers door 6b, which is associated with theactuator 3b, allows.

way solenoid valve 35 is transferred to its forward position, while the other 3/2-way solenoid valve 34 is in its other switching position, is a single-door control with a control of only theactuator 3b on the operation of thepump 25 possible while theactuator 3a by blocking the terminal 18 a does not change its operating state. - f) If both 3/2-

The cylinder housing 8 are here formed with a cylinder housing tube 64, which is screwed in both end regions with a sealing and guiding unit 9 and 10 respectively. At the sealing and guiding units 9, the holding devices 5 are directly attached in the present case. The cylindrical inner surface of the cylinder housing tube 64 slides along for the adjusting movement the sealing and guiding surface 57 of the separating body 24, wherein a seal by the sealing element 59 takes place. Between the inner surface of the cylinder housing tube 64 and the lateral surface of the guide tube parts 12-1 and 12-2, a radial gap is formed, in the region of which the two pressure chambers 14, 15 are formed. Thus, the pressure chamber 14 is radially inwardly limited by the lateral surface of the guide tube 12 and radially outwardly through the inner surface of the cylinder housing tube 64. In one end, the pressure chamber 14 is axially bounded by an end face of the annular body 54. In the other axial end portion of the pressure chamber 14 is axial limited by an annular inner end face of the sealing and guiding unit 9, which thus forms the piston surface 16. The same applies to the pressure chamber 15, in which case the axial limitation and the formation of the piston surface 17 are not effected by the sealing and guiding unit 9, but by the sealing and guiding unit 10. A fluidic connection of the interior spaces 50-1 and 50-2 with the associated pressure chambers 14, 15 via the channels 60, 61 and the tap holes 62, 63rd

The main body 68 is formed in this case as a kind of
The movement of the cylinder housing 8 along the longitudinal guide means 11 in the x direction is only a partial stroke, namely the last part of the closing stroke or the first part of the opening stroke, coupled with the movement of the
In the
Fig. 3 befindet sichdas Zylindergehäuse 8a maximal nach links verschoben.
- In the open position of the
drive device 1 and the gullwing doors 6 according toFig. 3 is thecylinder housing 8 a maximum shifted to the left. In this open position, the extension has 75 a relative to the position inFig. 8 also moved far to the left, so that the driver 78a does not contact theextension 75a. - With actuation of the
3a, 3b, theactuators 6a, 6b move toward each other up to the position according togullwing doors Fig. 4 , In this, the 6a, 6b still have a small remaining gap. In the position according togullwing doors Fig. 4 begins the partial stroke, for which a coupling of the movement of the 6a, 6b and the movement of the cylinder housing 8 with the movement of thewing doors guide carriage 69 begins. In the operating position according toFig. 4 is therefore just the extension 75 come to rest on the driver. - A further pressurization of the
3a, 3b has the consequence that the cylinder housing 8 are moved further toward each other, which also has the consequence that theactuators 77a, 77b are pulled towards each other. With the continuation of the closing movement, thecoupling rods coupling rods 77 actuate thetoggle mechanism 81. Thetoggle mechanism 81 is from the angled operating position according toFig. 9 (Knee angle, for example, about 70 ° ± 20 °) according toFig. 9 in the direction of its extended position (Fig. 10 , Knee angle, for example, about 80 ° ± 8 °) moves. The change in the knee angle has the consequence that the distance of the articulation point of thetoggle mechanism 81 increases on the support means 67 of the articulation point of thetoggle mechanism 81 on theguide carriage 69. Contrary to the loading of thespring element 73, there is thus a movement of the support means 39, 40 formed by theguide carriage 69, the longitudinal guide devices 11, the 3a, 3b, the holdingactuators 5a, 5b and finally thedevices 6a, 6b in the y-direction ( opposite to the sense of y in the figures). A characteristic of the extent of the movement of thegullwing doors guide carriage 69 as a function of the movement of the cylinder housing 8 results from the kinematics of thetoggle mechanism 81, namely the position of the articulation points and the lengths of thetoggle 82, 83rd - If, on the other hand, the
3a, 3b are acted upon in the opening direction, the action of theactuators spring element 73 causes the knee angle of thetoggle mechanism 81 to increase again with the opening movement, with thespring element 73 ensuring that thecoupling rod 77 engages with the catch 78 the extension 75 is pressed until theguide carriage 69 is moved maximally outward in the y-direction, whereby the coupling of the movement of the cylinder housing 8 is removed motion controlled with the movement of the guide carriage.
It is possible that the
As explained at the outset, it is possible that a once assumed position of the
With the interposed between the holding
As a further option, a sensor system can be integrated in the
For the illustrated embodiment, the

The movement of the hinged door in the longitudinal or transverse direction described here can describe a movement of a pivot point of the hinged door itself. Also included here, however, is also a movement of only one guide element of the hinged door in this direction, while the guide element is connected via a further geared connection with the hinged door, wherein the geared connection under certain circumstances also means that the hinged door in a different direction moved as the guide element.

The latching or lockingdevice 94 may, for example, be operated mechanically controlled by motion, pneumatically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electrically, electrohydraulically or electropneumatically. - It is also proposed that the support means 39, 40 are supported by a spring element on a support means 67, which is acted upon by a movement of the support means 39, 40 in the transverse direction y.

- a) In der in
- a) In the
Fig. 17 effective switching position of the valves 111, 117, in which the control terminals of the valves 111, 117 are not fluidly acted upon, the delivery volume of thepump 25 is divided in the region of thebranch 122. A part, in particular half, of the delivery volume of thepump 25 passes via theport 18a to thepressure chamber 14a of theactuator 3a. Theother pressure chamber 15 a is connected via theport 19 a and the valve 111 due to the connection of the 110, 113 via theterminals check valve 115 to thesecondary side 29. As a result of the pressurization of theprimary side 27 is in acontrol line 123 for thecheck valve 115 control pressure, so that thecheck valve 115 is opened and against the actual opening direction fluid can reach thesecondary side 29. With the part of the delivery volume of thepump 25, which passes from thebranch 122 to theport 18a, thus, the actuation of theactuator 3a can take place.
The other part of the delivery volume passes via thebranch 122, the 119, 116 of the valve 117 to theinterconnected ports port 18b of theactuator 3b and thus to thepressure chamber 14b of theactuator 3b. On the other hand, thepressure chamber 15b of theactuator 3b is connected to thesecondary side 29 via theconnection 19b and thenon-return valve 115 opened as a result of the pressurization of thecontrol line 123. Thus, with the other part of the delivery volume of thepump 25, which passes from the branch to theport 18b, the actuation of theactuator 3b take place. The same applies to the reversal of the conveying direction of thepump 25, in which case acontrol line 124 to the opening of thecheck valve 109 is pressurized. For the inFig. 17 effective operating position, which is also referred to as "first operating position", the 14a, 14b of thepressure chambers 3a, 3b connected in fluidic parallel connection with theactuators primary side 27 of thepump 25. Since the actuation of the two 3a, 3b takes place here only with a part of the delivery volume of theactuators pump 25, this first operating position of thevalve device 108 leads to an actuation of the 3a, 3b with a reduced actuation speed for a double door control.actuators - b) If both valves 111, 117 switched to the not in
Fig. 17 effective position, so is the second operating position of thevalve device 108 before. In the second operating position, the valve 111 connects the 110, 114 to each other while theports port 113 is shut off, and the valve 117 connects the 116, 120 to each other while theports port 119 is shut off. In the second operating position, a double door control with an increased operating speed is made possible: Given the shut-off of theport 119 through the valve 117, there is no division of the delivery volume of thepump 25 on the primary side in the area of the branch 112. Rather, the entire delivery volume of thepump 25 is via theport 18a provided to theactuator 3a. In this case, a kind of "master cylinder" is formed with thepressure chamber 15a: Thepressure chamber 15a is connected via theport 19a and the 110, 114 of the valve 111 and theports 120, 116 of the valve 117 to theports port 18b of theactuator 3b. With thepressure chamber 14b then a kind of "slave cylinder" is formed. The 15a, 14b are thus fluidly coupled to each other, whereby a coupling of the movement of the twopressure chambers 3a, 3b takes place with each other. If this coupling of the movements leads to an actuating movement of theactuators actuator 3b, the volume of thepressure chamber 15b of theactuator 3b changes, whereby fluid is expelled from thepressure chamber 15b. This passes through theport 19b and the open in the face of the pressurization of thecontrol line 123check valve 115 to thesecondary side 29 of thepump 25. Since actuation of theactuator 3a with the full delivery volume of thepump 25, there is an actuation of theactuator 3a with increased operating speed. As a result of the coupling of the two 3a, 3b with each other also results in an increased actuation speed of theactuators actuator 3b. The same applies to reversal of the conveying direction of the pump 25th - c) Also possible is a single door control with a pure actuation of the
actuator 3a: For this purpose, the valve 111 takes the inFig. 17 effective position while the valve 117 in the inFig. 17 not effective position is controlled. In view of the blocking of theconnection 119 by the valve 117, there is no division of the delivery volume in the region of thebranch 122. Rather, the entire delivery volume of thepump 25 is made available to theactuator 3a via theconnection 18a. Thepressure chamber 15 a is connected to thesecondary side 29 via theconnection 19 a and the 110, 113 of the valve 111, theconnections branch 121 and thecheck valve 115 opened in view of the pressurization of thecontrol line 123. Thus, an actuating movement of theactuator 3a is possible. By contrast, thepressure chamber 14b of theactuator 3b via theport 18b, the 116, 120 of the valve 117 and theports port 114 in the switching position of the valve 117 according toFig. 17 shut off, so that an assumed position of theactuator 3b can not change. This results in a single door control via theactuator 3a, which takes place with the full delivery volume of thepump 25, that is, a large actuation speed.
Accordingly, a single door control for theactuator 3b can be done by the valve 111 in the inFig. 17 is switched inactive position while the valve 117 in the inFig. 17 effective position is controlled.

The hinged
- In
- In weiterer Ausgestaltung
- The
control circuit 2 according toFig. 17 may be determined for two gull- 6a, 6b of a vehicle, in particular a bus, wherein these twowing doors 6a, 6b are associated with a common manhole. It is entirely possible that, in addition to the twogullwing doors 6a, 6b mentioned below, further wing doors, which are associated with further access openings, are also actuated via thewing doors fluidic control circuit 2. - The terms "control" or "control circuit" also include a control or a control circuit in which, for example, a control based on a return of a fluid pressure or a travel of a wing door or an actuator takes place.
- The two
6a, 6b associated with a manhole can be moved in opposite directions to one another during control by thewing doors fluidic control circuit 2, ie be moved towards each other to close the 6a, 6b and move away from each other to open thewing doors 6a, 6b. The drive of thewing doors 6a, 6b via two double-actingwing doors 3a, 3b. For this purpose, theactuators 3a, 3b each have two oppositely acting and acted upon by the fluidic controlactuators 14a, 15a, 14b, 15b.circuit pressure chambers - In the
fluidic control circuit 2, avalve device 108 can be used, which has different operating positions and thus allows different modes of operation. In this case, the "valve device 108" comprises both a singular valve device with a valve unit and a singular valve unit or valve 111, 117 which is arranged distributed over a plurality of fluid lines and is interconnected with one another. - In the
fluidic control circuit 2 connects u. U. the valve means 108 in a first operatingposition 14a, 14b of bothpressure chambers 3a, 3b in fluidic parallel connection with aactuators primary side 27 of apump 25. Thus divides in this operating position, the delivery volume of thepump 25 to the 14a, 14b of bothpressure chambers 3a, 3b on. In other words, anactuators actuator 3a (3b) has only half the delivery volume of thepump 25 available for its application. This has the consequence that for this first operating position of thevalve device 108, a relatively slow adjusting movement of the 3a, 3b takes place, while on the other hand under certain circumstances in this operating position relatively large actuating forces of theactuators 3a, 3b can be generated.actuators - It can also be brought about and used a second operating position of the
valve device 108. In this second operating position, only onepressure chamber 14 a of afirst actuator 3 a is connected to theprimary side 27 of thepump 25. Thus, in itself by operation of thepump 25, only thisfirst actuator 3a can be actuated directly. Theother pressure space 15a of thefirst actuator 3a is connected to apressure space 14b of thesecond actuator 3b. Theother pressure chamber 15a of thefirst actuator 3a thus serves as a kind of "master cylinder", which generates a pressure corresponding to the actuation of thisactuator 3a by thepump 25, which pressure is supplied to thepressure chamber 14b of thesecond actuator 3b, thus as a kind "slave cylinder "works. In other words, the two 3a, 3b are fluidically coupled together. Through this coupling, a coupling of the movement of the twoactuators 3a, 3b with each other. In the second operating position of theactuators valve device 108, the entire delivery volume of thepump 25 is supplied to apressure chamber 14a of thefirst actuator 3a, whereby a relatively fast opening or closing movement can be brought about. This quick opening or closing movement is then transmitted via the coupling between "master cylinder" and "slave cylinder" on theother actuator 3b. In other words, for the second operating position, thefirst actuator 3a and thesecond actuator 3b are in fluidic series connection between theprimary side 27 and thesecondary side 29. The second operating position is particularly advantageous when a fast movement of the 6a, 6b is desired , Under certain circumstances, however, reduced actuating forces of thewing doors 3a, 3b result for this operating position.actuators - The choice between the two mentioned operating positions can be made as needed. Thus, for example, a normal movement of the
6a, 6b take place in the first operating position, while an emergency opening or emergency closure, for which an increased actuating speed of thewing doors 6a, 6b is desired, can take place in the second operating position.wing doors - In a particular embodiment, the
fluidic control circuit 2 is equipped with a control device. This control device is designed to transfer thevalve device 108 as needed from the first operating position to the second operating position and / or vice versa. This transfer takes place during an opening and / or closing movement of the 6a, 6b. To mention only a non-limiting example, during a closing movement, thewing doors valve device 108 may initially occupy the second operating position, whereby a large closing speed is ensured. After a certain closing path then takes place the switching of thevalve device 108 in the first operating position, whereby a slowing down of the movement of the 6a, 6b takes place with approach to the closed position. Under certain circumstances, increased closing forces can be generated for increased restoring forces in the first operating position, whereby a tight and dense application of thewing doors 6a, 6b to a door frame, a seal u. Ä. Can be guaranteed.wing doors
- There are many possibilities for controlling the transfer from the first operating position to the second operating position and / or vice versa.
- For a particular embodiment, a control device (which may also be the aforementioned control device) and a
pressure sensor 125 are provided. Thepressure sensor 125 is used to detect a pressure in thefluidic control circuit 2, for example in one of the pressure chambers or a line leading to this. Depending on the pressure detected by thepressure sensor 125, thevalve device 108 is then transferred from the first operating position to the second operating position and / or vice versa. For example, it is possible that the change of the operating position is brought about by the control device when a threshold value of the pressure is exceeded or fallen below. To mention only a non-limiting example, the closing movement in the second operating position can first be brought about. When the 6a, 6b then rest on a door frame or a seal, the pressure which is detected by thewing doors pressure sensor 125 increases. When the threshold value is exceeded, it is then possible to switch to the first operating position in order to bring about the actuating forces required for the final closing of the 6a, 6b. It is entirely possible that the kinematics of the drive device for thefolding doors 6a, 6b is designed such that, depending on the travel of thewing doors 3a, 3b and theactuators 6a, 6b results in a different pressure, which is detected by thewing doors pressure sensor 125. This is the case in particular when the movement takes place against an increasingly acted upon return spring. The actuating path of the 3a, 3b can then indirectly also be detected via theactuator pressure sensor 125, so that the operating position is switched over for a predetermined opening or closing path with the detected pressure correlated therewith. - For a further particular embodiment, a control device (which may also be the aforementioned control device) and a
displacement sensor 126 are provided. Thedisplacement sensor 126 serves to detect a path of an 3a, 3b or a hingedactuator 6a, 6b. In this case, adoor displacement sensor 126 or a travel is also subsumed by an angle sensor or a speed sensor, by means of which ultimately the actuating movement of the 3a, 3b or theactuator 6a, 6b can be detected. Depending on the travel detected by thewing door travel sensor 126, thevalve device 108 is transferred from the first operating position to the second operating position and / or vice versa. To mention only a simple, non-restrictive example, the closing movement can first be effected from the open position in the second operating position of thevalve device 108, whereby a rapid closure of the 6a, 6b can be brought about. If the travel detected by thewing doors travel sensor 126 exceeds a threshold value, the changeover to the first operating position can take place, so that the last part of the travel for closing the 6a, 6b can be brought about at reduced speed and / or increased actuating forces.winged doors - There are many possibilities for the design of the control device. It is entirely possible that the control device is designed as a fluidic control device, which can be switched, for example, pressure-dependent or motion-controlled. In a preferred embodiment, the control device used is an electronic control unit which is supplied with operating signals such as, for example, the signals detected by the
pressure sensor 125 ordisplacement sensor 126. On the basis of these operating signals, the control device can then actuate directly actuated valves or electromagnetically piloted valves 111, 117 of thevalve device 108 in order to bring about the aforementioned operating positions. - It is entirely possible for both
3a, 3b of theactuators 6a, 6b, which are assigned to a manhole, to be actuated simultaneously by thewing doors pump 25 for the actuation of the 3a, 3b. This is also referred to below as "double door control".actuators - It is optionally possible that by means of a manual override (without operation of the pump) also a manual opening of only one gullwing door or both gullwing doors is possible.
- In a preferred embodiment, the
valve device 108 has a further operating position in which a single door control takes place. This means that during operation of thepump 25, one of the two hinged doors retains its assumed position, which is preferably due to the fact that at least one pressure chamber of the actuator associated with this hinged door is shut off. On the other hand, in the further operating position by means of operation of thepump 25, the opening and / or closing of the other hinged door can take place in a targeted manner. For this embodiment, therefore, thevalve device 108 has three different operating positions with three different modes of operation, namely- a single door control,
- a double door control with reduced operating speed (first operating position of the valve device) and
- a double door control with increased operating speed (second operating position of the valve device).
- For the concrete structural design of the
fluidic control circuit 2, there are many possibilities. For a particular embodiment, aprimary side 27 of apump 25 is connected to apressure chamber 14a of thefirst actuator 3a. Furthermore, a valve 111 is provided, via which optionally theprimary side 27 of thepump 25 can additionally be connected to apressure chamber 14b of thesecond actuator 3b. The same applies to asecondary side 29 of thepump 25, which is connected to apressure chamber 15b of thesecond actuator 3b: Via a valve 117, thesecondary side 29 of thepump 25 is optionally additionally connectable to apressure chamber 15a of thefirst actuator 3a. Depending on the operating position of the two mentioned valves 111, 117, a single door control, a double door control with a reduced operating speed and / or a double door control with an increased actuating speed can thus be carried out. - In a further embodiment, a
primary side 27 of thepump 25 is connected to apressure chamber 14a of thefirst actuator 3a, while theother pressure chamber 15a of thefirst actuator 3a depending on the operating position of the valve device 108th- is connectable to the
secondary side 29 of thepump 25, which is preferably the case in the first operating position, whereby a double door control with reduced operating speed is made possible, - can be shut off, so this
actuator 3a may be disabled, so that a single door control on theother actuator 3b is possible, or - is connectable to a
pressure chamber 14b of thesecond actuator 3b, which in particular the second operating position is ensured, in which a double door control with increased operating speed is possible.
- is connectable to the
- There are many possibilities for the valves 111 used in the
valve device 108. In a particular embodiment, at least one of said valves 111, 117 or both valves 111, 117 are designed as 3/2-way valve (s) 112, 118. Such valves fulfill the above-mentioned functions, but are simple in design and can be manufactured or purchased at low cost. Here, the 3/2-way valve 112, 118 may be formed in any type, in particular as a slide valve or seat valve. The valves 111, 117 may also be designed as solenoid valves, whereby a direct electrical control by an electronic control unit is possible. - It is entirely possible that the valves 111, 117 are directly controlled. It is quite possible that the valves 111, 117 are electromagnetically directly controlled by the control device, here an electronic control unit. As explained, an immediate control, for example, by the pressure in a pressure chamber or motion-controlled done. In another embodiment, the valves 111, 117 are electro-pneumatically piloted, which in particular has the advantage that with small control currents and small-sized electromagnetic actuators of a pilot valve, the control pressures and with these the required actuating forces of the valve 111, 117 can be generated.
- According to the embodiments known from the above prior art, manual override of the
6a, 6b may also be possible. In a preferred embodiment, awing doors bypass line 30 is interposed in thefluidic control circuit 2 between aprimary side 27 and asecondary side 29 of apump 25. In thebypass line 30, amanual emergency valve 31 is arranged. With manual actuation of themanual emergency valve 31, thepump 25 can thus be "bridged", so that independent of the operation of thepump 25, a manual opening at least one 6a, 6b can be done, which ultimately fluid from one pressure chamber to another pressure chamber due to the manually applied forces is circulated.wing door - In a further embodiment, a
109, 115 opening in the direction of a pressure chamber of the actuator is arranged between thecheck valve pump 25 and the 3a, 3b. Theactuator 109, 115 allows during operation of thecheck valve pump 25, a fluid flow from thepump 25 in the direction of the associated pressure chamber of the actuator. As a result, the opening direction of the 109, 115 is predetermined. Without operation of thecheck valve pump 25, the 109, 115 blocks the pressure chamber, so that a once taken open or closed position (or a center position) of the hingedcheck valve 6a, 6b is maintained. However, thedoor 109, 115 is additionally controlled in such a way that it can be unlocked and opened in the opposite direction. This control takes place in the case of reversal of the conveying direction of thecheck valve pump 25 in such a way that the 109, 115 enables a fluidic flow from the pressure chamber to thenon-return valve pump 25. The same applies to the use of a check valve instead of the 109, 115, which also allows the above functions and the aforementioned control.check valve - Preferably find in the valves 111, 117 of the
valve device 108 spring elements use, which specify a non-actuated position of the valves 111, 117. Preferably, the valves are 111 117 or is thevalve device 108 without control in the first operating position. - Preferably, a
reversible pump 25 is used. Thus, the assignments "primary side 27" and "secondary side 29" are not fixed - but these depend on the respective effective conveying direction of the pump 25th

- Suspension (102) of claim 4, characterised in that the latching or locking device (94) is effective between the supporting device (39; 40) and the transverse guiding device (65).
- Suspension (102) of one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the transfer mechanism comprises a toggle lever mechanism (81).
- Suspension (102) of claim 6, characterised in that the transfer mechanism comprises a coupling rod (77) which at least in a part of the stroke transfers a movement of the wing door (6) along the longitudinal guiding device (11) to the toggle lever mechanism (81).
- Suspension (102) of claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the toggle lever mechanism (81) is in the toggle angle which is closest to the stretched configuration when the wing door (6) is closed and contacts the door frame.
- Suspension (102) of one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the transverse guiding device (65) and the longitudinal guiding device (11) are together pivotable about a vertical axis (z).
- Suspension (102) of one of the preceding claims, characterised in that two longitudinal guiding devices (11) associated each to a respective wing door (6) are held at two supporting devices (39; 40) which are each displaceably guided at a transverse guiding device (65), two actuators (3a, 3b) being provided which are each able to induce the movement of an associated wing door (6) both along the longitudinal guiding device (11) as well as along the transverse guiding device (65).
- Suspension (102) of claim 10 when referring back to claim 9, characterised in that from a closed position of the wing doors (6)a) with the actuation of both actuators (3am 3b) an opening movement of the wing doors (6) can be induced for which there is no pivoting of the transverse guiding device (65) and the longitudinal guiding device (11) about the vertical axis (z) andb) it is possible to induce an opening movement of only one wing door (6a; 6b) with the actuation of only one actuator (3a; 3b) with a pivoting movement of the transverse guiding device (65) and the longitudinal guiding device (11) about the vertical axis (z).
