- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) pour la production d'un jet profilé de peinture, comprenant une buse à peinture positionnée dans une fente annulaire (23), dans lequel la buse à peinture (21) comprend une aiguille (7) avec une tête d'aiguille (16) ainsi qu'un orifice de sortie de peinture (17), dans lequel la tête d'aiguille (16) est déplaçable par rapport à l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) sur un axe longitudinal (27) de l'aiguille (7) pour la commande d'une soupape à aiguille formée par l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) et la tête d'aiguille (16) et dans lequel la tête d'aiguille (16) dans une position fermée de la buse à peinture (21) s'engage par emboîtement dans l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (27), caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) peut tourner de concert avec la tête d'aiguille (16) autour de l'axe longitudinal (27), afin de faire tourner le jet profilé de peinture dans l'espace en ce qui concerne son orientation par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (27) pour une orientation inchangée du pulvérisateur de peinture.
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'aiguille (7) est réalisée sous la forme d'une aiguille rigide à la torsion (7), dans lequel l'aiguille (7) est assemblée à un étrier d'aiguille (4, 5) par des faces de pression disposées sur l'aiguille (7) et sur l'étrier d'aiguille (4, 5), de telle manière que l'aiguille (7) puisse tourner d'au moins 90° autour de l'axe longitudinal (27) tout en évitant une force de torsion agissant de façon durable sur l'étrier d'aiguille (4, 5).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de couplage, en particulier une tige de couplage (72) de l'étrier d'aiguille (4, 5), traverse avec du jeu un passage (44) dans l'aiguille (7) ou en ce qu'un moyen de couplage de l'étrier d'aiguille (4, 5) s'applique sur un élargissement radial ou sur un étranglement radial de l'aiguille (7) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (27).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'aiguille (7) comprend une première partie d'aiguille (75), sur laquelle la tête d'aiguille (16) est formée, et en ce que l'aiguille comprend au moins une deuxième partie d'aiguille (76), qui est en liaison avec un étrier d'aiguille, dans lequel la première et la deuxième parties d'aiguille peuvent tourner l'une par rapport à l'autre par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (27), dans lequel la première partie d'aiguille (75) tourne autour de l'axe longitudinal (27) lors du déplacement du jet profilé de peinture de concert avec l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) et dans lequel la deuxième partie d'aiguille (76) est couplée à l'étrier d'aiguille dans une position rotative restant la même lors du déplacement du jet profilé de peinture tout en évitant une rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (27).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que- le pulvérisateur de peinture comprend une tête de pulvérisation (20), dans lequel la tête de pulvérisation (20) comprend un écrou-raccord (11) et un actionneur rotatif (12),- dans lequel l'actionneur rotatif (12) est monté de façon rotative sur ou sous l'écrou-raccord (11), avec lequel l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) est fixé à un corps (2) du pulvérisateur de peinture (1),- dans lequel l'actionneur rotatif (12) comprend au moins un élément d'entraînement (13), au moyen duquel la fente annulaire (23) formée dans une coiffe à air (10) et l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) formé sur une coulisse à air tournent autour de l'axe longitudinal (27) lors d'une rotation de l'actionneur rotatif (12).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que- la tête de pulvérisation (20) comprend, en plus de la coulisse à air (8) avec l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) et de la coiffe à air (10) avec la fente annulaire (23), un disque de commande (9),- dans lequel une unité de construction (15) composée de la coiffe à air (10), de la coulisse à air (8), du disque de commande (9) et de l'aiguille (7) est fixée sur le corps (2) du pulvérisateur de peinture (1),- dans lequel l'unité de construction (15) est mise en rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (27) au moyen dudit au moins un élément d'entraînement (13) de l'actionneur rotatif (12).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de l'unité de construction (15) les composants coiffe à air (10), coulisse à air (8) et aiguille (7) sont couplés l'un à l'autre par rapport à une rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (27), dans lequel le disque de commande (9) dans cette unité de construction (15) peut tourner par rapport aux autres composants de l'unité de construction et en particulier peut tourner d'un angle de 10° à 45° et de préférence d'un angle d'environ 30°.
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que- l'actionneur rotatif (12) comprend un autre élément d'entraînement (14), au moyen duquel le disque de commande d'air (9) peut tourner, dans chaque position de rotation de l'actionneur rotatif (12), par rapport aux autres composants (10, 8, 7) de l'unité de construction (15),- dans lequel un déplacement d'une alimentation en air de la coiffe à air (10) est effectué par un déplacement relatif de l'autre élément d'entraînement (14) par rapport à un guide d'étrier (30) de l'actionneur rotatif (12) et- dans lequel l'autre élément d'entraînement (13) est couplé en particulier par emboîtement au disque de commande d'air (9).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une aiguille (7) avec une tête d'aiguille (16), dans lequel la tête d'aiguille (16) est déplaçable dans une chambre à peinture (71) par rapport à l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) sur un axe longitudinal (27) de l'aiguille (7) pour la commande d'une soupape à aiguille formée par l'orifice de sortie de peinture (17) et la tête d'aiguille (16) et dans lequel une partie de la chambre à peinture (71) conduisant la peinture est rendue étanche par un joint (41) entourant l'aiguille (7), caractérisé en ce que le joint (41) est fixé en direction axiale à l'aiguille (7).
- Pulvérisateur de peinture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aiguille (7) est réalisée sous la forme d'une aiguille en deux parties avec une partie avant (75) et une partie arrière (76) ainsi qu'avec une tête d'aiguille (16) en forme de coin.
