Claims (14)
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur qui peut être monté sur un col de récipient et qui présente une ou plusieurs ouvertures de versement pouvant être fermées, le col de récipient (2) comportant au moins un ergot qui fait saillie d'une paroi de col (2) et est réalisé par un procédé de soufflage, le bec verseur (10 ; 20 ; 30) présentant un corps (12 ; 22 ; 32) qui peut être relié au col de récipient, qui est configuré pour correspondre à un contour périphérique du col de récipient (2) et qui présente, dans une paroi (14 ; 24 ; 34) tournée vers la paroi de col (4) munie dudit au moins un ergot (7), un nombre correspondant de logements (15 ; 25 ; 35) pour le ou les ergots (7), caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ergot (7) est réalisé dans une paroi intérieure (4) du col de récipient (2) et ledit au moins un logement (15 ; 25 ; 35) est réalisé dans une paroi extérieure (14 ; 24 ; 34) du corps (12 ; 22 ; 32) du bec verseur (10 ; 20 ; 30).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ergot (7) présente un débord de 1,3 mm à 8 mm par rapport à la paroi de col (4).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ergot (7) présente une extension de 3 mm à 8 mm mesurée dans la direction périphérique de la paroi de col (4).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ergot (7) est situé dans un plan de démoulage du moule de soufflage.
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le col de récipient (2) présente un contour périphérique sensiblement à symétrie de révolution, de préférence circulaire.
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un logement (15) dans le corps (12) du bec verseur (10) s'étend jusqu'à l'extrémité libre du corps (12).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un logement (15) débouche dans un guide de centrage (17) dont l'extension mesurée dans la direction périphérique s'élargit en direction de l'extrémité libre du corps (12).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un logement (25 ; 35) est réalisé sous la forme d'un guide à coulisse (26 ; 36) pour ledit au moins un ergot (7), lequel s'étend dans la direction périphérique et sur une plage angulaire de 45° à 90°.
- Récipient en matière plastique selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le bec verseur (20) est équipé d'une ouverture de versement (21) qui, par rotation du bec verseur (20) par rapport au col de récipient (2), peut être amenée en coïncidence avec une ouverture (5) prévue sur le col de récipient (2).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un logement (35) dans le corps (32) du bec verseur (30) est réalisé sous la forme d'un guide à coulisse (36) pour ledit au moins un ergot (7), lequel s'étend dans la direction périphérique sur une plage angulaire de 45° à 90° et est disposé obliquement, de sorte qu'une rotation du bec verseur (30) par rapport au col de récipient (2) entraîne un déplacement axial du bec verseur (30) qui le fait sortir du col de récipient (2) ou le ramène en arrière.
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le bec verseur (30) présente une ouverture de versement (31) qui est disposée dans la paroi latérale (34) du corps (32) et qui n'est ouverte que dans la position sortie axialement du bec verseur (30).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que des saillies d'encliquetage (29 ; 39) pour l'ergot (7) sont disposées aux deux parties d'extrémité du guide à coulisse (26 ; 36).
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient en matière plastique est fabriqué par un procédé d'extrusion-soufflage.
- Récipient en matière plastique muni d'un bec verseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bec verseur est fabriqué par un procédé d'injection de matière plastique.
