Die fiktive Geräteebene 14 liegt in der Längsachse 12 und in der Schwenkachse 13. In dieser in Fig. 5 dargestellten ersten Schwenkposition des Stützfußes 8 kann aufgrund der Dreipunktlagerung des Nagelgerätes das Nagelgerät 1 beim Einbringen der Nägel nicht mehr gekippt werden, so dass dadurch eine im Wesentlichen senkrechte Einbringung der Nägel zu der fiktiven Gegenstandsebene 17 gewährleistet ist. In der in Fig. 4 dargestellten zweiten Schwenkposition ist der Stützfuß 8 im Wesentlichen 90° um die Schwenkachse 13 bezüglich der ersten Schwenkposition gemäß Fig. 5 verschwenkt. In dieser in Fig. 4 dargestellten Schwenkposition schneiden die beiden Endbereiche 11 der Stützelement 9, 10 die fiktive Geräteebene 14 bzw. weisen einen nur sehr geringen Abstand von z. B. weniger als 1 cm zu der fiktiven Geräteebene 14 auf. In dieser Schwenkposition des Stützfußes 8 kann dadurch wie im Stand der Technik das Nagelgerät 1 beim Aufliegen auf dem Gegenstand 16 gekippt werden. Bei bestimmten Anwendungen mit dem Nagelgerät 1, z. B. zum kontrolliert schrägen Einbringen von Nägeln oder beim Arbeiten in einem beengten Arbeitsraum, z. Die Schwenkachse 13 ist mit einem spitzen Winkel von ca. 10° zu der Längsachse 13 ausgerichtet und liegt in der fiktiven Geräteebene 14. Eine Hilfslängsachse 15 ist dabei parallel verschoben und entspricht somit in seiner Ausrichtung der Längsachse 12. Die Hilfslängsachse 15 ist somit eine parallel verschobene Längsachse 12. In der in Fig. 3 dargestellten zweiten Schwenkposition des Stützfußes 8 liegt somit nur das erste Stützelement 9 auf dem Gegenstand 16 auf und das zweite Stützelement 10 weist keinen Kontakt zu dem Gegenstand 16 auf. Bei einem Verschwenken des Stützfußes 8 in die erste Schwenkposition liegen jedoch wieder die beiden Stützelemente 9, 10 und das Bolzenführungselement 6 auf dem Gegenstand 16 auf, so dass in analoger Weise wie in dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Nagelgerätes gemäß Fig. 2 wieder eine Dreipunktlagerung mit dem Nagelgerät 1 gewährleistet ist.In Fig. 3 a second embodiment of the nail device 1 according to the invention is shown. Um in bestimmten Anwendungen des Nagelgerätes 1 auch ein Kippen des Nagelgerätes 1 zu gewährleisten wie bei einer Zweipunktlagerung, kann aufgrund der zweiten Schwenkposition des Stützfußes 8 das Nagelgerät 1 auch gekippt werden bei der Anwendung zum Setzen der Nägel. Ferner kann der Stützfuß 8 auch von dem übrigen Nagelgerät 1, d. h. dem Nagelmagazin 5 im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 2 und 3, entfernt werden, da ein entsprechender nicht dargestellter Schwenk- und/oder Befestigungsmechanismus für den Stützfuß 8 entsprechend ausgebildet ist. Ohne den Stützfuß 8 können die Nägel 1 in einem beliebigen spitzen Winkel bezüglich der fiktiven Gegenstandsebene 17 in den Gegenstand 16 eingetrieben werden. Claims (9)

  1. Nailing device (1), comprising
    a housing (2),
    a releasing mechanism for releasing the nails,
    a pin guiding element (6) for resting on the object (16), into which the nails are to be inserted, so that the pin guiding element (6) serves to release the nails and to support the nailing device,
    a trigger (7) for activating the releasing mechanism,
    a supporting foot (8) for additional support of the nailing device (1), in which the supporting foot (8) is provided with two supporting elements (9, 10) for two point support, so that the nailing device (1) together with the pin guiding element (6) has three point support,
    characterised in that
    the supporting foot (8) is lodged on the rest of the nailing device (1) so that it may pivot around a pivoting axis (13), so that in a first pivoting position of the supporting foot (8) both supporting elements (9, 10) are at a distance from a notional plane of the device (14) and in a second pivoting position both supporting elements (9, 10) essentially are intersected by the notional plane of the device (14) and a longitudinal axis (12) of the pin guiding element (6) as well as the pivoting axis (13) lie in the notional plane of the device (14).
  2. Nailing device according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the two supporting elements (9, 10), which form the two point support on the supporting foot (8), are at a distance of at least 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm or 10 cm from each other
    and/or
    the end of the pin guiding element (6) and the ends (11) of both supporting elements (9, 10) form the corners of a notional triangle and the sides of the notional triangle are at a distance of at least 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm or 10 cm and the height of the fictitious triangle is at least 1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm or 10 cm.
  3. Nailing device according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the two supporting elements (9, 10) are at a distance of at least 5 cm, 10 cm, 20 cm or 30 cm from the pin guiding element (6).
  4. Nailing device according to claim 3,
    characterised in that
    in the first pivoting position the distance of both supporting elements (9, 10) from the notional plane of the device (14) essentially corresponds to the distance of both supporting elements (9, 10) from the pivoting axis (13), in particular the distance of both supporting elements (9, 10) from the notional plane of the device (14) in the first pivoting position is at least 0.5 cm, 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm or 5 cm

    the pivoting axis (13) lies in the notional plane of the device (14).
  6. Nailing device according to one or several of claims 3 to 5,
    characterised in that
    the supporting foot (8) is fastened and lodged on the rest of the nailing device (1) with a pivoting mechanism and may be fixed and detached, particularly may be locked and unlocked, with the pivoting mechanism in the first and second pivoting position.
  7. Nailing device according to one or several of the previous claims,
