  • des pions fixés en partie supérieure de la barre avant, aptes à coopérer avec la glissière de la partie avant du sommier,

Claims (10)

  1. Collapsible medical bed (1) comprising:
    - a frame (2);
    - a deck (4) split into two parts, specifically a rear part (7) and a front part (6) provided with at least one rail (25);
    - a device for adjusting the height of the deck (4) with respect to the frame (2), this device comprising a deformable cross structure (3) equipped with a front bar (11) and a rear bar (12) which are articulated with respect to one another;
    - bearing and indexing surfaces (29) which are able to engage with the rear part (7) and the front part (6) of the deck,
    - pegs (24) fastened to the upper part of the front bar (11) which are able to engage with the rail (25) of the front part (6) of the deck (4);
    wherein this bed (1) is characterized in that:
    - the front part (6) of the deck (4) comprises at least one assembling finger (20);
    - the front bar (11) comprises, at its upper ends, an arm (19) equipped with a notch (21) and with a secondary bearing surface (22) which are able to engage with the assembling finger (20) of the deck (4).
  2. Medical bed (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the notch (21) forms an endstop for the movement in translation of the assembling finger (20) in a longitudinal direction of the bed (1).
  3. Medical bed (1) according to either one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the notch (21) guides the front part (6) of the deck (4) in rotation about the axis of rotation of the assembling finger (20).
  4. Medical bed (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rail (25) comprises, in its lower part, an opening (26) allowing a peg (24) to be inserted.
  5. Medical bed (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rail (25) comprises an endstop (28) which is able to block the peg (24) when the front part (6) of the deck (4) is substantially parallel to the frame (2).
  6. Medical bed (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the distance d1 between a periphery of the peg (24), located facing the opening (26) in the rail (25), and the endstop (28) of the rail is less than a distance d2 between the notch (21) and a free edge (23) of the arm (19).
  7. Bed (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front part (6) of the deck (4) is assembled by positioning lugs (16) in cutouts (17) in the tubes (13) of the bar (12) of the cross structure (3).
  8. Medical bed (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises bearing and indexing surfaces (29) by means of which the front part (6) of the deck (4) can be blocked when it is in an inclined position with respect to the frame (2).
  9. Medical bed (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the bearing and indexing surfaces (29) are able to receive and index, in the vertical position with respect to the frame (2), the front (6) and rear (7) parts of the deck (4) when the bed (1) is collapsed.
  10. Method for assembling a medical bed (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising:
    - a step (100) of detaching the front (6) and rear (7) parts of the deck (4) and placing the second base (10) of the frame (2) in the operational position;
    - a step (200) of connecting the bed (1) to mains electricity and raising the cross structure (3) into its maximum position;
    - a step (300) of positioning lugs (16) of the rear part (7) of the deck (4) in cutouts (17) in tubes (13) of the rear bar (12) of the cross structure (3), then attaching pins (18) to the ends of the tubes (13);
    - a step (400) of lowering the front part (6) of the deck (4) such that it bears against the bearing and indexing surfaces (29) and such that the assembling fingers (20) engage with the notch (21) of the arm (19);
    - a step (500) of placing the front part (6) of the deck (4) in a position which is substantially parallel to the frame (2) such that the assembling fingers (20) engage with the secondary bearing surface (22) of the arm (19) and such that the pegs (24) of the foot bar (11) of the cross structure (3) engage with the rails (25) of the front part (6) of the deck (4);
    - a step (600) of slotting the front (6) and rear (7) parts of the deck (4) into one another;
    - a step (700) of securing the front (6) and rear (7) parts of the deck (4) to one another.
