Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere ein militärisches Fahrzeug, mit einem Vorderwagen und einem Hinterwagen sowie einer zwischen dem Vorderwagen und dem Hinterwagen angeordneten, die Fahrzeugbesatzung aufnehmenden Sicherheitszelle.
  • Fahrzeuge mit einem eine Vorderachse tragenden Vorderwagen und einem eine oder mehrere Hinterachsen tragenden Hintererwagen, die mit einer oftmals ballistisch geschützten Sicherheitszelle lösbar verbunden sind, werden vor allem in militärischen Bereich zum modularen Aufbau unterschiedlicher Fahrzeugtypen verwendet. Die die Fahrzeugbesatzung aufnehmende Sicherheitszelle wird mittels ballistischer Schutzplatten hochgeschützt ausgeführt, so dass gegnerische Geschosse nicht in das Innere der geschützten Sicherheitszelle eindringen können. Durch die lösbare Verbindung der Sicherheitszelle mit dem Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen kann das Fahrzeug entsprechend der zu erwartenden Bedrohung beispielsweise mit verschiedenen Sicherheitszellen unterschiedlicher Schutzniveaus ausgestattet werden.
  • Ein einen solchen dreiteiligen Aufbau mit einem Vorderwagen, einem Hinterwagen sowie einer Sicherheitszelle aufweisendes militärisches Fahrzeug ist beispielsweise in der EP 1 564 518 A1 beschrieben.
  • Ein Fahrzeug nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist in der DE102006051870 A1 offenbart.
  • Während sich die Sicherheitszelle durch Anbringen entsprechender Schutzplatten ohne Weiteres gegen ballistische Bedrohungen schützen lässt, bereiten vor allem Minenbedrohungen Probleme. Ein Hauptproblem liegt darin, dass sich unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle angeordnete Schutzelemente in Folge der bei einer Minendetonation flächigen Blasteinwirkung in Richtung des Innenraums der Sicherheitszelle verformen, was mit einer erhöhten Gefahr für Leib und Leben der Besatzungsmitglieder verbunden ist.
  • Um diese Gefahren zu verringern, werden in konstruktiver Hinsicht teilweise sehr aufwändige Gegenmaßnahmen im Inneren der Sicherheitszelle ergriffen. So ist es beispielsweise bekannt, die im Inneren der Sicherheitszelle angeordneten Elemente in einer hängenden Anordnung am Dach der Sicherheitszelle anzuordnen, so dass sich eine Verformung des Bodens der Sicherheitszelle nicht direkt auf das Innere der Sicherheitszelle und damit die Körper der Besatzungsmitglieder überträgt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Fahrzeug anzugeben, bei welchem die Besatzungsmitglieder innerhalb der Sicherheitszelle auf einfache Weise vor Blasteinwirkung geschützt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Fahrzeug der eingangs genannten Art durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Der Vorderwagen und der Hinterwagen sind im Bereich unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle über ein die Sicherheitszelle vor Mineneinwirkung schützendes Schutzelement verbunden.
  • Das Schutzelement ist nicht mit der Sicherheitszelle, sondern nur mit dem Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen verbunden. Es besteht kein direkter Kontakt zwischen dem Schutzelement und der Sicherheitszelle. Im Falle eines auf das Schutzelement einwirkenden Blasts schlägt dieser daher nicht direkt in die Sicherheitszelle durch, sondern die aus dem Blast resultierende Schockeinleitung wird von dem Schutzelement her kommend zunächst in den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen eingeleitet. Über den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen trifft diese dann mit einer gewissen seitlichen Verzögerung und deutlich abgeschwächt auf die Sicherheitszelle. Es ergibt sich ein längerer, sich über den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen erstreckender Laufweg der bei Blasteinwirkung auftretenden Schockeinleitung. Die damit verbundene Abschwächung erlaubt auf konstruktiv einfache Weise einen effektiven Schutz der sich innerhalb der Sicherheitszelle befindenden Personen.
  • Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass das Schutzelement und die Sicherheitszelle derart voneinander entkoppelt angeordnet sind, dass ein auf das Schutzelement einwirkender Blast den Weg über den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen nehmend auf die Sicherheitszelle wirkt. Über den Vorder- bzw.
  • Hinterwagen wird der Blast bzw. die aus diesem resultierende Schockeinleitung indirekt, den längeren Weg über den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen nehmend auf die Sicherheitszelle übertragen, so dass der Blast bzw. die Schockeinleitung deutlich abgeschwächt an der Sicherheitszelle angelangt. Auf Grund dieser Schwächung ist es nicht erforderlich, im Inneren aufwändige Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Besatzung zu ergreifen.
  • Die Erfindung sieht weiter vor, dass die Sicherheitszelle über Montagestellen mit dem Vorderwagen und dem Hinterwagen starr verbunden ist, wodurch sich ein Fahrzeugaufbau großer Steifigkeit bei vergleichsweise geringem Gewicht erreichen lässt. Insbesondere können die Montagestellen nach Art von Auflagern gestaltet sein, über welche sich die Sicherheitszelle auf entsprechenden Gegenflächen des Vorderwagens bzw. des Hinterwagens abstützt.
  • In konstruktiver Weiterbildung der Erfindung wird ferner vorgeschlagen, dass die Montagestellen an der Vorder- und Hinterseite der Sicherheitszelle angeordnet sind. Insbesondere können die Montagestellen in etwa auf halber Höhe der Vorder- bzw. Hinterseite der Sicherheitszelle angeordnet sein. An der Unterseite der Sicherheitszelle sind keine Verbindungsstellen zwischen der Sicherheitszelle und dem Schutzelement vorgesehen.
  • Eine einem geringen Fahrzeuggewicht zuträgliche Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Sicherheitszelle selbsttragend ausgebildet ist und einen selbsttragenden Mittelteil des Fahrzeugs bildet. Es ist nicht erforderlich weitere Tragelemente wie etwa einen sich vom Vorder- zum Hinterwagen erstreckenden Fahrzeugrahmen vorzusehen, wodurch sich eine vergleichsweise leichtgewichtige Bauweise des Fahrzeugs realisieren lässt. Ferner ist es möglich, die Sicherheitszelle und das Schutzelement gegen Varianten anderer Länge auszutauschen, was dem modularen Grundkonzept des Fahrzeugs weiter zuträglich ist.
  • Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, dass auch das Schutzelement einen Teil der Tragstruktur des Fahrzeugs bildet, was einer in sich steifen Fahrzeuggesamtkonstruktion zuträglich ist. Auch kann das Schutzelement missionsspezifisch gegen eine anderes Schutzelement ersetzt und in die Fahrzeugtragstruktur integriert werden.
  • Eine weitere Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass das Schutzelement über Anbindungen mit dem Vorderwagen und dem Hinterwagen verbunden ist. Über die Anbindungen kann das Schutzelement lösbar mit dem Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen verbunden und missionsspezifisch ausgetauscht werden. Die Verbindung kann starr sein, wobei die Anbindungen vorzugsweise fest an dem Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagens angeordnet sind.
  • Eine im Hinblick auf die Abschwächung der Blastwirkung vorteilhafte Konstruktion sieht vor, dass die Montagestellen oberhalb der Anbindungen angeordnet sind. Über die Anbindungen tritt der auf das Schutzelement einwirkende Blast und die aus diesem resultierende Schockeinleitung zunächst in den Bereich des Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagens ein, und muss dann innerhalb des Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagens noch einen gewissen Vertikalweg überwinden, bevor diese über die höher liegenden Montagestellen in die Sicherheitszelle eintreten kann. Vorzugsweise beträgt der Abstand zwischen den Montagestellen und der Anbindung mindestens ein Drittel der Höhe der Sicherheitszelle, noch vorteilhafter mindestens die Hälfte.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Anbindungen nach Art von unter Blastwirkung vertikal verformbaren Knautschzonen ausgebildet sind. Durch Verformung der Anbindungen nach Art von Knautschzonen wird ein Teil der durch den Blast freiwerdenden Energie in Verformungsenergie umgewandelt, so dass die Energieeinwirkung auf die Sicherheitszelle geschwächt wird.
  • Eine konstruktive Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Anbindungen einen sich vertikal erstreckenden Winkel und einen sich horizontal erstreckenden Flansch zur Befestigung des Schutzelements aufweisen. Der sich in vertikaler Richtung erstreckende Winkel kann sich unter dem Einfluss eines Blast nach Art einer Knautschzone deformieren, wobei der Flansch zur Befestigung des Schutzelements dient.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung erstreckt sich das Schutzelement unter Bildung eines Verformungsraums unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle. In Folge eines Blast auftretende Verformungen des Schutzelements verformen sich in den Verformungsraum hinein, ohne das diese auf den Boden der höher liegenden Sicherheitszelle durchschlagen.
  • In weiterer Ausgestaltung wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Schutzelement nach Art einer die Unterseite der Sicherheitszelle vor Blasteinwirkung abschirmenden Minenschutzplatte ausgebildet ist. Die Minenschutzplatte kann sich durchgängig von einer Fahrzeugseite zur gegenüber liegenden erstrecken.
  • Um den Verformungsraum für einen Angreifer optisch zu verdecken wird in weiterer Ausgestaltung vorgeschlagen, dass das Schutzelement mit seitlichen Erhöhungen zur Abdeckung des Verformungsraums versehen ist. Die seitlichen Erhöhungen können die Sicherheitszelle nach Art eines seitlichen Übergriffs umgreifen und eine Sichtabdeckung des Verformungsraums bereitstellen. Ferner kann die Eigensteifigkeit des Schutzelements durch die Erhöhungen verbessert werden.
  • Schließlich wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Schutzelement von einer Aluminiumplatte gebildet wird. Das Schutzelement kann aus einem Stück gefertigt werden, ohne das Schweißstellen die Festigkeit der Aluminiumplatte stören. Vorzugsweise sollte die Dicke des aus Aluminium bestehenden Schutzelements im Bereich größer 50 mm, vorzugsweise 75 mm und noch vorteilhafter größer 100 mm dimensioniert sein.
  • Weitere Vorteile und Einzelheiten eines erfindungsgemäßen Fahrzeugs werden nachfolgend unter Zuhilfenahme der beigefügten Figuren eines Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. Darin zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Fahrzeug 1, bei welchem es sich um ein gegen ballistische Bedrohungen wie auch gegen Mineneinwirkung, wie z.B. Blast geschütztes Militärfahrzeug handelt.
  • Das Fahrzeug 1 weist einen modularen Aufbau bestehend aus einem Vorderwagen 2 und einem Hinterwagen 3 auf, die lösbar mit einer ballistisch geschützt ausgeführten Sicherheitszelle 4 verbunden sind. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, die Sicherheitszelle 4 missionsspezifisch auf einfache Weise gegen eine andere Sicherheitszelle 4 mit anderer Mannschaftsstärke, anderem Schutzniveau, anderen Rüstsätzen usw. zu ersetzen.
  • Das Fahrzeug 1 kann mittels eines in dem Vorderwagen 2 oder dem Hinterwagen 3 angeordneten Motors angetrieben werden. Alternativ ist es auch denkbar, dass sowohl der Vorderwagen 2 als auch der Hinterwagen 3 jeweils mit einem eigenen Motor ausgestattet sind, was dem Fahrzeug 1 verbesserte Notlaufeigenschaften im Falle einer starken Beschädigung eines der beiden Wagen 2, 3 verleiht.
  • Unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle 4 ist ein sich von einer Fahrzeugseite zur gegenüberliegenden Fahrzeugseite erstreckendes Schutzelement 5 zu erkennen, welches die Sicherheitszelle 4 vor einem von unten her kommenden, durch beispielsweise eine Minendetonation hervorgerufenen Blast schützt.
  • Einzelheiten der Funktionsweise und des Aufbaus des Schutzelements 5 werden nachfolgend unter Bezugnahme auf die Darstellung in Fig. 2 erläutert werden.
  • Das Schutzelement 5 erstreckt sich im Bereich unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle 4 von dem Vorderwagen 2 zu dem Hinterwagen 3, ohne in direktem Kontakt mit der Sicherheitszelle 4 zu stehen. Aufgrund dieser entkoppelten Anordnung des Schutzelements 5 und der Sicherheitszelle 4 wird ein auf das Schutzelement 5 einwirkender Blast nicht direkt von dem Schutzelement 5 in die Sicherheitszelle 4 eingeleitet. Die aus dem Blast resultierende Schockeinleitung erfolgt indirekt über den Vorderwagen 2 bzw. den Hinterwagen 3, weshalb die entsprechenden Druckstöße abgeschwächt an der Sicherheitszelle 4 angelangen, worauf nachfolgend noch näher einzugehen sein wird.
  • Zur Verbindung des Schutzelements 5 mit dem Vorderwagen 2 und Hinterwagen 3 sind an dem Vorderwagen 2 und dem Hinterwagen 3 Anbindungen 6 vorgesehen, an welchen das Schutzelement 4 lösbar montiert wird. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel weist das Schutzelement 5 in seinen Eckbereichen Öffnungen 5. 2 auf, so dass dieses mittels Schraubbolzen an den am Vorderwagen 2 bzw. Hinterwagen 3 vorgesehenen Anbindungen 6 durch Verschrauben starr befestigt werden kann. Durch die starre Anbindung des Schutzelements 5 an dem Vorderwagen 2 sowie dem Hinterwagen 3 bildet das massiv ausgebildete Schutzelement 5 einen Teil der Tragstruktur des Fahrzeugs 1.
  • Das Schutzelement 5 ist von insgesamt U-förmiger Geometrie, wobei die Schenkel des U durch seitliche Erhöhungen 5.1 gebildet werden. Die Erhöhungen 5.1 sind im Bereich der Kanten des Schutzelements 5 angeordnet und enden unter Bildung eines Verformungsraums 7 knapp unterhalb und etwas seitlich der Einstiegstüren 4.2 der Sicherheitszelle 4, vgl. auch die Darstellung in Fig. 1.
  • Das Schutzelement 5 wird von einer massiven Aluminiumplatte gebildet, die mit Ausnahme der seitlichen Erhöhungen 5.1 aus einem Stück gefertigt ist, so dass keine die Schutzwirkung beeinträchtigenden Schweißnähte oder ähnliche Schwachstellen vorgesehen sind. Die seitlichen Erhöhungen 5.1 sind durch Verschrauben mit dem ansonsten einstückig ausgeführten Schutzelement 5 verbunden.
  • Die Anbindungen 6 zur Montage des Schutzelements 5 bestehen aus einem eine Knautschzone bildenden Winkel 6.1 sowie einer unterseitig des Winkels 6.1 angeordneten Flanschplatte 6.2, an welcher das Schutzelement 5 durch Verschrauben befestigt ist. Es sind jeweils zwei Anbindungen 6 an dem Vorderwagen 2 und zwei Anbindungen 6 an dem Hinterwagen 3 angeordnet. Die Anbindungen 6 sind jeweils fahrzeugaußen an den beiden Seiten des Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagens 2, 3 angeordnet, wobei sich die Winkel 6.2 nach fahrzeuginnen öffnen. Die Schenkel der Winkel 6.2 umgreifen im montierten Zustand die benachbarten Ecken der Sicherheitszelle 4. Die Ecken der Sicherheitszelle 4 liegen lose innerhalb der Winkel 6.2.
  • Auch die Sicherheitszelle 4 ist starr sowohl mit dem Vorderwagen 2 als auch dem Hinterwagen 3 über entsprechende Montagestellen 4. 1 verbunden. Eine Verbindung mit dem Schutzelement 5 besteht hingegen nicht. Die Montagestellen 4. 1 sind an der Vorderseite sowie der Hinterseite der Sicherheitszelle 4 in deren Ecken angeordnet und nach Art von laschenartigen Auflagern ausgebildet, die auf im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Gegenflächen 8 des Vorderwagens 2 bzw. Hinterwagens 3 aufliegen und durch Verschrauben lösbar befestigt sind. Die Montageelemente 4. 1 befinden sich beim Ausführungsbeispiel in etwa auf Höhe einer horizontalen Mittelebene der Sicherheitszelle 4 oberhalb der Anbindungen 6.
  • Die Sicherheitszelle 4 ist selbsttragend ausgebildet und bildet ebenso wie das Schutzelement 5 einen Teil der Tragstruktur des Fahrzeugs 1, wodurch sich eine hohe Steifigkeit des Fahrzeugs ergibt. Es ist nicht erforderlich, einen zusätzlichen Tragrahmen oder Ähnliches im Mittelbereich des Fahrzeugs 1 vorzusehen, was zum Einen ein vergleichsweise geringes Fahrzeuggewicht ermöglicht und zum Anderen dem modularen Grundaufbau des Fahrzeugs 1 zuträglich ist.
  • Nachfolgend soll auf die Funktionsweise des Schutzelements 5 und die einzelnen Vorgänge, die beim Überfahren einer Mine ablaufen, im Einzelnen eingegangen werden.
  • Beim Überfahren einer Mine entstehen mit Detonation des entsprechenden Sprengstoffs Gasschwaden hoher kinetischer Energie, die von der Fahrzeugunterseite her kommend als Blast flächig auf das Schutzelement 5 einwirken. Aufgrund der erheblichen, stoßartig auftretenden Kräfte beginnt das Schutzelement sich in den zwischen dem Schutzelement 5 und der Sicherheitszelle 4 bestehenden Verformunungsraum 7 hinein zu verformen ohne an dem Boden der Sicherheitszelle 4 anzuschlagen. Gleichzeitig wird der Druckstoß als Schock über die Aufnahmen 6 in den Vorder- und Hinterwagen 2, 3 eingeleitet. Über die Flansche 6. 2 werden die Kräfte in den Bereich der nach Art von Knautschzonen ausgebildeten Winkel 6. 1 weitergeleitet. Bei hinreichend starker Kraft beginnen die Winkel 6. 1 sich in Folge der Schockeinleitung nach Art von Knautschzonen zu verformen, wodurch diese einen gewissen Teil der Detonationsenergie in Form von Verformungsenergie absorbieren.
  • Am oberen Ende der Anbindungen 6 angekommen wird der Druckstoß schließlich über die Montagestellen 4. 1 in die Sicherheitszelle 4 eingeleitet.
  • Da die Sicherheitszelle 4 und das Schutzelement 5 nicht direkt miteinander verbunden sind, werden die sich in Folge einer Blasteinwirkung ergebenden Druckstöße nur indirekt über den Vorderwagen 2 bzw. den Hinterwagen 3 in die Sicherheitszelle 4 eingeleitet. Es ergibt sich eine gewisse zeitlichen Verzögerung, die dazu führt, dass die bei einer Minendetonation üblicherweise während der ersten Millisekunden auftretenden Druckspitzen nicht in die Sicherheitszelle 4 eingeleitet werden. Hinzu kommt eine weitere Schwächung der Druckstöße durch Aufnahme von Verformungsenergie im Bereich der Anbindungen 6, so dass die sich in Folge einer Blasteinwirkung ergebenden Druckstöße stark geschwächt auf die Sicherheitszelle 4 einwirken und diese insoweit hinsichtlich des Personenschutzes konstruktiv einfach ausgeführt werden kann. So ist es etwa nicht erforderlich, die innen liegenden Komponenten der Sicherheitszelle 4 in einer hängenden Anordnung auszubilden.

Claims (12)

  1. Fahrzeug, insbesondere militärisches Fahrzeug, mit einem Vorderwagen (2) und einem Hinterwagen (3) sowie einer zwischen dem Vorderwagen (2) und dem Hinterwagen (3) angeordneten, die Fahrzeugbesatzung aufnehmenden Sicherheitszelle (4), wobei der Vorderwagen (2) und der Hinterwagen (3) im Bereich unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle (4) über ein die Sicherheitszelle (4) vor Mineneinwirkung schützendes Schutzelement (5) verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Schutzelement (5) und die Sicherheitszelle (4) derart voneinander entkoppelt angeordnet sind, dass ein auf das Schutzelement (5) einwirkender Blast den Weg über den Vorder- bzw. Hinterwagen (2, 3) nehmend auf die Sicherheitszelle (4) wirkt, wobei die Sicherheitszelle (4) über Montagestellen (4.1) mit dem Vorderwagen (2) und dem Hinterwagen (3) starr verbunden ist und wobei kein direkter Kontakt zwischen dem Schutzelement (5) und der Sicherheitszelle (4) besteht.
  2. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagestellen (4.1) an der Vorder- und Hinterseite der Sicherheitszelle (4) angeordnet sind.
  3. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitszelle (4) selbsttragend ausgebildet ist und einen selbsttragenden Mittelteil des Fahrzeugs bildet.
  4. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) einen Teil der Tragstruktur des Fahrzeugs bildet.
  5. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) über Anbindungen (6) mit dem Vorderwagen (2) und dem Hinterwagen (3) verbunden ist.
  6. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montagestellen (4.1) oberhalb der Anbindungen (6) angeordnet sind.
  7. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anbindungen (6) nach Art von unter Blasteinwirkung vertikal verformbaren Knautschzonen ausgebildet sind.
  8. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anbindungen (6) einen sich vertikal erstreckenden Winkel (6.1) und einen sich horizontal erstreckenden Flansch (6.2) zur Befestigung des Schutzelements (5) aufweisen.
  9. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Schutzelement (5) unter Bildung eines Verformungsraums (7) unterhalb der Sicherheitszelle (5) erstreckt.
  10. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) nach Art einer die Unterseite der Sicherheitszelle (4) vor Blasteinwirkung abschirmenden Minenschutzplatte ausgebildet ist.
  11. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) mit seitlichen Erhöhungen (5.1) zur Abdeckung des Verformungsraums (7) versehen ist.
  12. Fahrzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzelement (5) von einer Aluminiumplatte gebildet wird.
