Die Bettwäsche ist definiert mit dem Körper-Geschirr verbunden. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Bettwäsche ist vermieden. Die Position der Bettwäsche relativ zu dem Säugling ist festgelegt, wobei insbesondere auch verhindert ist, dass die Bettwäsche über das Gesicht des Säuglings gezogen werden kann. Durch die Anordnung des Bettwäsche-Verbindungsmittels ist die Verletzungsgefahr des Säuglings reduziert. Sowohl das Körper-Geschirr als auch die Bettwäsche können entsprechend der Beanspruchung durch die Verbindung zwischen Körper-Geschirr und Bettwäsche ausgelegt werden, wodurch die Verbindung im Einsatz robust und zuverlässig ist. Mittels der Gurt-Verbindungsmittel und der Bettwäsche-Verbindungsmittel ist das definierte, zuverlässige und beliebig oft wiederholbare Verbinden der Bettwäsche mit dem Körper-Geschirr möglich. Ein Verschleiß des Körper-Geschirrs und/oder der Bettwäsche durch die Verwendung von Sicherheitsnadeln ist vermieden. Eine Verletzungsgefahr durch die Gurt-Verbindungsmittel und die Bettwäsche-Verbindungsmittel ist selbst bei unsachgemäßer Betätigung ausgeschlossen.
