Claims (11)
- Douille de câble coaxial (100) comprenant :- un boîtier de connecteur enfichable (1) comportant un perçage (3) côté câble destiné à recevoir l'extrémité du conducteur externe (31) d'un câble coaxial (30) et un perçage (5) côté connecteur destiné à recevoir un support en matériau isolant (10),- un conducteur interne de connecteur enfichable (20) comportant un perçage côté câble (21) destiné à recevoir le conducteur interne (32) du câble coaxial (30), le conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (32) étant reçu par un perçage de conducteur interne (11) du support en matériau isolant (10), et- un perçage traversant (4) reliant le perçage côté câble (3) du boîtier de connecteur enfichable (1) avec le perçage côté connecteur (5),caractérisée en ce que
la paroi (22) du perçage côté câble (21) du conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20) comprenant au moins un perçage de réception de brasure radial (23) destiné à recevoir un dépôt de brasure (24),
un dépôt de brasure (24) destiné à être fondu pour permettre une liaison électriquement conductrice du conducteur interne (32) du câble coaxial (20) avec le conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (30) est maintenu dans le perçage de réception de brasure radial (23). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que

la paroi (22) du perçage côté câble (21) du conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20) comporte au moins deux ou quatre perçages de réception de brasure (23) radiaux respectivement diamétralement opposés destinés à recevoir chacun un dépôt de brasure (24). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le perçage traversant (4) du boîtier du connecteur enfichable (1) a un diamètre correspondant au perçage du conducteur interne (11) du support en matériau isolant (10). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la face frontale côté câble (25) du conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20) est décalée vers l'intérieur dans le perçage du conducteur interne (11) du support en matériau isolant (10) par rapport à la face frontale côté câble (12) de celui-ci d'une valeur (a) prédéfinie. - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à la revendication 5,
caractérisée en ce que
la somme de la valeur (b) de la longueur axiale du perçage traversant (4) et de la valeur prédéfinie (a) a une valeur (a+b) qui correspond à l'impédance souhaitée entre le conducteur externe (31) du câble coaxial (30) et le conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le perçage côté câble (3) du boîtier du connecteur enfichable (1) a un diamètre supérieur au perçage traversant (4). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20) comporte un segment de réception (20a) reçu par le support en matériau isolant (10) qui passe par un épaulement décalé (26) dans un segment de réception du conducteur interne (20b), l'épaulement (26) s'appuyant sur le support en matériau isolant (10). - Douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le perçage côté câble (3) du boîtier du connecteur enfichable (1) est réalisé pour recevoir un dépôt de brasure (6). - Procédé d'obtention d'une liaison par brasure du conducteur interne (32) d'un câble coaxial (30) avec le conducteur interne d'un connecteur enfichable (20) d'une douille de câble coaxial (100) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que- dans une première étape un dépôt de brasure (24) est introduit dans au moins un perçage de réception de brasure (23),- dans une seconde étape le conducteur interne (32) du câble coaxial (30) est logé dans le perçage côté câble (21) de la douille du câble coaxial (100), eten chauffant le dépôt de brasure (24) une liaison par brassage du conducteur interne (32) du câble coaxial (30) et du conducteur interne du connecteur enfichable (20) est obtenue. - Procédé conforme à la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce que
dans une première étape du fil de brasure (40) est introduit dans deux perçages de réception de brasure (23) diamétralement opposés puis, le fil de brasure (40) dépassant des perçages de réception de brasure (23) est cisaillé au moyen d'un poinçon de cisaillement adapté (50).
