Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting table, which can be used in particular on construction sites.
  • the US 2009/0145338 A1 shows a mounting table with a worktop to which on one side two legs and opposite a tool container are pivotally mounted.
  • the worktop does not touch the ground in the transport state, ie the table stands exclusively on the container.
  • the US 2005/0035517 A1 discloses a workbench with legs pivotally mounted on a countertop which intersect in an X-shape and are pivotally and slidably coupled together in a hinge.
  • the US 4,191,111 discloses a worktable with four legs (individually) foldable into a cavity at the bottom of the table top. In the erected state, the legs of a pair of legs are braced against each other and against the table top with inclined supports. A direct coupling of all four legs with each other does not take place.
  • the GB 2 356 597 A describes a multi-part workbench with a main beam, which stands on two A-shaped leg pairs with height-adjustable feet.
  • the pairs of legs are coupled together by a rod and against the underside of a support element pivotable.
  • An optional attachment table also has two height-adjustable pairs of legs.
  • the DE 26 17 800 describes a collapsible work table with two pivoting leg pairs, which are connectable at its lower end via two tie rods connectable centrally under the table.
  • the clamping pressure can be varied via an adjusting screw in the coupling region of the tie rods, the pairs of legs are pressed against attacks of the table top. When folded, the pairs of legs should be locked by holders on the table top.
  • the invention had the object of providing an easy to handle assembly table, which has sufficient stability and on the other hand can be easily transported.
  • the two carriers mentioned should be adjustable between a “build-up state” (the support or the mounting table), in which they protrude from the work support (substantially perpendicular) and carry them, as well as a “transport state” (the carrier or the mounting table ), in which they are attached to the working document.
  • the assembly table can be compactly compacted when not in use so that it can be easily transported and stored in a space-saving manner.
  • the two carriers - except on the work surface - are not mechanically coupled to each other during their pivoting movement.
  • the described assembly table whose support are arranged or their swivel range is designed so that the mounting table in the transport state on the work support on the one hand and the first carrier on the other hand (stable) can stand (with substantially vertically extending work support).
  • the work support and the first support together provide support points for a stable state of the assembly table in its folded transport state.
  • the feet of the first carrier which have ground contact in the body condition, also form the bases in the transport state.
  • the second carrier can be designed so that the mounting table in the transport state can stand on him and the work surface.
  • the support points of the two carriers can be arranged so that the assembly table in the transport state can simultaneously stand on them all (as well as the work support).
  • the work support may therefore optionally have a stop for the first carrier, through which an enlarged footprint is generated in the transport state. This is achieved, for example, in that the stop prevents too tight a contact of the first carrier against the mounting surface.
  • the assembly table at least one of the carrier (preferably the first carrier) at least one wheel rotatably arranged so that it has no ground contact when standing of the assembly table in the body condition.
  • the assembly table is stable in the body state on immobile foot points of the wearer.
  • a ground contact of the wheel can be made quickly, so that the table can be moved in a convenient way to another location.
  • the assembly table is designed so that it can stand on the work support and the first support in the folded transport state
  • said at least one wheel is advantageously arranged on the first support so that it has no ground contact when standing in the transport state.
  • the assembly table can be stably parked on immovable bases of the work surface and the first carrier even in the folded transport state.
  • the transport state that can be made by a change in position, such as a slight tilting of the mounting table, ground contact of the wheel to make the mounting table mobile.
  • the first and the second carrier of the mounting table are in the state of construction advantageously via a clamping device coupled to give the table sufficient stability.
  • the tensioning device can, for example include one or more rods, which connect the foot portions of the carrier together. As a rule, the pivotability of the carrier is temporarily canceled by the tensioning device.
  • the above-mentioned tensioning device (or at least a part thereof) preferably serves in the transport state of the assembly table as a handle on which the assembly table can be grasped and with which it can be moved.
  • a handle is particularly desirable in connection with embodiments in which the assembly table is mobile by the presence of (at least) one wheel.
  • the use of the clamping device for coupling the carrier in the body state or as a handle in the transport state has the advantage that weight is saved by the use of a part in a dual function on the one hand.
  • properties of the clamping device such as, for example, a stable and typically movable mounting on a carrier, also represent advantageous properties of a handle.
  • this preferably contains (at least) two sections, of which the first is attached to the first carrier and the second to the second carrier.
  • these sections are pivotally mounted on the carriers so that they can be pivoted when not in use in a non-standing position.
  • One of these sections may further constitute the above-mentioned handle.
  • the first section can optionally have a displaceably movable mandrel, which engages in the structural state in a corresponding recess of the second section.
  • a stable coupling can be produced, which almost snaps in by itself when setting up.
  • the first and the second carrier are pivoted from the build-up state in which they protrude from the work support into the transport state in which they bear against the work support.
  • these pivoting movements are not completely free or independent of each other, but rather they take place in a common pivot space such that the last pivoted carrier limits the free pivoting of the already transferred in the transport state carrier. This has the advantage that unintentional unfolding of the first pivoted carrier is prevented back into the set position by the last pivoted carrier.
  • the carrier is fixed in the transport state by a self-locking of the carrier without further fixing means (such as Velcro straps, snap locks or the like).
  • the assembly table includes a readjustment device with which the end position of the first carrier and / or the second carrier (in relation to the work support) reached in the setup state can be adjusted.
  • a readjustment device with which the end position of the first carrier and / or the second carrier (in relation to the work support) reached in the setup state can be adjusted.
  • the readjusting device may contain an adjusting screw against which the carrier in question in the build-up state (indirectly or directly) strikes, the exact stop position can be adjusted by turning the screw.
  • the abutment will be done indirectly, for example, by providing a stop plate between the carrier and the adjusting screw, which has sufficient strength to absorb the resulting high forces.
  • first carrier or the second carrier can vary within wide limits.
  • the carrier could be formed as solid plates.
  • first carrier and / or the second carrier comprises two legs extending substantially parallel (i.e., at an angle, which is typically less than 30 °) which are pivotally mounted to the work pad and are typically rod-shaped.
  • the above-mentioned legs of a single carrier can, in principle, be movable independently of one another. Preferably, however, they are coupled to each other via at least one crossbar, so that they kinematically form a rigid unit.
  • the crossbar is typically located near the feet of the legs to achieve the highest possible stability.
  • both the first and the second carrier each contain legs
  • the distance of these legs within a carrier is preferably selected so that the legs of the first carrier in the transport state between the legs of the second carrier can lie or vice versa.
  • the dimensioning of the wheels 115 is chosen so that they have no ground contact when standing in the body condition, but the mounting table 100 instead stands on the foot of the legs 111. By slightly lifting the wheels 115 opposite side of the mounting table, however, a ground contact of the wheels 115 can be made quickly, so that the assembled mounting table can be easily moved.
  • the clamping device which connects the two pivotable supports 110 and 120 and presses them taut or under elastic tension against their attacks apart.
  • the clamping device contains the already mentioned sections 114 and 124, which are pivotally mounted on the first carrier 110 and the second carrier 120. In the state of construction, these sections are characterized by the in FIGS. 9 and 10 closer locking mechanism coupled together.
  • the latching mechanism includes a mandrel 141, which is mounted displaceably movable in the formed as a (square) tube first portion 114.
  • the mandrel 141 is pushed out of the section 114 by a spring 142, its mobility being limited by a lever or pin 143 projecting outwardly through a slot in the section 114.
  • the pin 143 also serves as a point of engagement over which the mandrel can be manually drawn into the tube 114 when the coupling to the other portion 124 is to be released.
  • the outwardly projecting portion of the mandrel 141 engages the tube opening of the opposite portion 124 and thus connects the two tubes 114 and 124 of the tensioning device.
  • FIG. 3-5 show successive stages in the folding of the assembly table 100.
  • the folding begins as described with the retraction of the mandrel 141 of the clamping device, so that as in FIG. 3 shown the two sections 114 and 124 of the clamping device can be decoupled.
  • the second carrier 120 is then pivoted toward the work base 110 until it rests against the work support 110.
  • the associated portion 124 of the clamping device with the handle 125 is thereby guided between the legs of the first carrier in a protruding from the mounting table position.
  • the outer distance between the legs 121 of the second carrier 120 is less than the inner distance between the legs 111 of the first carrier 110.
  • FIG. 5 the portion 114 of the clamping device of the first carrier 110 is then brought into abutment against the central cross bar 112, and the entire first carrier is pivoted to the working surface (arrow).
  • the collapsing of the mounting table 100 is thus already finished, without a special fixation of the carrier would be necessary to the work pad (of course, this can optionally be done anyway).
  • the reason for this is from the representations of the folded transport state in the FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 recognizable.
  • the figures show, on the one hand, that the folded assembly table 100 can stand upright stably, resting on the one hand on an edge of the work support 130 (preferably a protruding frame part 132) and on the other hand on the foot points of the work table Legs 111 of the first carrier 110 is supported.
  • two stops 133 are provided on the working pad 130, against which the legs 111 of the first carrier 110.
  • the clamping screw 135 contacting opposite free end of the stop plate 134 is contacted in the assembled state of the mounting table by a leg 111 of the first carrier, which is rotatably mounted about the pivot point D1.
