Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Befüllen von Behältern mit stabförmigen Gegenständen, das in einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Einsatz kommt, umfassend einen Trichter (3) zur Zuführung der Gegenstände (2), aufweisend mindestens zwei Öffnungen (4) für die Ausgabe der Gegenstände (2) durch jeweilige untere Enden, Fördermittel (9), befindlich in der Nähe der mindestens zwei Ausgabeöffnungen (4) und tragend eine Vielzahl von Behältern (8), ausgestaltet, um im Inneren die übereinander angeordneten Schichten (12) an Gegenständen (2) aufzunehmen, Auszugsmittel (11) zum Entfernen der Gegenstände (2) aus einem Entladebereich einer jeden Ausgabeöffnung (4) und deren Einsetzen in Behälter (8), getragen von den Fördermitteln (9),sowie eine Vorrichtung (29) zur Ausgabe von Behältern (8), ausgestaltet, um zu befüllende Behälter (8) in Richtung der Fördermittel (9) zuzuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel (9) zwei Förderer (17, 18) umfassen, die nebeneinander angeordnet und ausgestaltet sind, um unabhängig auf den Behältern (8) zu arbeiten, von denen ein jeder durch zwei Förderer der Fördermittel (9) getragen wird, und dadurch, dass jeweilige Antriebsmittel (21, 22) mit den zwei Förderern (17, 18) verbunden sind, um diese unabhängig voneinander zu betätigen, sodass einer der beiden Förderer (17, 18) die leeren Behälter (8), von denen ein jeder auf den zwei Förderern der Fördermittel (9) getragen wird, von der Ausgabevorrichtung (29) zum Trichter (3) bewegt, und der andere der beiden Förderer (17, 18) die mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (2) gefüllten Behälter (8) vom Trichter (3) wegführend bewegt und diese einer weiteren Handhabungsstation (10) zuführt.
  2. Verfahren zum Befüllen von Behältern mit stabförmigen Gegenständen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Förderer (17, 18) sich bei den Vorgängen zum Bewegen der leeren Behälter (8), getragen auf den Fördermitteln (9) von der Ausgabevorrichtung (29) zum Trichter (3) und zum Bewegen der mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (2) gefüllten Behälter wegführend vom Trichter (3) abwechseln.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von Behältern mit stabförmigen Gegenständen, umfassend einen Trichter (3) zur Zuführung der Gegenstände (2), aufweisend mindestens zwei Öffnungen (4) für die Ausgabe der Gegenstände (2) durch jeweilige untere Enden, Fördermittel (9), befindlich in der Nähe der mindestens zwei Ausgabeöffnungen (4) und tragend eine Vielzahl von Behältern (8), ausgestaltet, um im Inneren die übereinander angeordneten Schichten (12) an Gegenständen (2) aufzunehmen, Auszugsmittel (11) zum Entfernen der Gegenstände (2) aus einem Entladebereich einer jeden Ausgabeöffnung (4) und deren Einsetzen in Behälter (8), getragen von den Fördermitteln (9), sowie eine Vorrichtung (29) zur Ausgabe von Behältern (8), ausgestaltet, um zu befüllende Behälter (8) in Richtung der Fördermittel (9) zuzuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermittel (9) zwei Förderer (17, 18) umfassen, die nebeneinander angeordnet und ausgestaltet sind, um unabhängig auf den Behältern (8) zu arbeiten, von denen ein jeder durch die Fördermittel (9) getragen wird, und dadurch, dass jeweilige Antriebsmittel (21, 22) jeweils mit den zwei Förderern (17, 18) verbunden sind, um diese unabhängig voneinander zu betätigen, um jeweils die leeren Behälter (8), getragen auf den Fördermitteln (9), von der Ausgabevorrichtung (29) zum Trichter (3) zu bewegen bzw. die mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (2) gefüllten Behälter (8) vom Trichter (3) wegführend zu bewegen und diese einer weiteren Handhabungsstation (10) zuzuführen;
    wobei die Förderer (17, 18) zwei Bandförderer umfassen, an deren Transportoberflächen eine Vielzahl an Mitnahmeelementen (26) integriert ist, ausgestaltet, um seitlich an jeweiligen Abschnitten der Behälter (8) zu laufen, wobei die Mitnahmeelemente (26) eines jeden Förderers (17, 18) in Gruppen aufeinander folgende Mitnahmeelemente (26) unterteilt sind und diese Gruppen voneinander durch Abschnitte der Förderer (17, 18) ohne die Mitnahmeelemente (26) getrennt sind;
    wobei entlang eines jeden Förderers (17, 18) Teilstücke (27) einer vorgegebenen Länge vorhanden sind, in denen die Mitnahmeelemente (26) vorhanden sind, um eine Abfolge zu bilden, umfassend eine Zahl, die gleich der Zahl der Öffnungen (4) des Trichters (3) ist, abgewechselt mit Teilstücken (28) gleicher Länge, in denen keine Mitnahmeelemente (26) vorhanden sind;
    wobei die Teilstücke (27, 28) eines jeden der Förderer (17, 18), die mit Mitnahmeelementen (26) versehen sind, neben Teilstücken (28, 27) des anderen Förderers (18, 17) ohne die Mitnahmeelemente (26) angeordnet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Mitnahmeelement (26) mit einem Positionierungselement (26') verbunden ist, umfassend einen Vorsprung, angeordnet nach dem Mitnahmeelement (26) unter Bezugnahme auf die Zuführungsrichtung der Förderer (17, 18) auf einem Abstand vom Mitnahmeelement (26), der etwas größer ist als die Abmessungen der Behälter (8), gemessen nach der Zuführungsrichtung eines jeden Positionierungselements (26'), wirkend in Verbindung mit einem Mitnahmeelement (26), verbunden damit, um die Position der Behälter (8), getragen von den Förderer (17, 18), besser zu definieren.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Förderer (17, 18) sich im Betrieb bei den Vorgängen zum Bewegen der leeren Behälter (8), getragen auf den Fördermitteln (9) von der Ausgabevorrichtung (29) zum Trichter (3) und zum Bewegen der mit stabförmigen Gegenständen (2) gefüllten Behälter (8) wegführend vom Trichter (3) abwechseln.
