- Stoppers which faithfully reproduce the cylindrical configuration of a conventional cork stopper also exist but in this case, they are obtained from silicone. at best, these stoppers are appropriate for closing wine bottles as well as other products which do not reach considerable pressure inside the bottle.
- Hybrid stoppers such as that shown in US Invention Patent 20100050576 also exist, which consist of a silicone ring to which a metal retention sheet is conveniently fixed, which is specifically made of aluminium. This stopper is not ideal either, much less so for closing cava bottles.

Claims (2)
- Verschluss für Sektflaschen und ähnliches, von der Art, die eine verdickte Öffnung, die besonders abgerundet ist, und relativ entfernt von der Öffnung eine Rippe mit einer umfänglichen Verdickung mit einem zu einem Rechteck neigenden Querschnitt aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem einstückigen Silikonkörper nach Art eines Topfes (1) besteht, der eine äußere kegelstumpfförmige Ausbildung hat, der zu seiner Öffnung (2) konvergiert, mit einer geringen Höhe, während sein Körper innen zu einer zylinderförmigen Ausbildung neigt, mit einer Umfangsrinne (10) mit einem abgerundetem Profil in ihrem oberen Bereich, und einer Umfangsrinne (7) mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt in ihrem unteren mittleren Bereich, die bezüglich der Form und Position mit den Rippen (8) und (11) des Flaschenhalses übereinstimmen, während auch innen und von dem Mittelpunkt seines geschlossenen Bodens ein Vorsprung (12) mit einer überhöhten halbkugelförmigen Ausbildung in axialer Anordnung vorsteht, dessen zylinderförmiger Abschnitt (6) an das Innere des Flaschenhalses (9) angepasst ist, mit der Besonderheit, dass der überhöhte halbkugelförmige Vorsprung an seinem zylinderförmigen Abschnitt seinen bezüglich des Innendurchmessers des Flaschenhalses leicht überdimensionierten Durchmesser aufweist, während die Seitenwand (6) des Topfes seinen bezüglich des Flaschenhalses unterdimensioniertes inneren Durchmesser aufweist, um den Verschlussdruck zu verstärken, während die Öffnung (2) des genannten Topfs eine Abschrägung (6) aufweist, die nach außen divergiert, und die äußere Seitenfläche des Körpers des Topfes abgerundete Kanten und Seiten aufweist.
- Verschluss für Sektflaschen und ähnliches nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) äußerlich eine beliebige geometrische Ausbildung haben kann.
