Claims (15)
- Récipient en matière synthétique sans anneau de support, comprenant un corps de récipient (2) et un col de récipient (5) avec une ouverture de versage (20) sur la paroi extérieure de laquelle des moyens de fixation (6) pour l'assujettissement par conjugaison de formes d'un élément de fermeture sont disposés au voisinage de l'ouverture de versage (20), et comprenant une zone (4) qui se raccorde au col de récipient (5) en direction du corps de récipient (2) et dans laquelle est conformée une gorge annulaire (10) qui est réalisée par soufflage, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la gorge annulaire (10) est conformé au moins un contre-appui (16) pour l'absorption du couple.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué par un procédé à col perdu.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est conformé en bouteille.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone (4) comportant la gorge annulaire (10) est conformée en épaule de récipient reliant le col de récipient (5) et le corps de récipient (2).
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la gorge annulaire (10) est disposée à l'intérieur du premier tiers de l'extension axiale de l'épaule de récipient (4) depuis le col de récipient (5) jusqu'au corps de récipient (2).
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (10) présente une largeur axiale (w) qui est égale à environ 2 mm à environ 20 mm.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la gorge (10) présente une profondeur radiale (d) qui est égale à environ 2 mm à environ 20 mm.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un contre-appui (16) s'étend d'une surface de limitation radiale (11) de la gorge annulaire (10) en direction d'une paroi extérieure adjacente (9).
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contre-appui (16) s'étend d'une surface de limitation radiale (11) de la gorge annulaire (10) en direction de l'intérieur du récipient.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs contre-appuis (16) pour l'absorption du couple sont conformés dans une paroi extérieure adjacente (9) au voisinage de la gorge annulaire périphérique (10), au-dessus et/ou au-dessous de celle-ci.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque contre-appui (16) est conformé en saillie (14) par rapport à la paroi extérieure adjacente (9).
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque contre-appui (16) est conformé en renfoncement en forme d'entaille (15) dans la paroi extérieure adjacente (9).
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que chaque saillie (14), respectivement renfoncement en forme d'entaille (15) présente, par rapport à la paroi extérieure adjacente (9), une extension radiale (1) d'environ 1 mm à environ 10 mm.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les contre-appuis (16) pour l'absorption du couple sont réalisés par un soufflage.
- Récipient en matière synthétique selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué à partir d'une préforme sans anneau de support par soufflage-étirage en une ou deux étapes.
