Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame profile for attachment to a longitudinal profile according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the US 8,875,596 discloses a frame profile having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is that the construction and dismantling of fair walls are relatively expensive and the applications associated with design options are very limited.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is also that the construction and dismantling of walls in space-in-space systems are complex, relatively expensive and also useful applications in design diversity are very limited.
- the devices known from the prior art meet today's, claims only in approach. This especially in terms of comfort through maximum flexibility for rapid redesign with the simplest handling without the need for specialized personnel.
- the devices known from the prior art also do not do justice to modern design requirements.
- the object of the invention is to provide a frame profile which, in conjunction with the longitudinal profiles known from the prior art, enables the user to meet different needs for comfort and design.
- the walls which can be used for the frame profile should also be suitable for medium to long-term use in open-plan offices.
- the invention should make it possible that the construction of room-in-room systems and stands can be done easily by non-professionals.
- the invention provides a frame profile for attachment to a longitudinal profile.
- the frame profile should advantageously be designed so that it can be attached to conventional longitudinal profiles, as they are already common and widely used in the prior art.
- the advantage of the invention is that by the frame profile over the width of the longitudinal profile protruding wall element can be created.
- the frame profile should advantageously provide a basic element, with which the user can react flexibly to his various requirements.
- the frame profile is preferably made of a metal.
- the frame profile can also be made of plastic. In this context, it is rather remarkable that the technical requirements placed on the frame profile can be borne by the material. For this purpose, the expert from a variety of metal or plastic elements make a corresponding selection.
- the frame profile is usually made of a metal base element. Also with regard to the longitudinal profile of the statements apply to the materials of the frame profile.
- the longitudinal profile has a groove. This groove is used for simple and advantageous attachment of walls in, for example, exhibition stands and / or room-in-room systems. As a rule, a longitudinal profile has four grooves. This is to ensure that up to four walls can be introduced in a star shape projecting from each other. Ultimately, however, only one groove can be present.
- longitudinal profiles with more than four grooves are known. On the number of grooves in the longitudinal profile and the exact design of the longitudinal profile it should not arrive here. Rather, it is important that the frame profile can interact with the groove of the longitudinal profile. This means in more detail that a detachable connection can be produced which does not entail material impairments for the frame profile or for the longitudinal profile.
- An advantage of the longitudinal profile is the fact that it is already in use and known. The user of the frame profile can therefore fall back on already in his warehouse objects to improve his offer to his customers.
- the frame profile on a base support and a guide nose is usually designed as an elongated plate.
- a guide nose can then be formed on the base support.
- This guide nose is to serve the connection of the frame profile with the longitudinal profile.
- the guide nose of the frame profile is introduced into the groove of the longitudinal profile.
- This connection should be resolvable without material impairments.
- the basic carrier should be at least one channel pronounced. This channel should preferably be formed decentralized to the centrally mounted guide nose. This means in detail that the guide nose is on the one hand formed centrally on the base support and the gutter on the other hand is arranged offset to the base support to the guide nose.
- two stops in the inner region of the channel are arranged such that a subdivision of the interior takes place.
- the second stop is tilted by 90 ° to the first stop attached.
- the stops divide the interior of the channel in such a way that they protrude into the interior.
- the advantage here is the fact that different wall thicknesses of walls can be absorbed by the division of the interior of the channel.
- Thin wall in this case means a wall which has a thickness of preferably 2 mm to 4 mm, more preferably 3 mm.
- the channel is designed by the interaction of the outer wall and the two stops in such a way that a middle wall can be used.
- the middle wall is clamped by the end faces of the stops and the outer wall.
- a middle wall has a thickness between 4 mm and 8 mm, more preferably 6 mm.
- a thick wall is preferably between 8 mm and 15 mm, more preferably between 9 mm and 12 mm, most preferably 10 mm thick.
- Thickness is here denotes the wall thickness of a wall. The advantage here is the most flexible possible use of one and the same channel for different wall thicknesses of walls. Wall thicknesses are also called wall thicknesses. Both terms essentially describe the existing thin, medium and thick walls.
- First and foremost in the invention is the possibility of receiving different wall thicknesses of walls in one and the same channel.
- An advantage of the channel is the fact that a simple way to connect walls with different wall thicknesses is provided with a longitudinal profile.
- a groove is preferably provided on the base support. This groove serves to hold a fabric wall.
- the groove preferably runs parallel to the channel bottom of the channel.
- the groove is constructed so that a Flachkeder, which is formed as part of the fabric wall, can be introduced.
- the material, the size and the color scheme of the fabric wall should not be limited. Rather, it is within the scope of selection by the skilled person to ensure that the fabric wall meets the requirements of the user and has a sufficient life.
- the fabric wall is used for easy and quick sheathing, a wall introduced into the gutter.
- the flat piping is preferably made of silicone or another plastic. Ultimately, however, it does not depend on the selection of different materials, as long as the requirements for use within the inventive concept can be taken into account. This means in detail that the flat piping must be designed such that it can be pushed into the groove easily without it then slides out of the groove again. It should therefore ensure a quick and easy connection of the fabric wall with the frame profile.
- an aperture is preferably integrally formed on the base support.
- two apertures may be provided.
- the aperture serves, for example, to achieve a visually appealing conclusion between the frame profile and the longitudinal profile.
- the diaphragm extends from an edge of the base carrier on the same side as the guide lug away from the channel.
- the length of the aperture is about the same length or one and a half or twice as long as the guide nose compared to the guide nose. It extends substantially equal to the depth of the groove of the longitudinal profile.
- the frame profile on a second channel is a second channel.
- the two grooves are each formed on the end side of the length of the base support.
- an intermediate space is created over the length of the base support, which is suitable for insulating materials.
- This gap can then be reduced again by introducing walls into the gutters.
- insulating elements come a variety of materials into consideration. For example, it should be mentioned that polystyrene, for example, is excellently suitable for insulating heat or cold. Finally, special insulation elements can be used to absorb noise and noise.
- the second channel serves the simpler and advantageous embodiment of a wall with additionally created Gap. In this case, the user essentially determines the width of the intermediate space for accommodating insulating elements by the length of the basic carrier.
- the intermediate space does not necessarily have to be used to accommodate insulating elements.
- an attachment of heating or cooling elements can be provided. But it is also possible to introduce lighting elements in this space. As a result, so far not considered possible advertising measures for exhibition stands are possible.
- a frame profile has a groove.
- This groove is integrated in the basic carrier.
- the groove serves to receive cross connectors, which can project at right angles from the frame profile to stabilize the wall. This allows a subdivision of the wall. This is necessary especially for long walls depending on the material used.
- the cross connectors are used with known from the prior art turnbuckles with Sp DrSONgen in the groove. Subsequently, with the aid of a screw element integrated in the transverse connector, the spreading forceps are firmly attached to the groove so that the transverse connector is firmly connected at the end to the frame profile.
- the attachment of the groove approximately centrally at the same height of the guide lug leads to the fact that the cross connectors are also within the intermediate space and thus covered by the walls or the fabric wall.
- the groove is formed approximately at the same height to the guide nose on the other hand, the base support.
- the groove is located approximately in the middle between the two Gutters. This is not mandatory, but preferred.
- it is focused on a shell profile according to the invention.
- This jacket profile also serves to attach to a longitudinal profile.
- the jacket profile has a receptacle.
- This receptacle serves to cooperate with the guide nose of the inventive frame profile.
- the jacket profile is an adapter which newly adapts the groove of the longitudinal profile by 90 °. As a result, it is advantageously possible for the user to attach a further frame profile to the receptacle as in the first frame profile.
- the guide nose should also be able to enter into a positive connection with a piping rail, so that a solid connection is formed.
- the guide nose should also be executable as a piping rail. This piping rail should in particular be shaped to match a piping groove.
- the contact surface of the casing profile is referred to, which is connectable to a frame profile.
- the inner surface of the casing profile is considered the contact surface, which is connectable to a longitudinal profile.

Longitudinal profiles with grooves are known from the prior art, which are used as corner columns of exhibition walls. For this purpose, the fair walls are inserted into the groove. However, the fair walls thus obtained do not regularly provide sufficient insulation or are associated with disproportionate effort. As a rule, these are simple plastic sheets or fabric walls, which are connected directly to the corner pillars. The so-called corner columns are referred to in the further course of the patent application as longitudinal profiles. From the state of Technology is not a combination of fabric and fixed walls, especially known with different wall thickness.
A disadvantage of the prior art is that the construction and dismantling of fair walls are relatively expensive and the applications associated with design options are very limited. A disadvantage of the prior art is also that the construction and dismantling of walls in space-in-space systems are complex, relatively expensive and also useful applications in design diversity are very limited. In addition, the devices known from the prior art meet today's, claims only in approach. This especially in terms of comfort through maximum flexibility for rapid redesign with the simplest handling without the need for specialized personnel. In addition, the devices known from the prior art also do not do justice to modern design requirements.
The object of the invention is to provide a frame profile which, in conjunction with the longitudinal profiles known from the prior art, enables the user to meet different needs for comfort and design. Here is the simplest possible design and the use of a modular principle lead to that can be addressed with as few basic elements as possible to all needs of users. In particular, the walls which can be used for the frame profile should also be suitable for medium to long-term use in open-plan offices. In addition, the invention should make it possible that the construction of room-in-room systems and stands can be done easily by non-professionals.
To achieve the object of the characterizing part of claim 1 and the independent claims.
Furthermore, the frame profile on a base support and a guide nose. The base support is usually designed as an elongated plate. On the one hand, a guide nose can then be formed on the base support. This guide nose is to serve the connection of the frame profile with the longitudinal profile. For this purpose, the guide nose of the frame profile is introduced into the groove of the longitudinal profile. This connection should be resolvable without material impairments. On the other hand, the basic carrier should be at least one channel pronounced. This channel should preferably be formed decentralized to the centrally mounted guide nose. This means in detail that the guide nose is on the one hand formed centrally on the base support and the gutter on the other hand is arranged offset to the base support to the guide nose.
This advantageously ensures that the base support in interaction with the guide nose and the channel a displacement of a wall element of the hitherto centrally mounted in the groove of the longitudinal profile wall now decentric, depending on the expression, length, shape or width of the base support is formed decentrally to the guide lug.
According to the invention two stops in the inner region of the channel are arranged such that a subdivision of the interior takes place.
For this purpose, the second stop is tilted by 90 ° to the first stop attached. As a rule, this means that the second stop is formed on an outer wall or inner wall of the channel. The stops divide the interior of the channel in such a way that they protrude into the interior.
The advantage here is the fact that different wall thicknesses of walls can be absorbed by the division of the interior of the channel. For example, it is possible to use a thin wall between the outer wall of the channel and the first stop, which forms on a base element. Thin wall in this case means a wall which has a thickness of preferably 2 mm to 4 mm, more preferably 3 mm. Next, the channel is designed by the interaction of the outer wall and the two stops in such a way that a middle wall can be used. For this purpose, the middle wall is clamped by the end faces of the stops and the outer wall. Preferably, a middle wall has a thickness between 4 mm and 8 mm, more preferably 6 mm. Finally, by the second stop, which protrudes at a 90 ° angle from the inner wall or outer wall and is outside the sphere of influence of the first stop, represent a support for a thick wall, which then exploits the entire width of the channel. A thick wall is preferably between 8 mm and 15 mm, more preferably between 9 mm and 12 mm, most preferably 10 mm thick. Thickness is here denotes the wall thickness of a wall. The advantage here is the most flexible possible use of one and the same channel for different wall thicknesses of walls. Wall thicknesses are also called wall thicknesses. Both terms essentially describe the existing thin, medium and thick walls.
First and foremost in the invention is the possibility of receiving different wall thicknesses of walls in one and the same channel. An advantage of the channel is the fact that a simple way to connect walls with different wall thicknesses is provided with a longitudinal profile.
Furthermore, a groove is preferably provided on the base support. This groove serves to hold a fabric wall. The groove preferably runs parallel to the channel bottom of the channel. The groove is constructed so that a Flachkeder, which is formed as part of the fabric wall, can be introduced.
The material, the size and the color scheme of the fabric wall should not be limited. Rather, it is within the scope of selection by the skilled person to ensure that the fabric wall meets the requirements of the user and has a sufficient life. The fabric wall is used for easy and quick sheathing, a wall introduced into the gutter. The flat piping is preferably made of silicone or another plastic.
In addition, an aperture is preferably integrally formed on the base support. In another preferred embodiment, two apertures may be provided. But particularly preferred is the embodiment of a panel on the base support. The aperture serves, for example, to achieve a visually appealing conclusion between the frame profile and the longitudinal profile. For this purpose, the diaphragm extends from an edge of the base carrier on the same side as the guide lug away from the channel. The length of the aperture is about the same length or one and a half or twice as long as the guide nose compared to the guide nose. It extends substantially equal to the depth of the groove of the longitudinal profile. An advantage of the panel is also that when attaching a further frame profile with a jacket profile, the further frame profile can be supported on the panel of the first frame profile. This allows the user an even greater broadening of a gap between two walls. In a preferred embodiment, the frame profile on a second channel. Preferably, the two grooves are each formed on the end side of the length of the base support. As a result, an intermediate space is created over the length of the base support, which is suitable for insulating materials. This gap can then be reduced again by introducing walls into the gutters. But it is also possible that only on both sides of a fabric wall by interaction of the flat spring and the groove forms a gap. In such a case, then it would not be on the channel for receiving walls. It is ultimately also encompassed by the idea of the invention that, for example, by the attachment of fabric walls, a gap is created, which is usable with insulation elements. As insulating elements come a variety of materials into consideration. For example, it should be mentioned that polystyrene, for example, is excellently suitable for insulating heat or cold. Finally, special insulation elements can be used to absorb noise and noise. The second channel serves the simpler and advantageous embodiment of a wall with additionally created Gap. In this case, the user essentially determines the width of the intermediate space for accommodating insulating elements by the length of the basic carrier. The intermediate space does not necessarily have to be used to accommodate insulating elements. Preferably, an attachment of heating or cooling elements can be provided. But it is also possible to introduce lighting elements in this space. As a result, so far not considered possible advertising measures for exhibition stands are possible. This means, in particular, that between the different types of walls made of a solid material or fabric walls such as projectors or speakers may be appropriate, which then project corresponding advertising messages from the space between the walls to the outer surface. A combination of the insulating elements with lighting or the like. Within one and the same wall is possible. A very flexible use of this resulting gap is advantageous.
Another preferred embodiment of a frame profile has a groove. This groove is integrated in the basic carrier. The groove serves to receive cross connectors, which can project at right angles from the frame profile to stabilize the wall. This allows a subdivision of the wall. This is necessary especially for long walls depending on the material used. The cross connectors are used with known from the prior art turnbuckles with Spreizzangen in the groove. Subsequently, with the aid of a screw element integrated in the transverse connector, the spreading forceps are firmly attached to the groove so that the transverse connector is firmly connected at the end to the frame profile. Advantageously, the attachment of the groove approximately centrally at the same height of the guide lug leads to the fact that the cross connectors are also within the intermediate space and thus covered by the walls or the fabric wall. In this way, another appealing design is achieved. The groove is formed approximately at the same height to the guide nose on the other hand, the base support. When using two gutters per basic carrier, the groove is located approximately in the middle between the two Gutters. This is not mandatory, but preferred. In addition, it is focused on a shell profile according to the invention. This jacket profile also serves to attach to a longitudinal profile. For this purpose, the jacket profile has a receptacle. This receptacle serves to cooperate with the guide nose of the inventive frame profile. Finally, the jacket profile is an adapter which newly adapts the groove of the longitudinal profile by 90 °. As a result, it is advantageously possible for the user to attach a further frame profile to the receptacle as in the first frame profile.
In another location preferred embodiment, the guide nose should also be able to enter into a positive connection with a piping rail, so that a solid connection is formed. The guide nose should also be executable as a piping rail. This piping rail should in particular be shaped to match a piping groove.
As an outer surface of the casing profile, the contact surface of the casing profile is referred to, which is connectable to a frame profile. The inner surface of the casing profile is considered the contact surface, which is connectable to a longitudinal profile.
