Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of sanitary facilities, such as bidet or water closets with Unterdusche and relates to a Unterdusch adopted with a telescopically extendable and retractable along its longitudinal axis shower arm with a shower head and an axial passage opening for supplying the cleaning liquid to the shower head, and with a Drive unit for extending and retracting the shower arm along its longitudinal axis.
  • Water closets with Unterdusch have long been known and enjoy ever greater popularity.
  • Water closets are known to contain a toilet bowl and a flushing device for rinsing the toilet bowl.
  • the toilet bowl is in turn connected to a drain line for discharging the dirty water.
  • the Unterdusch pain serves to clean the intimate area of Klosettbenitzers.
  • the Unterdusch listening usually has a extendable in the toilet bowl and / or swing shower arm over which the shower water can be applied from below or from the side to the desired locations of the genital area.
  • the shower water should be appropriately tempered.
  • the shower water is previously heated in a connected to the Unterduschparked hot water boiler to a desired temperature. The heated water is passed through a water pump under construction of a water pressure to the shower arm and through the axial passage opening to the shower head.
  • the cleaning water is guided via shower nozzles on the shower head in the form of a jet of water to the appropriate body parts.
  • the individual functional units such as. As boiler, water pump or shower arm are controlled by a control device.
  • the shower arm should not be prone to calcification and contamination. In particular against each other movable parts of the shower should, if possible, not be exposed to the calcareous water. If the Unterdusch adopted also used to clean the toilet bowl, so the shower arm with his water jet should also be able to easily reach as many places as possible of the toilet bowl. In addition to all the above requirements, the Unterdusch adopted should also be robust, low maintenance and easy in their design and installation.
  • the CH 698 388 B1 describes a water closet with Unterdusch engaged and in particular a Unterdusch pain.
  • the Unterdusch pain includes a shower arm with shower head, which is telescopically extendable from a guide tube.
  • the guide tube in turn is telescopically extendable from a guide sleeve.
  • the shower arm is first removed from the guide tube extended. Only when the shower arm has reached a stop its extended end position, we extended the guide tube from the guide sleeve.
  • For the purpose of disinfecting the extended parts after the cleaning has been completed, first retract the guide tube and then the shower arm.
  • a disinfectant is sprayed successively onto the retracting guide tube and then onto the retracting shower arm via a nozzle arranged in the guide sleeve.
  • the reverse sequence of movements between extension and retraction of shower arm and guide tube is ensured by a system of permanent magnets on shower arm and guide tube.
  • the Unterdusch has the disadvantage that the extension openings for the shower arm and the guide tube are arranged in the wet area of the toilet and therefore prone to calcification.
  • the permanent magnets tend to calcification and contamination, so that the trouble-free operation of the extension and retraction mechanism is no longer guaranteed.
  • the shower head is displaceable only along the longitudinal axis of the shower arm, which makes it difficult to reach the intimate area.
  • the shower arm is driven by a flexible supply hose with teeth, which cooperates with a drive toothing.
  • the flexible hose is, however, takes a lot of space in the installation area, especially when retracted shower arm.
  • the shower device can not be used to clean the toilet bowl, since the nozzles of the shower head can not be directed towards the toilet bowl.
  • the EP 1 507 935 B1 describes a water closet with a Unterdusch Rhein whose shower arm is telescopically extendable and retractable in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the shower arm, for the purpose of cleaning the toilet bowl rotatable about its longitudinal axis. In addition, a horizontal pivoting of the shower arm is also provided. The telescopic movement of the shower arm in the wet area, however, as already explained above, prone to failure. The said document does not express itself in the following about how the various movements of the shower arm are generated.
  • the senior Japanese publication JP 2001-146783 also describes a water closet with a Unterdusch observed with a telescopically extendable and retractable shower arm, which is rotatable about its longitudinal axis for the purpose of cleaning the toilet bowl. Furthermore, the shower arm is also horizontally pivotable. However, the various movement patterns of the shower arm is based on a comparatively complex and maintenance-prone drive mechanism. Furthermore, the mutually movable parts in the wet area tend to calcifications.

  • the guide sleeve 14 is guided by a breakthrough in the toilet bowl 2 and sealed against the toilet bowl 2.
  • the guide sleeve 14 is thus arranged in the transition between wet area and mounting space in the water closet 1.
  • the shower arm 11 is rotatably mounted in the rotary body 19 and connected thereto, so that the shower arm 11 can only be rotated together with the rotary body 19.
  • the shower arm 11 is axially displaceable relative to the rotary body 19.
  • the rotational body 19, by contrast, is fixed axially non-displaceably on the guide sleeve 14.

  • the Unterdusch pain 10 thus forms a complete assembly unit, which can be installed in the water closet 1 pre-assembled.
  • the Unterdusch driving 10 is stationary over the mounting frame 6 or rigidly installed in the installation area of the water closet 1 (see also FIG. 6 ).
