- the cyclic oxidation resistance is higher when the crystal grain size number is 6 or more compared with the cases of less than 6 in any of the steel species and a remarkable improving effect is obtained, particularly, in the case of the grain size number of 7 or more and, further, 9 or more. That is, the cyclic oxidation resistance can be improved in the steels that satisfy the range of composition of the invention, and the effect can be increased further by controlling the crystal grain size, and excellent cyclic oxidation resistance can be obtained stably.

Claims (2)
- Hitzebeständiger austenitischer Edelstahl mit ausgezeichneter cyclischer Oxidationsbeständigkeit, bestehend aus jeweils C: 0,05 bis 0,2% (Massen% für die chemische Zusammensetzung hier und im Folgenden), Si: 0,1 bis 1%, Mn: 0,1 bis 2,5%, Cu: 1 bis 4%, Ni: 7 bis 12%, Cr: 16 bis 20%, Nb: 0,1 bis 0,6%, Zr: 0,05 bis 0,4%, Ce: 0,005 bis 0,1%, Ti: 0,1 bis 0,6%, B: 0,0005 bis 0,005%, N; 0,001 bis 0,15%, S: 0,005% oder weniger (nicht einschließend 0%), P: 0,05% oder weniger (nicht einschließend 0%), gegebenenfalls Mo: 3% oder weniger, gegebenenfalls W: 5% oder weniger, gegebenenfalls Ca: 0,005% oder weniger und gegebenenfalls Mg: 0,005% öder weniger, wobei der Rest Eisen und unvermeidbare Verunreinigungen sind.
- Hitzebeständiger austenitischer Edelstahl nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kristallkorngrößenzahl einer Mikrostruktur 6 oder mehr und weniger als 12 im Sinne von ASTM Korngrößenzahl ist.
