Claims (10)
- Demontierbares Krankenbett (1), umfassend:- ein Gestell (2),- einen Rost (4), der in zwei Teile geteilt ist, und zwar einen hinteren Teil (7) und einen vorderen Teil (6), der mit mindestens einer Gleitschiene (25) versehen ist,- eine Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Höhe des Rosts (4) bezüglich des Gestells (2), wobei diese Vorrichtung ein deformierbares Kreuzstück (3) umfasst, das mit einer vorderen Stange (11) und einer hinteren Stange (12) versehen ist, die aneinander angelenkt sind,- Stütz- und Koppelflächen (29), die geeignet sind, mit dem hinteren Teil (7) und dem vorderen Teil (6) des Rosts zusammenzuwirken,- am oberen Teil der vorderen Stange (11) befestigte Klötze (24), die geeignet sind, mit der Gleitschiene (25) des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4) zusammenzuwirken,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der vordere Teil (6) des Rosts (4) mindetens einen Montagefinger (20) umfasst,- die vordere Stange (11) an ihren oberen Enden einen Arm (19) umfasst, der mit einer Einkerbung (21) und mit einer Nebenstützfläche (22) versehen ist, die geeignet sind, mit dem Montagefinger (20) des Rosts (4) zusammenzuwirken.
- Krankenbett (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einkerbung (21) einen Anschlag für die Translation des Montagefingers (20) entlang einer Längsrichtung des Betts (1) bildet.
- Krankenbett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einkerbung (21) eine Drehführung des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4) um die Rotationsachse des Montagefingers (20) gewährleistet.
- Krankenbett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschiene (25) in ihrem unteren Teil eine Öffnung (26) umfasst, in die ein Klotz (24) eingeführt werden kann.
- Krankenbett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschiene (25) einen Anschlag (28) umfasst, der geeignet ist, den Klotz (24) zu blockieren, wenn der vordere Teil (6) des Rosts (4) im Wesentlichen parallel mit dem Gestell (2) ist.
- Krankenbett (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand d1 zwischen einem Umfang des Klotzes (24), der gegenüber der Öffnung (26) in der Gleitschiene (25) angeordnet ist, und dem Anschlag (28) der Gleitschiene kleiner als ein Abstand d2 zwischen der Einkerbung (21) und einem freien Rand (23) des Arms (19) ist.
- Bett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Montieren des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4) durch das Positionieren von Laschen (16) in Einsenkungen (17) der Rohre (13) der Stange (12) des Kreuzstücks (3) erfolgt.
- Krankenbett (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Stütz- und Koppelflächen (29) umfasst, die es gestatten, den vorderen Teil (6) des Rosts (4) zu blockieren, wenn er in geneigter Position bezüglich des Gestells (2) ist.
- Krankenbett (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütz- und Koppelflächen (29) geeignet sind, den vorderen (6) und hinteren Teil (7) des Rosts (4) in vertikaler Position bezüglich des Gestells (2) aufzunehmen und zu koppeln, wenn das Bett (1) demontiert ist.
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Krankenbetts (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:- einen Schritt (100) des Lösens des vorderen (6) und hinteren Teils (7) des Rosts (4) und des Platzierens des zweiten Rahmens (10) des Gestells (2) in die Funktionsposition,- einen Schritt (200) des Anschließens des Betts (1) an das Stromnetz und des Hebens des Kreuzstücks (3) bis in seine Maximalposition,- einen Schritt (300) des Positionierens der Laschen (16) des hinteren Teils (7) des Rosts (4) in Einsenkungen (17) von Rohren (13) der hinteren Stange (12) des Kreuzstücks (3) und danach des Befestigens der Stifte (18) an den Enden der Rohre (13),- einen Schritt (400) des Anordnens des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4), so dass er an den Stütz- und Koppelflächen (29) anliegt und dass die Montagefinger (20) mit der Einkerbung (21) des Arms (19) zusammenwirken,- einen Schritt (500) des Platzierens des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4) in eine im Wesentlichen parallel zum Gestell (2) verlaufende Position, so dass die Montagefinger (20) mit der Nebenstützfläche (22) des Arms (19) zusammenwirken und die Klötze (24) der Fußstange (11) des Kreuzstücks (3) mit den Gleitschienen (25) des vorderen Teils (6) des Rosts (4) zusammenwirken,- einen Schritt (600) des Ineinanderschiebens des vorderen (6) und hinteren Teils (7) des Rosts (4) und- einen Schritt (700) des festen Verbindens des vorderen (6) und hinteren Teils (7) des Rosts (4).
