Description

The invention relates to a device for a household appliance and a household appliance with such a device.

It is known that household appliances, such as an oven, for example, have a door for closing a cooking chamber. The door can be a flap door which can be pivoted about an axis. However, the door can also be designed so that it can be lowered into a receiving space under the cooking space when it is moved from the closed state to the open state.

In addition, doors for such ovens are known in which a door handle arranged on the outside can be moved relative to a plate-like base part. Such a pivoting also has advantages, since this door handle can then also be gripped in a user-friendly manner when the door is completely open and the door can be moved. In this context, designs are known in which this pivotable door handle is connected to corresponding components by means of a coupling device in the form of a cable, so that the door handle is also automatically pivoted via this cable when the door is pivoted.

The EP 2 093 492 A2 describes a household appliance device with a door, in which a door handle is rotatably mounted about an axis.

In conventional doors, it is also known that a hinge, which is provided for connecting the door to the housing of the household appliance, is designed with a smaller hinge sword and a hinge housing than two hinge parts that are rotatably coupled to one another. The much larger hinge housing contains further functional parts, such as a spring or the like. Previous designs have provided that this hinge housing is fastened on the door side and the hinge blade is fastened on the housing side is. In the case of more recent designs, it is provided that the hinge sword is connected to the door and the hinge housing is fastened in the household appliance housing even in an inverted variant.

The object of the present invention is to create a device for a household appliance and such a household appliance in which or in which the door can be simply and easily assembled and disassembled from the hinge.

This object is achieved by a device and a household appliance according to the independent claims.

A device according to the invention for a household appliance comprises a door with a plate-like base part on which a handle is arranged. The device also comprises a coupling device which is connected to the handle and by means of which the handle can be pivoted relative to the base part as a function of the movement of the door. The device also comprises a hinge which has two hinge parts connected relative to one another and with one another, via which the door on the household appliance can be pivoted. An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in the fact that a first hinge part of the hinge is non-destructively releasably connected to the door and the coupling device is non-destructively releasably connected to the first hinge part connected to the door. Such a configuration enables simple and user-friendly assembly and disassembly of the door from the hinge, even in the case of a configuration with a door handle that can be pivoted relative to the base part.

In particular, it is provided that the non-destructively releasable connection between the coupling device and the hinge part is automatically coupled, for example during assembly and thus when the components are joined together. This is particularly user-friendly and simple, since the two components are automatically mechanically coupled to one another in the assembled end position they have reached.

It is provided that the coupling device has a tab-like end piece which is coupled to the first hinge part. This enables a very targeted coupling. On the other hand, there is also freedom of movement and the The possibility of movement between the coupling device and the first hinge part is maximized and there is no undesirable waste of installation space.

Furthermore, it is provided that a receptacle is formed in the end piece, into which a coupling bolt arranged on the first hinge part engages in the state coupled to the first hinge part. Such a coupling design is very effective on the one hand and very direct with regard to the transmission of motion. Component tolerances and circumferential component chains that develop between the door handle and the first hinge part are avoided. Last but not least, such a coupling between a bolt and a receptacle is mechanically very stable, has a simple structure and is functionally reliable.

Furthermore, it is provided that a release element is movably arranged on the hinge, with which, depending on the movement, the end piece located in the coupled state with the first hinge part can be pushed away from the first hinge part. Here too, an automatic decoupling from the end piece with the hinge part is achieved by actuating the release element. This is particularly preferred if this release element automatically engages the release tab mechanically when moving, in particular turning, and by moving the release element further, this release tab and thus also the end piece bends away from the first hinge part, so that the decoupling between the end piece and the first hinge part, in particular with the coupling bolt, is reached. A particularly simple and user-friendly decoupling and thus dismantling is achieved.

It is preferably provided that this tab-like end piece is a sheet metal strip. As a result, it can be made very flat on the one hand and mechanically very stable on the other. On the one hand, an undesired loosening of the coupling can be avoided, on the other hand, a robust mechanical design can be provided which also functions reliably over the long term and is low-wear.

It is preferably provided that the end piece is elastically deformable. In particular, if the end piece is made, for example, of spring steel, it can be resiliently reversibly deformed in particular in a direction that is practically perpendicular on the broad surface side of this strip. This elastic deformability ensures easy handling and decoupling from the first hinge part, particularly during dismantling. This configuration of the elastic deformability of the end piece makes it possible that no further additional assembly components, such as screws or the like, are required in order to be able to connect the end piece to the first hinge part. Rather, this configuration of the end piece provides a component which, in the coupled state, automatically generates a certain coupling force with the first hinge part due to its shape and spring action, and this coupled state is then also automatically held. Since such a deformation is then also brought about by this elastic deformation possibility starting from the coupled state, decoupling and thus dismantling can also be achieved very easily. Here, too, no loosening of a screw connection or the like is necessary during dismantling, so that the dismantling state can also be reached more quickly. Last but not least, this also saves components with regard to the connection between the hinge part and the end piece.

It is preferably provided that the receptacle is an elongated hole in which the coupling bolt can be moved relative to the end piece as a function of the movement of the first hinge part. The advantages mentioned above are further enhanced. In addition, a certain movement guidance device for the coupling bolt is created by the elongated hole.

It is preferably provided that the receptacle is formed in a plate-like central part of the end piece. This enables a very flat design with regard to the lateral installation space and, on the other hand, a relatively large-area part of the end piece is selected as such a direct coupling point. The elongated hole can be designed and shaped in this plate-like central part in a situation-specific manner, so that the movement sequences and the transmission of forces to the individual components are improved.

It is preferably provided that the end piece is connected to a connecting device which is connected to the handle for moving it depending on the Movement of the door is connected. This connecting device can comprise a rigid guide part and / or a cable device. The end piece is therefore not directly connected to the door handle, but is coupled indirectly via this connecting device, so that here too a wide variety of door designs can be taken into account.

It is preferably provided that the end piece is arranged on the door in such a way that, when the door is connected to the first hinge part, it is automatically brought into engagement with the coupling bolt arranged on the first hinge part. The advantages already mentioned at the beginning are essential.

It is preferably provided that the end piece comprises an end part, which is inclined away from the first hinge part relative to a plate-like central part of the end piece, as a release tab. This design is particularly advantageous for dismantling and decoupling, since it allows easy mechanical contact with the release tab with its specific position relative to a central part in order to then also in particular resiliently deform and in particular move the end piece away from the first hinge part, in particular into a Direction perpendicular to a plate-like surface, in particular to this plate-like middle part, is reached. It is preferably provided that by rotating the release element, in particular about an axis of rotation in the direction of the pushing away of the end piece, a release hook of the release element engages behind the end piece, in particular an inclined end part of the end piece, between the end part and the first hinge part and during further rotation of the release element, the end piece is pushed away from the first hinge part and released, in particular the coupling bolt of the first hinge element is released from the receptacle in the end piece. In a particularly advantageous manner, it is provided that the first hinge part is a hinge sword and the second hinge part is a hinge base body or a hinge housing. In particular, the device is thus designed such that the door can be coupled to the hinge sword and the hinge housing or the hinge base body is arranged and fastened in a housing of the domestic appliance. In Fig. 1 a household appliance 1 designed as a cooking appliance, in particular an oven, is shown in a schematic representation. The household appliance 1 comprises a housing 1a in which a cooking space 2 is formed. The cooking space 2 is delimited by the walls of a muffle 3 which has a loading opening on the front. The cooking chamber 2 can be closed at the front by a door 4. In the exemplary embodiment, the door 4 is designed as a flap door and can be pivoted about a lower horizontal axis A relative to the housing 1a. The door 4 is attached to the housing 1 a via hinges 5 and 6. The hinge 5 comprises a hinge sword 5a designed as a first hinge part, which is connected to the door 4, in particular a plate-like base part 4a of the door 4, which has door panes and possibly door profiles. The hinge 5 also includes a hinge base body 5b or a hinge housing which is rotatable relative to the hinge blade 5a and is connected to it. The hinge base body 5b is fastened in the housing 1a. The household appliance 1 comprises an operating device 8, which is shown schematically and by way of example both in terms of position and in terms of configuration. The operating device 8 includes a display unit 9 and operating elements 10 and 11. In addition, the household appliance 1 also includes, by way of example, cooking zones 12, 13, 14 and 15, the number and position of which are to be understood here as being schematic and not exhaustive.

A handle 17 is arranged on an outer side 16 of the plate-like base part 4a of the door 4. The handle 17 can be moved relative to the plate-like base part 4a, in particular pivotable about a horizontal axis B. Starting from the closed state of the door 4, in which the handle 17 is then also in its basic position, this can be gripped and when the door 4 is opened and thus pivoted about the axis A, the handle 17 can pivot about the axis B. Even in the fully open state of the door 4, which is then oriented essentially horizontally and is thus quasi in the xy plane, a user can grip the door handle 4, which is then pivoted by 90 °, on the front.

It is thus made possible for the handle 17 to be pivoted automatically as a function of the movement of the door 4. For this purpose, a device 18 is provided with which the handle 17 is coupled to the hinge 5.

In the embodiment of the household appliance 1, it is provided that the door 4 can be completely removed from the hinge blade 5a in a non-destructive manner and reversibly and thus decoupled or dismantled. For this purpose, it is also provided that the coupling device 18, which is connected to the hinge 5, can accordingly be reversibly decoupled in a non-destructive manner. For this purpose, as shown in Fig. 2 14, which is a perspective enlarged detail view I of FIG Fig. 1 shows, it is provided that the coupling device 18 is non-destructively releasably connected to the hinge blade 5a and the hinge 5 is non-destructively releasably connected to the door 4.

In Fig. 2 the position state is shown in which the door 4 is completely closed, so that the hinge blade 5a is oriented essentially perpendicular to the hinge base body 5b. The hinge blade 5a is rotatable about the pivot pin 5c relative to the hinge base body 5b fixed on the housing 1a. The axis of rotation A is also implemented by the bolt 5c.

A coupling bolt 19 is arranged on the hinge blade 5a. The coupling device 18 comprises an end piece 20 which is designed as a tab-like end piece which is coupled to the hinge sword 5a. The end piece 20 is a sheet metal strip which is formed from spring steel. It comprises a plate-like central part 21, on which an end part 22 is formed in one piece at the bottom. The end part 22 is designed as a release tab and is inclined at an angle to the middle part 21, namely in a direction obliquely downward and oriented away from the hinge sword 5a.

In the middle part 21, a receptacle designed as a continuous opening is also configured, which is an elongated hole 23 in the exemplary embodiment. The coupling bolt 19 extends through this elongated hole 23 in the coupled state. The middle part 21 goes on the opposite side of the end part 22 in a slightly wound Connecting strip 24, which is connected to a connecting device 25. The connecting device 25 can comprise a rigid guide part and / or a cable device and is connected to the door handle 17.

In Fig. 2 shows the coupled state of the coupling device 18 with the hinge sword 5a. The spring action of the end piece 20 automatically presses it against the hinge sword 5a.

A release element 26 is arranged on the hinge 5, in particular the hinge blade 5a. How to do this in Fig. 3 which shows an enlarged illustration of a partial section of the illustration in Fig. 2 shows, can be seen, the release element 26 comprises a securing element 27. The entire release element 26 is rotatable about an axis C, which is perpendicular to the wide and large surface of the hinge blade 5a and is in particular oriented parallel to the axis A, rotatable. The release element 26 is thus also rotatable about an axis C which is essentially perpendicular to the large surface of the central part 21.

The release element 26 comprises a release hook 26a, which is designed as a plate-like strip and adjoins a base part 26b, which is designed like a plate, and is positioned inclined thereto. In contrast, the inclination of the plate-like release hook 26a, which is designed as a substantially strip-shaped flat plate, is oriented away from the hinge blade 5a. When the release element 26 rotates about the axis C, the release hook 26a is brought up to a rear side 22a of the end part 22 and upon further rotation, due to the position and orientation of the release hook 26a and the position and orientation of the end part 22, it is elastically pushed away from the hinge blade 5a in the direction of the axis C by correspondingly generated lifting forces and thus also a decoupling of the coupling pin 19 from the elongated hole 23 is achieved. In this decoupled end position then reached, the end piece 20 is held in the decoupled state against its spring action and the door 4 can be lifted off or removed from the hinge 5a. In this case, the end piece 20 brushes past the coupling bolt 19 without the latter protruding into the elongated hole 23 or snapping into it again.

Starting from this decoupled state, an automatic coupling can then be generated when the door 4 is mounted on the hinge 5, since the mechanical stability in the configuration of the end piece 20 allows it to be guided along the hinge sword 5 almost automatically and the coupling bolt 19 then snaps into place the elongated hole 23 takes place automatically when the door 4 is coupled to the hinge 5 in the final state.

Claims (12)

1.
