Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von in Tabakprodukten verwendetem Filtermaterial, bestehend aus Mitteln für den Vorschub eines Endlosstrangs (F) aus Filtermaterial entlang eines vorbestimmten Vorschubpfades (A), mehreren Sprühdüsen (6) zum Aufbringen einer Weichmacherflüssigkeit (P) auf eine Oberfläche (2) des Strangs (F), und Steuereinrichtungen (4), die auf die Sprühdüsen (6) einwirken, indem sie diese Sprühdüsen (6) selektiv im Verhältnis zu dem vom Filtermaterialstrang (F) verfolgten Pfad (A) anordnen, um die Menge der auf den Strang (F) aufgebrachten Flüssigkeit (P) zu regulieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtungen (4) zumindest einen Tisch (5) beinhalten, der die Düsen (6) trägt und eine Längsabmessung aufweist, die größer ist als die Querabmessung des Filtermaterialstrangs (F), und der relativ zu der Oberfläche (2) des Strangs derart drehbar ist, dass die Anzahl der Düsen (6), die auf den Strang (F) gerichtet sind, entsprechend der relativen Anordnung des Strangs (F) zu dem Tischelement (5) erhöht oder vermindert wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, worin das Tischelement (5) drehbar ist zwischen einer ersten Arbeitsstellung, in der die Düsen (6) vollständig innerhalb der Grenzen der Querabmessung des Strangs (F) zu liegen kommen, und zumindest einer zweiten Arbeitsstellung, in der zumindest bestimmte Düsen (6) außerhalb der Grenzen der Querabmessung des Strangs (F) angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, worin das Tischelement (5) eine Oberfläche (8) aufweist, die der Oberfläche (2) des Filtermaterialstrangs (F) zugewandt ist und auf der die Düsen (6) für die Ausgabe der Flüssigkeit (P) angeordnet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, worin die Oberfläche (8) des Tischelementes (5) eine vorherrschende Längsausrichtung aufweist, die sich quer zu der Längsvorschubrichtung (A) des Filtermaterialstrangs (F) erstreckt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, worin die Oberfläche (8) des Tischelementes (5), wenn die zweite Arbeitsstellung eingenommen wird, im Wesentlichen perpendikular zu der Längsvorschubrichtung (A) des Filtermaterialstrangs (F) ausgerichtet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 5, worin die Oberfläche (8) des Tischelementes (5) entsprechende einander gegenüberliegende Enden (9) aufweist, die jeweils so angeordnet sind, dass sie mit einer entsprechenden Längskante (7) des Endlosstrangs (F) aus Filtermaterial übereinstimmen und so proportioniert sind, dass sie, zumindest dann, wenn das Tischelement (5) die zweite Arbeitsstellung einnimmt, außen über die Längskante (7) hervorragen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, worin die Steuereinrichtungen (4) Antriebsmittel (11) beinhalten, die dazu dienen, die Stellung der Ausgabeeinheit (3) im Verhältnis zu dem Filtermaterialstrang (F) zu verändern.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, worin die Antriebsmittel (11) eine Welle (12) beinhalten, die ein erstes Ende (12a) aufweist, das an einem Drehpunkt (10) am Tischelement (5) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende (12b) aufweisen, das mit einem Motor (13) wirkverbunden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, worin der Drehpunkt (10) auf einer Mittellinie des Tischelementes (5) liegt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, die ferner einen Sammelbehälter (14) beinhaltet, der eine im Wesentlichen konkave Fläche aufweist, die dem Filtermaterialstrang (F) zugewandt ist und als Kanal (15) dient, in dem die von den Düsen ausgegebene überschüssige Flüssigkeit aufgefangen wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 10, die ferner ein Paar Schürzenelemente (16) beinhaltet, die jeweils zwischen einem Ende (9) der Oberfläche (8) des Tischelementes (5) und einer Längskante (7) des Strangs (F) angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, worin die Unterseite (17) jedes Schürzenelementes (16) jeweils den Düsen (6) zugewandt ist, die sich an einem entsprechenden Ende (9) der Oberfläche (8) des Tischelementes (5) befinden, wenn die zweite Arbeitsstellung eingenommen ist.
  13. Maschine zur Herstellung von Zigarettenfiltern, in der zumindest ein Endlosstrang (F) aus Filtermaterial einer Verarbeitungsstation zugeführt wird, die eine Vorrichtung (1) für die Behandlung von in Tabakprodukten verwendetem Filtermaterial beinhaltet.
