Abstract
Vorrichtung zur Verstellung der relativen Drehwinkelposition geschachtelter Nockenwellen einer Brennkraftmaschine, die Vorrichtung umfassend:
(a) eine Wellenanordnung mit einer ersten Nockenwelle (1) und einer zweiten Nockenwelle (2), von denen eine zumindest in einem axialen Wellenabschnitt in der anderen erstreckt ist und die relativ zueinander drehbar sind,
(b) einen Phasensteller (S), der an einem axialen Ende der Wellenanordnung als Montageeinheit montiert ist und einen drehfest mit der ersten Nockenwelle (1) verbundenen Stator (3) und einen vom Stator (3) drehantreibbaren, relativ zum Stator (3) drehwinkelverstellbaren Rotor (9) aufweist,
(c) eine Verbindungseinrichtung (2a, 14, 21; 2a, 14, 45; 2a, 14, 55), die den Phasensteller (S) an der Wellenanordnung in Bezug auf die axiale Richtung befestigt und den Rotor (9) mit der zweiten Nockenwelle (2) drehfest verbindet,
(d) ein mit der ersten Nockenwelle (1) und dem Stator (3) drehfestes Antriebsrad (10; 40; 50) zum Drehantreiben der ersten Nockenwelle (1) und des Stators (3),
(e) wobei eine mit der ersten Nockenwelle (1) drehfeste Nockenwellen-Eingriffsstruktur (12; 41; 51) und eine mit dem Stator (3) drehfeste Phasensteller-Eingriffsstruktur (6; 46; 56) in einem Verdrehsicherungseingriff axial ineinander geschoben sind und den Stator (3) durch Formschluss verdrehgesichert mit der ersten Nockenwelle (1) verbinden.
Device for adjusting the relative rotational angular position of nested camshafts of an internal combustion engine, the device comprising
(a) a shaft assembly having a first camshaft (1) and a second camshaft (2), one of which is extended in at least one axial shaft portion in the other and which are rotatable relative to each other,
(b) a phaser (S) which is mounted as an assembly unit at one axial end of the shaft assembly and a stator (3) rotatably connected to the first camshaft (1) and a rotatably driven by the stator (3) relative to the stator (3) having an angle-adjustable rotor (9),
(c) connecting means (2a, 14, 21; 2a, 14, 45; 2a, 14, 55) fixing the phaser (S) to the shaft assembly with respect to the axial direction and the rotor (9) having the second one Camshaft (2) rotatably connects,
(d) a drive wheel (10; 40; 50) rotationally fixed to the first camshaft (1) and the stator (3) for rotationally driving the first camshaft (1) and the stator (3),
(e) wherein a camshaft engaging structure (12; 41; 51) rotatable with the first camshaft (1) and a phaser engaging structure (6; 46; 56) non-rotatable with the stator (3) are axially nested in an anti-rotation engagement and connect the stator (3) to the first camshaft (1) so as to be secure against rotation by positive engagement.
