Claims (10)

  1. Siebtragrahmen (K) für Rüttelsiebe, eine Vielzahl von Abschnitten (1, 2, 3, 4) umfassend, die so zusammengebaut sind, dass sie eine im Wesentlichen quadratische oder rechteckige Struktur bilden und einen Siebbereich (L) definieren, in dem ein gelochtes Gewebe oder ein Maschennetz positioniert werden kann, sowie wenigstens ein seitliches Mehlausfallfenster (E) umfassend, dazu geeignet, das ungesiebte Mehl herabfallen zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Folgendes umfasst:
    • einen oberen, kleinen Rahmen (A, B, C, D, M), der seinerseits wenigstens vier Umfangsabschnitte (1, 3) umfasst, welche den Umfang der besagten Siebfläche (L) bilden, sowie einen oder mehrere, weitere Abschnitte (1, 2), die wenigstens ein seitliches Fenster (E) definieren, das geeignet ist, das ungesiebte Mehl herabfallen zu lassen;
    • eine untere Basis (G, N), deren Form der Form des besagten, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) entspricht, dazu geeignet, mit der Unterseite des besagten, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) gekuppelt zu werden und ihrerseits wenigstens vier Umfangsabschnitte (1) umfassend, welche dem Außenumfang des besagten, kleinen Rahmens entsprechen, sowie wenigstens eine Ebene oder Steige (H) zur Aufnahme des gesiebten Mehls umfassend, in einer Position installiert, die der Position der besagten Siebfläche (L) des oberen, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) entspricht und somit wenigstens ein seitliches Mehlausfallfenster (J) definiert, das im Wesentlichen dem besagten, seitlichen Mehlausfallfenster (E) des besagten oberen, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) entspricht,
    und wobei einer oder mehrere der besagten Umfangsabschnitte (3) der Siebfläche (L) des besagten, oberen, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) von dem entsprechenden, entgegengesetzten Umfangsabschnitt (1) der besagten Basis (G, N) distanziert ist/sind und wenigstens eine Öffnung (F) zum Entladen des gesiebten Mehls definiert/definieren.
  2. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte, distanzierte Abschnitt bzw. Entladeabschnitt (3) eine im Vergleich zu den anderen Umfangsabschnitten oder Hauptabschnitten (1) geringere Höhe aufweist, so dass er bezüglich des entsprechenden, entgegengesetzten Abschnitts (1) der besagten Basis (G, N) angehoben ist und somit die besagte Öffnung (F) zum Entladen des gesiebten Mehls definiert.
  3. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der besagten Öffnung (F) zur Entladung des gesiebten Mehls entsprechend der Höhe der besagten Hauptabschnitte (1) und/oder der Höhe der besagten Entladeabschnitte (3) der besagten, kleinen Rahmen (A, B, C, D, M) variiert.
  4. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß den Patentansprüchen 1, 2, 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der besagten Hauptabschnitte (1) rohrförmig ist und einen kastenförmigen Querschnitt mit wenigstens einer Aufnahme (11) für den Zusammenbau aufweist.
  5. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der besagten kleinen Rahmen (A, B, C, D, M) wenigstens einen der besagten Haupt-Begrenzungsabschnitte (1) zwischen der besagten Siebfläche (L) und einer oder mehrerer der besagten seitlichen Mehlausfallfenster (E) umfasst, sowie wenigstens einen der besagten Entladeabschnitte (3) an einer angrenzenden Seite, rechts und/oder links, und/oder an der dem/den besagten seitlichen Mehlausfallfenster(n) (E) entgegengesetzten Seite, und mit der besagten Basis (G, N) eine oder mehrere der besagten Entladeöffnungen (F) definiert.
  6. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte kleine Rahmen (M) und die besagte Basis (N) jeweils zwei der besagten seitlichen Fenster (E, J) in entsprechenden Positionen umfassen.
  7. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß den Patentansprüchen 5, 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Basis (G, N) vier der besagten Hauptabschnitte (1), die den Umfang der Basis (G, N) bilden, umfasst, wobei die besagte Ebene oder Steige (H) an einem oder an mehreren der besagten Hauptabschnitte (1) durch einen Biegevorgang und die Einfügung einer oder mehrerer entsprechender Kanten (HI) der Steige (H) in die besagte Aufnahme (11) der Hauptabschnitte (1) befestigt ist, während eine oder mehrere freie Kanten (H2) der besagten Steige (H) zusammen mit einem oder mehreren entsprechenden, distanzierten Hauptabschnitten (1) ein oder mehrere der besagten seitlichen Mehlausfallfenster (J) definieren.
  8. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Basis (G, N) auf Ebene der freien Kante(n) (H2) der besagten Ebene oder Steige (H) ein weiteres Kupplungsprofil (5) für die Montage eines oberen, kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) an der besagten Basis (G, N) umfasst, wobei das besagte Kupplungsprofil (5) einen im Wesentlichen L-förmigen Querschnitt hat und mit einer ersten Seite (51) auf Ebene der besagten freien Kante (H2) an der besagten Steige (H) befestigt ist, während die zweite Seite (52) dazu geeignet ist, in die besagte Aufnahme (11) im Hauptabschnitt (1) des darüber liegenden kleinen Rahmens (A, B, C, D, M) eingesetzt und in dieser befestigt zu werden.
  9. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten kleinen Rahmen (A, B, C, D, M) und/oder die besagte Basis (G, N) des Weiteren einen oder mehrere Querversteifungs- und Stützabschnitte (4) mit Vertiefungen, Aufnahmen oder Rillen (41) für ihren Zusammenbau aufweisen.
  10. Siebtragrahmen (K) gemäß vorstehenden Patentansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Basis (G, N) mit jeglicher Ausrichtung mit jedem der besagten, kleinen Rahmen (A, B, C, D, M) gekuppelt werden kann.
