Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Platte für die Bautechnik, bei dem innerhalb einer Randschalung Gitterträger (14) angeordnet werden und durch Einfüllen von Beton in die Randschalung und Aushärten eine untere Scheibe (10) aus Stahlbeton gefertigt wird, wobei nur ein unterer Abschnitt der Gitterträger (14) von Beton umhüllt ist und ein längerer oberer Abschnitt der Gitterträger (14) aus dem Beton herausragt. Oberhalb der Betonschicht wird Dämmmaterial (16) angeordnet und das so hergestellte Halbfabrikat in diesem Zustand zu einer Baustelle transportiert. Auf der Baustelle wird auf das Halbfabrikat Ortbeton bis zu einem Pegel oberhalb der Gitterträger (14) aufgebracht.
