Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen einer flüssigen Substanz auf mindestens ein Band in einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Tabakprodukten, wobei die Vorrichtung Beschickungsmittel (11') umfasst, die das Band (1) längs entlang eines vorgegebenen Wegs beschicken, sowie eine Trommel (13) zum Aufbringen von Beschichtungen (4) von flüssiger Substanz auf eine Oberfläche des Bands (1), wobei die Aufbringtrommel (13) um ihre Achse (A) drehbar ist, aufweisend eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Umfangswand (19), laufend teilweise neben dem Band (1), das vorgeschoben wird, bei Betrieb anschlagend gegen die Umfangswand (19), und versehen an der Umfangswand (19) mit einer Vielzahl an Öffnungen (20), die die Innenseite der Aufbringtrommel (13) mit dem Abschnitt des Bands (1) in Kommunikation setzen, der neben der Umfangswand (19) läuft; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Innenraum der Aufbringtrommel (13) mindestens eine Spritzeinheit (23) befindet, die ausgestaltet ist, um bei Betrieb zerstäubte flüssige Substanz zu den an das Band (1) angrenzenden Öffnungen (20) zu leiten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Spritzeinheit (23) mindestens eine Spritzpistole (24) umfasst, um die Beschichtungen (4) an flüssiger Substanz durch die Öffnungen (20) der Umfangswand (19) auf das Band (1) zu leiten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Spritzpistole (24) intermittierend betätigt wird, um die Beschichtungen (4) an flüssiger Substanz durch die Öffnungen (20) der Umfangswand (19) auf das Band (1) zu leiten.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Spritzpistole (24) synchron mit dem Durchgang der Öffnungen (20) der Umfangswand (19) in dessen Wirkungsbereich betätigt wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Heizmittel (34, 34') zum Erhitzen des aus der Aufbringtrommel (13) laufenden Bands (1) umfasst, um eine schnelle Verdampfung des in der auf das Band (1) aufgebrachten flüssigen Substanz enthaltenen Lösungsmittels zu fördern.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel (34) mit einer Walze (33) verbunden sind, die sich gegenläufig zur Aufbringtrommel (13) dreht und neben dem aus der Aufbringtrommel (13) laufenden Band (1) läuft.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzliche Heizmittel (34') umfasst, die im Hinblick auf die Beschickungsrichtung des Bands (1) nach der Walze (33) angeordnet sind, die sich gegenläufig zur Aufbringtrommel (13) dreht.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie erste Schabemittel (35) umfasst, verbunden mit der äußeren Oberfläche der Umfangswand (19) der Aufbringtrommel (13), um auf dieser Oberfläche enthaltene flüssige Substanz zu entfernen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie erste Saugmittel (40) umfasst, um die von der Umfangswand (19) der Aufbringtrommel (13) entfernte flüssige Substanz von den ersten Schabemitteln (35) zu entfernen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zweite Schabemittel (28) umfasst, verbunden mit der inneren Oberfläche der Umfangswand (19) der Aufbringtrommel (13), um auf dieser Oberfläche enthaltene flüssige Substanz zu entfernen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zweite Saugmittel (32') umfasst, um die von der Umfangswand (19) der Aufbringtrommel (13) entfernte flüssige Substanz von den zweiten Schabemitteln (28) zu entfernen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Schabemittel mindestens eine Schabevorrichtung (28) umfassen, die zwischen den Spritzeinheiten (23) und dem Bereich, in dem sich das Band (1) von der Aufbringtrommel (13) löst, angeordnet sind, und mindestens eine zusätzliche Schabevorrichtung (28), die mit Bezug auf die Drehrichtung der Aufbringtrommel (13) nach dem Bereich, in dem sich das Band (1) von der Aufbringtrommel (13) löst, angeordnet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzliche Saugmittel (41) umfasst, um den Dampf und die Tropfen flüssiger Substanz, die im inneren Hohlraum (13') enthalten sind, aus dem inneren Hohlraum (13') der Aufbringtrommel (13) zu entfernen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Saugvorrichtung (41') umfasst, umfassend eine Kammer (42), angeordnet auf abgedichtete Weise neben einem Abschnitt des Bands (1), der neben der Umfangswand (19) der Aufbringtrommel (13) läuft.
