Claims (14)

  1. Ferrure de meuble pour l'actionnement ou pour la transmission d'une force de réglage entre des parties de meuble, de préférence pour le réglage de parties de plaques basculantes (54, 55) de tables télescopiques, dans laquelle la ferrure comprend une première plaque (3) guidée de façon coulissante dans une direction, de préférence dans un logement (1), et une deuxième plaque (4) guidée de façon coulissante dans une direction formant un angle, de préférence perpendiculaire, avec cette direction, les deux plaques (3, 4) pouvant être fixées dans des positions prédéterminées, et
    la première plaque (3) et la deuxième plaque (4) supportent des surfaces de glissement ou de réglage (17, 18) tournées l'une vers l'autre, coopérant l'une avec l'autre et pouvant reposer l'une sur l'autre,
    caractérisée en ce que lors d'un coulissement de la première plaque (3), la deuxième plaque (4) peut être réglée perpendiculairement à la direction de mouvement de la première plaque (3) par le biais des surfaces de glissement ou de réglage (17, 18), et en ce que la deuxième plaque (4) est réalisée en tant que partie d'entraînement, de préférence en tant que crémaillère (5), ou supporte une partie d'entraînement, de préférence une crémaillère (5), de préférence sur son côté opposé à la première plaque (3).
  2. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première plaque (3) est précontrainte, par le biais d'au moins un ressort de rappel (7) réalisé en tant que ressort de pression ou de traction, dans une position de départ définie pour son coulissement et la plaque (4) est précontrainte, par le biais d'au moins un ressort de rappel (6) réalisé en tant que ressort de pression ou de traction, dans la direction de la première plaque (3) ou dans une position rétractée, étant entendu que dans la position rétractée, la crémaillère (5) et la deuxième plaque (4) sont les plus proches de la première plaque (3), et/ou en ce que les deux plaques (3, 4), de préférence allongées, se situent l'une à côté de l'autre dans un plan et sont agencées dans un logement (1) possédant de préférence une section rectangulaire et/ou en ce que lors d'un coulissement de la deuxième plaque (4), la crémaillère (5) peut être déployée en dehors du logement (1) ou écartée de la première plaque (3) et/ou en ce que la crémaillère (5) s'étend le long d'un côté longitudinal du logement (1) de préférence parallélépipédique.
  3. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que sur chacune des surfaces latérales (21, 22) dirigées l'une vers l'autre de la première plaque (3) et de la deuxième plaque (4), au moins une surface de glissement ou de réglage (17, 18) est réalisée sur au moins une saillie (15) réalisée sur la surface latérale et inclinée dans un angle prédéterminé, de préférence le même dans les deux cas, par rapport à la surface latérale (21, 22) correspondante et/ou en ce qu'une surface d'appui (19, 20) plane, s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de mouvement de la première plaque (3), vient en about à l'extrémité distante de la plaque de chaque surface de glissement ou de réglage (17, 18) et/ou en ce que la première plaque (3) et la deuxième plaque (4) sont guidées dans leur direction de mouvement respective par les parois latérales (37) du logement (1) et/ou par des tenons ou des saillies de guidage (8), qui font de préférence saillie dans des évidements de guidage (9) des plaques (3, 4), et/ou en ce que la première plaque (3) présente, de préférence à son extrémité longitudinale opposée à sa surface de glissement (17), une partie de réglage ou d'extrémité (36) pouvant subir la contrainte d'une partie de pression (52), de préférence accessible à travers un évidement du logement (39) ou dépassant en dehors du logement (1).
  4. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la première plaque (3) supporte un tenon de glissement (25) qui s'engage dans une piste de guidage (23) circulaire ou fermée sur elle-même d'une partie d'arrêt (13) montée de façon basculante sur le logement (1) et/ou sur un tenon de guidage (10) de préférence fixé au logement, laquelle partie d'arrêt (13) positionne ou fixe la première plaque (3) dans deux positions d'extrémité prédéfinies de son trajet de coulissement en fonction de sa position prédéfinie par le tenon de glissement (25), étant entendu que dans une position d'extrémité, se trouvant de préférence au niveau d'un cran d'enclenchement initial (29), la crémaillère (5) est proche de la première plaque (3) et, dans l'autre position d'extrémité, la crémaillère (5) est distante de la première plaque (3) dans la position déployée, la première plaque (3) présentant le cas échéant une fente (11) s'étendant dans la direction de mouvement prédéfinie pour celle-ci, dans laquelle le tenon de guidage (10) fixé au logement fait saillie et/ou en ce que la partie d'arrêt (13) réalisée en forme de plaque repose dans un évidement (24) de la première plaque (3).
  5. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le tenon de glissement (25) s'étend perpendiculairement par rapport au plan tracé par les directions de mouvement de la première plaque (3) et de la deuxième plaque (4) et/ou en ce que la partie d'arrêt (13) peut basculer autour du tenon de guidage (10) dans ce plan tracé par les deux directions de mouvement.
  6. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la piste de guidage (23) est réalisée en forme de W dans la partie d'arrêt (13), les branches (67) du W étant rassemblées en formant un sommet supplémentaire de la piste de guidage (23) avec un cran d'enclenchement (29) et un cran d'enclenchement (26, 27, 28) pour le tenon de glissement (25) se trouvant à chaque fois au niveau des sommets du W et/ou en ce que le tenon de glissement (25) peut être déplacé dans la piste de guidage (23) sous l'effet de l'exercice d'une pression sur la partie d'extrémité (36) de la première plaque (3) et du mouvement de la première plaque (3) qui en résulte jusqu'au cran d'enclenchement (29) situé au niveau du sommet suivant et/ou en ce que le tenon de glissement (25) peut être déplacé dans le cran d'enclenchement (27) situé entre les deux sommets du W constituant les crans d'enclenchement (26, 28) sous l'effet de la pression exercée par les ressorts de rappel (7) sur la première plaque (3) et du mouvement qui en résulte.
  7. Ferrure de meuble selon la revendication 6, caractérisée
    - en ce que les crans d'enclenchement (29, 28, 27, 26) sont réalisés, vus dans la direction de mouvement du tenon de glissement (25), en forme en forme de talons ou d'élévations inclinés (40) qui ne permettent un mouvement du tenon de glissement (25) que dans une direction dans la piste de guidage (23) et l'empêchent dans la direction opposée, et/ou
    - en ce que la distance du point de base d'une perpendiculaire à l'axe médian (A) de la partie d'arrêt (13) par rapport aux crans d'enclenchement (26, 28) à la base du W de la piste de guidage (23) en forme de W depuis le cran d'enclenchement (29) situé au niveau du sommet supplémentaire des deux branches (67) du W est plus grande que la distance depuis le cran d'enclenchement (27) situé entre ces crans d'enclenchement (26, 28).
  8. Ferrure de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la ferrure de meuble est combinée avec un convertisseur de rotation (63) qui présente une partie d'actionnement rotative, de préférence une roue dentée (45), qui peut être entraînée par la partie d'entraînement, de préférence la crémaillère (5), effectuant un mouvement linéaire ou fait saillie dans le trajet de mouvement de la partie d'entraînement déployée, de préférence de la crémaillère (5), ou qui peut être mise en prise avec la crémaillère (5), le convertisseur de rotation (63) transformant le mouvement rotatif imprimé à la partie d'actionnement rotative, de préférence la roue dentée (45), par la partie d'entraînement, de préférence la crémaillère (5), dans un mouvement de rotation d'une pièce de dérive, de préférence un arbre de sortie (49), autour d'un axe qui s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe du mouvement de rotation de la pièce d'actionnement, de préférence de la roue dentée (45), et/ou en ce que la roue dentée (45) est reliée par le biais d'un arbre (46) avec une roue dentée conique (47) qui peigne avec une autre roue dentée conique (48) qui est reliée de façon solidaire en rotation avec l'arbre de sortie (49) ou qui est reliée de façon solidaire en rotation avec une ferrure pivotante (57) ou l'arbre (56) d'une ferrure pivotante (57) aux fins du basculement d'un composant complémentaire d'un meuble, de préférence une plaque supplémentaire d'une table.
  9. Meuble, en particulier table, caractérisé en ce que le meuble (60) présente un bâti de meuble (61) et une ferrure de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, la ferrure étant fixée à une partie de meuble montée de façon à pouvoir être déployée en dehors du bâti de meuble (61) ou coulisser dans le bâti de meuble (61), de préférence le corps d'une plaque ou une partie de plaque d'une table, et la partie de réglage ou d'extrémité (36) de la ferrure de meuble étant agencée de telle sorte qu'elle peut être déplacée ou enfoncée à l'opposé de cette direction de déploiement et contre l'effet des ressorts de rappel (7) agissant sur la première plaque (3), et en ce que la partie de pression (52) est supportée par le bâti de meuble (61), la partie de réglage ou d'extrémité (36) de la première plaque (3) pouvant le cas échéant être enfoncée et déplacée dans la section d'extrémité du mouvement de déploiement de la partie de meuble.
  10. Meuble selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la roue dentée (45) est supportée par le bâti de meuble (61) ou montée sur celui-ci et fait saillie dans le trajet de mouvement de la crémaillère (5) déployée en dehors du logement (1) pouvant être déplacée avec la première plaque (3).
  11. Meuble selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la partie de meuble est une plaque de table, constituée de deux parties de plaque de table (100, 101) pouvant être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre, d'une table télescopique, laquelle plaque de table peut être allongée avec une partie de plaque pouvant basculer vers l'extérieur ou deux parties de plaque (54, 55) reliées le cas échéant l'une avec l'autre de façon à pouvoir basculer, laquelle ou lesquelles plaques de table (54, 55) peuvent être déplacées au travers leur basculement avec la ferrure pivotante (57) dans une position d'ouverture dans le plan des deux parties de plaque de table (100, 101) ou dans une position d'inutilisation en dessous des deux parties de plaque de table (100, 101) emboîtées reposant l'une sur l'autre.
  12. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la ferrure pivotante (57) ou l'arbre (56) de la ferrure pivotante (57) est monté sur un support (20) dans le bâti de meuble (61) ou sur le bâti de meuble (61) et/ou en ce qu'au moins un accumulateur d'énergie (110) monté sur le bâti de meuble (61) ou sur le support (20) vient en prise avec l'arbre (56).
  13. Meuble selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, le meuble étant une table ayant une ferrure selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, la ferrure de meuble supportant la partie d'entraînement réalisée de préférence en tant que crémaillère (5) étant fixée sur une partie de plaque de table (100) coulissante,
    la partie de pression (52) étant supportée par le bâti de meuble (61) ou par le support (20),
    et le convertisseur de rotation (63), qui est relié par son arbre de sortie (49) avec l'arbre pivotant (57) actionnant les deux parties de plaque (54, 55), étant supporté par le bâti de meuble (61), ou de préférence par le support (20).
  14. Meuble selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la ferrure de meuble transmet ou répercute au convertisseur de rotation (63) la force de déplacement exercée sur la partie de plaque de table (100) coulissante lors du déploiement lors de la sollicitation par la partie de pression (52) et possède une partie d'arrêt (13) qui interrompt la transmission de force lors d'un mouvement de rétractation suivant ce mouvement de déploiement ainsi que lors d'un mouvement de déploiement suivant ce mouvement de rétractation servant à la mise en superposition des parties de plaque (54, 55) et des parties de la plaque de table (100, 101) en mettant hors prise la partie d'entraînement, de préférence la crémaillère (5), avec le convertisseur de rotation (63).
