The invention relates to a baby carrier. Different types of baby carriers are known from the prior art. For example, a distinction can be made between baby carriers with very flexible fabric back panels or other flexible material that provide similar comfort to children such as baby slings and baby carriers with trays, seats or other preformed, substantially rigid materials.

The present invention relates to baby carriers with soft back panels without shaping elements. In this regard, the following baby carriers are known from the prior art in particular.

From DE 20 2010 011 906 IM a baby carrier is known, which takes into account the growth of the child only conditionally. For this purpose, it is provided that the baby carrier adapts to the length of the back of the child and his thighs. This should be realized by an adjustable back part whose length should be variable via a button system. The hip belt, the shoulder straps and the so-called belly part are sewn together in this baby carrier.

DE 20 2008 013 895 U1 describes a baby carrier in which the hip belt and an inner panel are sewn together. In order to use this baby carrier for a baby, a baby insert is provided, which must be used in addition to the baby carrier. A disadvantage of the known baby carriers with flexible back panels is that they are usually not optimally designed for babies aged 0 to 6 months or infants from 2 years, because it lacks variability and / or that the baby carriers not at the same time for all pregnant persons (Father, mother, siblings, grandparents, etc.) are ergonomically usable, because the body dimensions of the wearers vary greatly.

The invention has for its object to provide a baby carrier with flexible Rückenpaneel available that offers great flexibility in terms of both the baby and child to be supported as well as in terms of carrying people and yet is easy to use. In addition, the baby carrier should look aesthetically pleasing in all configurations and be safe.

The object is achieved according to the invention with the features of claims 1 and 9, respectively.

A baby carrier according to the invention comprises a waist belt, a back panel attached to the waist belt, made of flexible material, in particular fabric, for supporting the back of a child or baby to be carried and shoulder straps attached to the back panel. In this case, a separate connecting element is arranged between the back panel and the hip belt, by means of which the back panel is detachably fastened to the hip belt. The baby carrier according to the invention has the advantage that the hip belt and the back panels are interchangeable and the baby carrier is thus optimally adapted to the person wearing and the child or baby to be worn. For example, parents with widely differing stature may each use a separate hip belt with the same back panel. For this it is only necessary to purchase an additional hip belt when purchasing the baby carrier and connect it as needed with the back panel. According to a further aspect of the invention, for which independent protection is also claimed, in a baby carrier with a hip belt, a back panel attached to the hip belt, made of flexible material, for supporting the back of a child or baby to be carried and attached to the back panel Shoulder straps, the shoulder straps releasably attached to the back panel. In this case, back panels and shoulder straps can be purchased separately and connected as required. Preferably, custom and shaped straps are used as the right and left shoulder straps for the corresponding side. Even with releasable attachment of the shoulder straps on the back panel, the flexibility of a baby carrier invention increases accordingly. Preferably, both the shoulder straps and the hip belt are detachable from the back panel, so that there is a fully modular baby carrier with maximum flexibility.

In a practical embodiment of a baby carrier according to the invention, loops are arranged on the back panel and on the hip belt. Further, in this embodiment, as a connecting element via at least one arranged on the hip belt retaining element at least on one side releasably secured fastening strap, wherein loops of Hüftgurts and loops of the back panel are arranged such that loops of Hüftgurts and loops of the fastening strap are alternately arranged at least in a partial area, so that the fastening belt can be guided alternately in this partial region for connecting the back panel to the hip belt by loops of the back panel and loops of the hip belt. Preferably, loops of the hipbelt and loops of the fastening strap are alternately arrangable in the entire overlapping area in which the back panel adjoins the hipbelt. The connection technique described above by means of alternately arranged loops and a fastening strap has the advantage that it is possible in a simple manner to produce particularly secure connections between the back panel and the hip belt without the need for hard plastic parts. In a further practical embodiment, the widths and the positions of the loops on the back panel and on the hip belt are selected so that the distance between two adjacent loops in the region in which the back panel adjoins the hip belt is a maximum of 10 mm, preferably a maximum 5 mm and more preferably at most 1 mm. The choice of a particularly small distance between the loops has the advantage that relative movements between back panel and hip belt in the circumferential direction of the hip belt are prevented, so that the baby carrier according to the invention provides the same comfort as a baby carrier, in which the back panel firmly connected to the waist belt and sewn in particular.

Preferably, the loops are arranged on the back panel at the bottom of the back panel, more preferably such that the loops protrude from the bottom of the back panel. This results in not only a particularly low cost of materials for the back panel, but also a particularly elegant and aesthetic connection between back panel and hip belt, because unnecessary material overlaps are thereby avoided.

In order to achieve the greatest possible connection stability between the back panel and the hip belt, the length of the loops arranged on the back panel and the length of the loops arranged on the hip belt should be approximately the same. The term "approximately the same size" should include deviations of not more than 25%, preferably not more than 10%.

The height of the loops is preferably less than the width of the waist belt, particularly preferably less than 50%.

In a further practical embodiment, the fastening strap at least one end of an eyelet to be hooked in a fastened to the hip belt as a holding element button. FIG. 1 shows the three main elements of a baby carrier 10 according to the invention: a back panel 12, a hip belt 14 and two shoulder straps 16.

Said elements 12, 14, 16 are made of a flexible material, in particular of fabric, wherein from the fabric partially fabric bags are formed, which are filled with soft cushioning material to increase the comfort. This applies in particular to the wide areas of the shoulder straps 16 and the hip belt 14. The shoulder straps 16 are also sewn on the outside with connecting straps 18, which are made of a tear-resistant material, as it is known from seat belts, harnesses, etc., for example made of woven polyester. The connecting straps 18 preferably have only a low elastic elongation of less than 10%, more preferably less than 5% and more preferably less than 1%. Plastic buckles 26 are arranged on the connecting elements 18. The back panel 12 has a substantially trapezoidal basic shape, the upper side 20 and the lower side 22 extending parallel to one another.

The back panel 12 is erected centrally to the hip belt 14, so that all the loops 28 of the back panel 12 are arranged exactly between two loops 36 of the hip belt 14. In the described relative orientation, the fastening belt 44 is first guided by loops 36 of the waist belt 14, starting from the button to which the fastening belt 44 is fixed, then alternately through all the loops 28 of the back panel 12 and interposed loops 36 of the Hip straps and beyond the last loop 28 of the back panel finally through the remaining loops 36 of the hip belt. FIGS. 5-7 show the baby carrier 10 according to the invention with inserted baby 50 from the front (FIG. 5), from the side (FIG. 6) and from the rear (FIG. 7).
