Abstract
Phasensteller zur Verstellung der Drehwinkelposition einer Nockenwelle relativ zu einer Kurbelwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine, der Phasensteller umfassend:
(a) einen von der Kurbelwelle drehantreibbaren Stator (3),
(b) einen vom Stator (3) um eine Drehachse (R) drehantreibbaren Rotor (7), der mit dem Stator (3) eine erste Stellkammer (K1) und eine zweite Stellkammer (K2) bildet, die mit einem Druckfluid beaufschlagbar sind, um den Rotor (7) relativ zum Stator (3) um die Drehachse (R) verstellen zu können,
(c) eine zur drehmomentfesten Verbindung des Rotors (7) mit der Nockenwelle (1) axial durch den Rotor (7) erstreckte Befestigungsstruktur (10; 100), die mit dem Rotor (7), und im verbundenen Zustand optional auch mit der Nockenwelle (1), einen Ringspalt (16) bildet,
(d) einen ersten Dichtsteg (51), einen zweiten Dichtsteg (52) und einen dritten Dichtsteg (53), die sich jeweils um die Drehachse (R) erstrecken und elastisch nachgiebig sind,
(e) einen axial zwischen dem ersten Dichtsteg (51) und dem zweiten Dichtsteg (52) in den Ringspalt (16) mündenden ersten Fluidanschluss (A, P, 7a), durch den das Druckfluid der ersten Stellkammer (K1) zuführbar ist,
(f) einen axial zwischen dem zweiten Dichtsteg (52) und dem dritten Dichtsteg (53) in den Ringspalt (16) mündenden zweiten Fluidanschluss (B, TB, 7b), durch den das Druckfluid von der zweiten Stellkammer (K2) abführbar ist,
(g) und eine an dem Rotor (7) oder der Befestigungsstruktur (10; 100) befestigte Dichtungshülse (50), die in einem Stück die Dichtstege (51, 52, 53) und axial zwischen den Dichtstegen (51, 52, 53) diese miteinander verbindende Verbindungsstege (56, 58) bildet, wobei im Bereich wenigstens eines der Verbindungsstege (56, 57) einer der Fluidanschlüsse (A, P, 7a, B, TB, 7b) gebildet ist.
Phase adjuster for adjusting the rotational angular position of a camshaft relative to a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, the phaser comprises:
(a) a rotatably driven by the crankshaft stator (3),
(B) one of the stator (3) about a rotational axis (R) rotatably driven rotor (7) which forms with the stator (3) a first actuating chamber (K 1 ) and a second actuating chamber (K 2 ), which can be acted upon by a pressurized fluid are in order to be able to adjust the rotor (7) relative to the stator (3) about the axis of rotation (R),
(C) a torque-fixed connection of the rotor (7) with the camshaft (1) axially through the rotor (7) extending attachment structure (10; 100) with the rotor (7), and in the connected state optionally also with the camshaft (1) forms an annular gap (16),
(d) a first sealing ridge (51), a second sealing ridge (52) and a third sealing ridge (53) each extending about the axis of rotation (R) and being resiliently resilient,
(e) a first fluid connection (A, P, 7a) opening axially between the first sealing web (51) and the second sealing web (52) into the annular gap (16), by means of which the pressurized fluid can be fed to the first positioning chamber (K 1 ),
(F) a second between the second sealing web (52) and the third sealing web (53) in the annular gap (16) opening second fluid port (B, T B , 7b), through which the pressurized fluid from the second actuating chamber (K 2 ) can be discharged is
(g) and a sealing sleeve (50) fixed to the rotor (7) or the mounting structure (10; 100), which in one piece form the sealing webs (51, 52, 53) and axially between the sealing webs (51, 52, 53) this connecting webs connecting (56, 58) forms, wherein in the region of at least one of the connecting webs (56, 57) one of the fluid ports (A, P, 7a, B, T B , 7b) is formed.
