Abstract
La présente invention concerne une prothèse dentaire comprenant un corps d'implant (1) et un pilier (2) qui peut être inséré dans une partie de réception du corps d'implant (1), forme une ouverture de passage (5) destinée à recevoir une vis à tête (4) qui vient en prise dans un filetage d'écrou (6) du corps d'implant (1) et porte de manière anti-rotative une superstructure de dent (3). Pour garantir des conditions de réalisation simples, la tête (7) de la vis à tête (4) est selon l'invention reliée par complémentarité de forme à un élément de blocage en rotation (9) qui ne peut tourner qu'avec la vis à tête (4) et qui est collé à la superstructure de dent (3).
